Obama administration knew millions
could not keep their health insurance

NBC News, by Lisa Myers & Hannah Rappleye

Original Article

President Obama repeatedly assured Americans that after the Affordable Care Act became law, people who liked their health insurance would be able to keep it. But millions of Americans are getting or are about to get cancellation letters for their health insurance under Obamacare, say experts, and the Obama administration has known that for at least three years. Four sources deeply involved in the Affordable Care Act tell NBC News that 50 to 75 percent of the 14 million consumers who buy their insurance individually can expect to receive a “cancellation” letter or the equivalent over the next

It stands to reason that if 0bama didn´t know about the spying, or daily briefing stuff that goes on in the White House, he certainly didn´t know about this "problem" with his signature legislation. /SARCASM.

Satan deceives every chance he gets. Hell will be to good of a place when he gets there. Just lie. He does. Suckers believe him. He got elected twice by lying through his tobacco stained teeth with a big smile on his face. He is the living essence of evil in this world and he is fundamentally transforming the country and government into an unstable force of evil. He is the enemy within.

Hihg minded, institutional liberals look down on the grunts that actualy make the country work. There´s no way these dolts can out smart the brainiacs in the government. What Obamacare is,is a clash between idealism and reality.

The left always has and always will believe business owners have all kinds of excess money hidden away and it´s their job to pry that money loose.

Obama ran on wealth redistribution but idiotic believers thought it would be simple cash transfers..IOW tax some rich AH and cut a poor person the check. It doesnt work like that, liberals take the money and "invest" it bigger government because power is more imporant than actually helping people. They´ve helped millions of black people get into poverty which should be considered a failure but it´s smoothed over with some government crumbs thrown their way.

The left´s biggest support group, younger people are getting stung like hell because they´re wide eyed fools believing Obama´s BS.Now the left wants another stimulus heroin fix for walking around money for next years election. If you donate to regular republicans,it´s the same as donating to Obama.

The article conveniently fails to mention that many employer sponsored plans are being discontinued or changed as well. And is the 14 million actual people or policies? If it is just policies then that could translate into 3 or 4 times that number of actual citizens if you consider that spouses and children are covered on those "individual" policies as well.

When Zippy told this huge lie, do you for an instant think he did not believe it would be exposed? Of course he knew. His purpose was to postpone it until AFTER the election - to save face for his supporters. This man has not fooled a single person in his life - including his grandmother, that did not want to believe him in the first place. Thats why no one can lay a glove on him.

Part of what we call common sense is the routine application of cause and effect to unavoidable oppressive actions. If you took the time to consider the consequences to the health industry when this crap was proposed, then you should have at least speculated that the status quo would not remain if it went into statute.

So NBC is shocked, shocked that Obama lied in order to inflict socialized medicine, the precursor to outright socialism, on the American people. That doesn´t say much for the media´s powers of observation; Obama promised "single-payer, eventually". They didn´t think he meant it?

Obama promised to "fundamentally remake America". What did everyone on the Left think that meant? Utopia? Instead, it´s dystopia at a level unknown in American history.

In my State of FL alone, more than a third of a million people have been kicked off their health insurance plans because of Obamacare. Now the rest of the good old USA is seeing that Obama (shocked, shocked) lied.

Now what? Wait until the corpses of the untreated sick and dying line the avenues of power in Washington before something gets done to undo this horrific bill?

What is laughable and ridiculous is the aspect of preexisting conditions. Preexisting conditions are probably not an issue to those who already have health insurance, yet Dr Obama ejects those off of current plans, justifying it with the yadda yadda "it´s not up to new standards bc of not covering preexisting conditions". ha ha. Right!
False implication existing policies had deductibles that were too high is a mute point considering the outrageous deductibles coming out of Obamacare. ACA is false promises, false premises, false justifications. Typical Obama.
In the meantime the cabal talking points in defense of ACA are starting this spin that policies are not being cancelled, just replaced. Sure.

If you question the media´s willingness to look at these negative issues of Obama´s, it is pretty obvious if you think about it. They portrayed Obama as the Savior. They will say he tried and did some good but we need Savior 2.0 to complete the journey to progressive utopia, and who is that? Why none other than Hillary Rodham Clinton. She will get the job done! Never believe this minor epiphany by the media is a renunciation. It is far from it. They just see it going forward with another leader and are happy to be moving it forward. Another first will be another winner. They will switch out the race card for the gender card. Easy peasy.

From the beginning Obama planned to put the insurance companies out of business. Therefore, he not only knew it, he intended it.

Anyone with half a brain understood that at the time. At least, I would have thought so.
I was puzzled at the lack of push back from doctors, insurance companies and the public at large. I guess even those who saw the danger were too busy worrying about a Mormon president to unite against the real danger. Am I bitter? You bet.

With all of the talk going around about sky high deductibles and outrageous premium costs, I just wonder where is the money going? We´ve all been told how Medicare payouts will decrease, less money for Medicaid, less money paid to doctors and hospitals, so where is the money going? My only guess is to the insurance companies (to buy their campaign donations) and to the government. There doesn´t seem to be any other answer. Another case of "follow the money". With dims, it always is.

