If the 4 teens had asked nicely, perhaps Mr. Thornton would have given them his wallet. Instead, they pushed him to the ground, where most likely his 87 year old head bounced off the ground, resulting in a fractured skull and death. I see 4 premeditated capital murder during the commission of a robbery charges in their future.

One of the most under-reported stories in America, among many others, is the growing menace of feral black teenagers engaged in black-on-white crime.

The solution? Let me know. Our politicians, pastors, educators, journalists, and race hustlers like Reverrrend Al all remain silent - except for Bill O´Reilly.

Hey, Bill Cosby, have you given up too?

I absolutely loathe the liberals, the media, and so-called black leaders for what they have done to multiple generations of young black men and women. They proclaim racism everyday from their bully pulpits against the whites without a whimper of the exact opposite in evidence. Where is the Republican response to these atrocities? Read these reports on the floors of Congress and dare them to call us racists anymore. God, for an elected Andrew Brietbart.

A new review is questioning the effectiveness of two key drugs enlisted in the fight against influenza and in turn the investments by governments to stockpile the drugs in the event of a global flu outbreak. The antiviral drugs Tamiflu (oseltamivir) and Relenza (zanamivir ) are commonly used to treat influenza in healthy adults and children. In the case of Tamiflu, the drug does shorten symptoms of influenza by about half a day - as the manufacturer suggests - but there is insufficient evidence to support claims that it reduces hospital admissions or serious complications, such as confirmed pneumonia or

The chamber voted 25-2 in favor of the bill sponsored by Republican Sen. Mae Beavers of Mt. Juliet. Beavers said on the Senate floor that requiring a carry permit "converts the right to carry a handgun into a privilege."

A caveat right off the bat: RAND’s estimate only runs through March 28 whereas the actual deadline for signing up was March 31st. Given the crush of traffic on Healthcare.gov in late March, many more people could have signed up over those last three days than were captured by these numbers. On the other hand, the White House was claiming six million sign-ups as of March 27. There’s no way to reconcile that with RAND’s data. One of them is wrong. Maybe both, in fact. How does the Republican Party establishment choose its presidential candidate? Typically, constitutionalists accuse their establishment rivals of being moderate, risk-averse, stubborn old fools who lack faith in conservative principles. This is a soothing interpretation, as it begins from the hypothesis that the contest between conservatives and the GOP elite is a family feud. But there is another hypothesis -- less soothing, but, at least from an outsider´s bird´s-eye view, more reconcilable with the facts. This hypothesis is that America has reached a stage of progressive soft despotism in which the only important family feud in national politics is between the fundamentally

My first published column was in a local paper opposing the Equal Rights Amendment for the same reasons that Phyllis Schlafly, a conservative lawyer, campaigned on. As ambiguously written, the ERA, would eliminate the men-only draft requirement, repeal protective laws like sexual assault and eliminate the tendency for mothers to obtain custody over their children in divorce cases. Ironically, one of the arguments that helped sink the amendment from ratification was the fear that single-sex bathrooms would no longer be permitted. In addition, opponents of the amendment also warned that it would lead to abortion on demand and same-sex marriages.