#2, the new W-2 form showing a dollar value for employer-issued health insurance was issued last year for some folks.

It´s only a matter of time before we pay income tax on it.

Not to mention, if the Obamacare website says you´re eligible for the subsidy, the IRS has ruled that subsidy is income you must pay tax on, according to Judge Napolitano.

Obama’s Right-Hand Valerie Jarrett Tied To Firm Hired To Build Failed ObamaCare Website?

For the record: Valerie’ Jarrett’s daughter Laura’s father-in-law Canadian Liberal politician Bas Balkissoon is not Canada’s Prime Minister. Nor, as some news outlets are indicating, is he a MP. 2. Mark Steyn, in a very funny article:

The witness who coughed up the intriguing tidbit about Obamacare’s exemption from privacy protections was one Cheryl Campbell of something called CGI. This rang a vague bell with me. CGI is not a creative free spirit from Jersey City with an impressive mastery of Twitter, but a Canadian corporate behemoth. Indeed, CGI is so Canadian, their name is French: Conseillers en Gestion et Informatique. Their most famous government project was for the Canadian Firearms Registry. The registry was estimated to cost in total $119 million, which would be offset by $117 million in fees. That’s a net cost of $2 million. Instead, by 2004 the CBC (Canada’s PBS) was reporting costs of some $2 billion – or a thousand times more expensive.

But in this case the database had to register some 7 million long guns belonging to some 2.5 million to 3 million Canadians. That works out to almost $300 per gun – or somewhat higher than the original estimate for processing a firearm registration of $4.60. Of those $300 gun registrations, Canada’s Auditor-General reported to Parliament that much of the information was either duplicated or wrong in respect to basic information such as names and addresses.

Sound familiar?

Also, there was a 1-800 number, but it wasn’t any use.

Sound familiar?

So it was decided that the sclerotic database needed to be improved.

Sound familiar?

But it proved impossible to “improve” CFIS (the Canadian Firearms Information System). So CGI was hired to create an entirely new CFIS II, which would operate alongside CFIS I until the old system could be scrapped. CFIS II was supposed to go operational on Jan. 9, 2003, but the January date got postponed to June, and 2003 to 2004, and $81 million was thrown at it before a new Conservative government scrapped the fiasco in 2007. Last year, the Government of Ontario canceled another CGI registry that never saw the light of day – just for one disease, diabetes, and costing a mere $46 million.

Was the Government of the United States aware that CGI had been fired by the Government of Canada and the Government of Ontario (and the Government of New Brunswick)?

A once fat cat is now almost broke, literally. Not the Wall Street-type, but the four-legged, furry variety. A 7-year-old tabby called Puddy Cat is at the center of an extensive embezzlement case out of Suffolk County, Massachusetts. Puddy Cat once stood to inherit part of a trust fund worth at least $450,000, until its owner fell victim to a couple of swindling neighbors, prosecutors said. Puddy Cat belongs to a 74-year-old Brighton woman who is suffering from progressive dementia and living in a nursing home. The woman created the "Puddy Cat Trust" in her will and specified that, upon her death, the tabby was to be cared for

Anthony Porter is angry. He’s come within hours of being executed after he was convicted of killing two people. He was freed from Death Row after another man, Alstory Simon, confessed to the murders. He got a pardon, but he didn’t get a dime when he sued the city and the cops for framing him. And now, there’s a serious push to strip away what little Porter has left: his claim of innocence. Attorneys pushing for Simon’s release from prison say the justice system got it right the first time — that the evidence points to Porter all along in the notorious double murder in 1982 at a South Side park.

Before taxpayers lost $529 million on solar energy company Solyndra and $10.5 billion on GM, the US government had a long history of backing the wrong horse. Many of the great industries in US history — from the fur trade to steamships, railroads, chemicals and airplanes — failed in the hands of government but succeeded thanks to private entrepreneurs. A closer reading of American history may have avoided the colossal mistake of President Obama’s $700 billion stimulus bill. The government has learned over and over again that when it comes to business, it’s a terrible boss. Here are a few examples to keep in mind the next time you

President Obama on Friday signed into law a bill authored by Texas Republican Sen. Ted Cruz that would bar an Iranian diplomat from entering the United States, but immediately issued a statement saying he won´t enforce it. Obama decided to treat the law as mere advice. "Acts of espionage and terrorism against the United States and our allies are unquestionably problems of the utmost gravity, and I share the Congress´s concern that individuals who have engaged in such activity may use the cover of diplomacy to gain access to our Nation," Obama said in his signing statement. "Nevertheless, as President [George H.W.] Bush also observed,

Jeb Bush’s recent musings on a possible presidential run—and his comments on immigration, rankling many in the Republican grassroots—sparked a familiar clash. Jeb, the establishment’s preferred candidate, some said, could neutralize the fiery GOP base in 2016. Conservatives shot back that Jeb would depress conservative turnout, and his last name would play poorly with the general electorate. It’s a constant tension: The base is unhappy with the establishment, and vice versa. But this year, the marriage of convenience between the grassroots of the party and its donor class has emerged so battered from eight years of

For Hillary Clinton, having her own baby grandchild to kiss on the campaign trail, could be one of the biggest boosts to her possible presidential election campaign. Although the former Secretary of State and First Lady has not said if she will run in 2016, the arrival of her first grandchild will soften her image, analysts have said. While Chelsea only revealed her pregnancy on Thursday, supporters of her mother have already started cooing over a possible baby in the White House. With the Clintons having a near-royal status in the U.S., the announcement of a new arrival due this fall has sent

GREENSBORO, Ga. — Golf holes the size of pizzas. Soccer balls on the back nine. A mulligan on every hole. These are some of the measures — some would say gimmicks — that golf courses across the country have experimented with to stop people from quitting the game. Golf has always reveled in its standards and rich tradition. But increasingly a victim of its own image and hidebound ways, golf has lost five million players in the last decade, according to the National Golf Foundation, with 20 percent of the existing 25 million golfers apt to quit in the next few years. People under 35 have especially spurned the game, saying it takes too

That was quite a victory dance President Obama did Thursday while claiming Obamacare is “working” because eight million people have now supposedly signed up for the health care program. He even indulged in some less-than-subtle mockery of Republicans - and by extension the majority of Americans who have disapproved of Obamacare since before it became law. "The repeal debate is and should be over,” Obama said, taking a dig at Republicans who are “going through, you know, the stages of grief … anger and denial and all that stuff …” But a president who is viewed by most Americans as less

Hi, everybody. For millions of Americans, this time of year holds great meaning. Earlier this week, we hosted a Passover Seder at the White House, and joined Jewish families around the world in their re-tellings of the story of the Exodus and the victory of faith over oppression. And this Sunday, Michelle, Malia, Sasha, and I will join our fellow Christians around the world in celebrating the Resurrection of Christ, the salvation he offered the world, and the hope that comes with the Easter season. These holy days have their roots in miracles that took place long ago. And yet, they still inspire us, guide us, and strengthen us today. They remind us of our

Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid said Thursday that a family of dissident ranchers and their supporters in his home state of Nevada are ´domestic terrorists,´ citing this week´s standoff with the federal government´s Bureau of Land Management. Cliven Bundy has refused to pay grazing fees for land where his hundreds of cattle roam every day. The land is owned by the federal government, which says he owes more than $1 million. Bundy, however, insists that since his family has been using the land since the 1870s, Uncle Sam can´t collect the grazing fees. A tense standoff developed this week after

WASHINGTON--Rushing to an afternoon vote last month, Sen. Ted Cruz hopped the underground tram to the U.S. Capitol from his office across the street. The Texan planted his black ostrich cowboy boots in the middle of the small subway car without getting so much as a nod from the other senators--Republican or Democrat--amiably chatting or huddled in their seats. Mr. Cruz finds himself standing alone a lot these days. His response to the cold shoulders: "The establishment despised Ronald Reagan" before he became president, "but the people loved him." For the 43-year-old Republican, the Reagan name illuminates his political life´s

In a speech earlier this week, Lisa O. Monaco, President Barack Obama’s assistant for homeland security and counterterrorism, insisted that American parents must be vigilant because their “confrontational” children could be on the verge of becoming terrorists. Monaco’s full, prepared text is available here. She presented the speech, entitled “Countering Violent Extremism and the Power of Community,” at Harvard University’s Kennedy School of Government on April 15. Monaco began her remarks by eloquently describing the lives tragically lost last year during the Boston Marathon bombings. Interestingly, the Harvard grad failed to mention the religion or the motive of brothers Dzhokhar and Tamerlan

Conservative columnist Ann Coulter — who used her talk show platform in the last presidential election cycle to campaign hard for former Massachusetts Gov. Mitt Romney — has taken up the mantra once again, calling on Republicans to give the failed White House bidder another shot in 2016. She made the suggestion during a discussion on Sean Hannity’s radio show while speaking of her new book, “Never Trust a Liberal Over 3-Especially a Republican.” Ms. Coulter also addressed the question of Mr. Romney’s shortcomings by saying that his 2012 loss wasn’t entirely his fault. “I think too much blame, not only in this

Prominent Washington correspondents are accusing President Obama and his aides of knowingly stretching the truth on issues like the so-called women´s pay gap just to create controversy and keep issues -- and the president -- relevant. Washington Post columnist Ruth Marcus kicked off the attack last week when she blasted as “demagoguery” the administration´s tactics during the pay gap debate. “The level of hyperbole -- actually, of demagoguery -- that Democrats have engaged in here is revolting,” she wrote. CBS White House Correspondent Major Garrett then weighed in this week in his National Journal

The Clintons had a busy night of celebrations after Chelsea announced she and husband Marc Mezvinsky are expecting a baby. They had practiced. They had maneuvered.” Reid continued, “They knew what they were doing. They set up snipers in strategic locations with sniper rifles. They had assault weapons. They had automatic weapons. And they boasted about the fact that they put women and children, in fact one
