Obama’s fingerprints all
over IRS Tea Party scandal

Fox News, by Jay Sekulow

Original Article

Posted By:KarenJ1, 10/21/2013 5:04:19 PM

It’s past time for the media to begin asking President Obama tough questions about the IRS conservative targeting scandal. After all he was involved, publicly, from the beginning. Last Friday, the American Center for Law and Justice (where I serve as Chief Counsel) filed its Second Amended Complaint against the United States, the IRS, and a legion of IRS officials. This Complaint, in which we represent 41 organizations in 22 states, presents perhaps the most complete story yet of the IRS conservative targeting scandal. And it is an ugly story indeed. What was sold to the American public as a low-level scandal perpetrated

Comments:
What a shocking revelation. s/o How I pray that 0bama pays dearly for the crimes he has perpetrated upon our nation.

Not a thing will stick to this half white half black President period! He knows it, the Democrats know and the msm know it. So the destruction of the country can continue unabated. The GOP elite will continue to get their pork barrel projects in exchange for ignoring the lawlessness and the trashing of the Constitution of this country by obama. Very sad times.

Had the media asked merely reasonable questions when he was campaigning the first time, we wouldn´t have this turkey in the WH today.

I agree that this should be a Must Read. The President clearly sicced the IRS on the Tea Party groups with his public pronouncements, and the attack dogs went after them, and are still going after them despite their exposure. This is clearly unconstitutional and should have legal consequences for both the President and the IRS officials who imposed such extreme fascist conditions and absurd lines of questioning of the Tea Party groups.

The legal system needs to prove that it still can protect ordinary citizens against such blatant abuses of power.

Of course the paranoid schizophrenic ´Idi´ Obama is merely "projecting," as ´Papa Doc´ has had million$ flown in from Saudi Arabia, various other M.E. front groups, and evil George Soro$´ $wiss bank account for decades. Who can forget all those pre-paid credit cards that were used to ´donate´ to Obama´s 2008 campaign? Does the name, Doo-Dad Pro, ring a bell?

This is far worse than anything Richard Nixon ever did, because Nixon´s AG resigned before it could ever go this far. Holder is staying on to defend Obama from investigations he knows will draw a line directly to the Oval Office. If it´s Val Jarrett, arrest her and throw her in jail, but Obama needs a good Impeachment for sure, and Removal from Office, if possible.

I remember watching the helicopters flying overhead as Tea Party believers gathered to start our march up Independence Avenue in Washington DC in September 2009. I was astounded by the large numbers of people coming from every direction who joined my family in protest against a government spending our country into destruction. I looked at those helicopters and thought, "take that Obama, look at all these people who think your policies stink - big time."
Little did I know his reaction would be to make the Tea Party movement pay . . . By IRS investigations starting early 2010.
My son in law videoed the march from beginning to end. I have a wonderful video of my grand-daughter (aged two), at the capital amongst a sea of Tea Partiers. It was one of the most memorable days of my life, but I´ll bet Obama looked down on the multitude and was already planning his revenge.

Obama is the main threat to democracy in this country. Much of his campaign funding came from our enemies and they are now getting what he promised them, severe damage to the United States with a goal of bringing us down.

The TEA party is a threat to him and that´s why he is afraid of us. One day soon he will find that his fear is justified.

I was there too #1 with my 9 year old, his friend and their parents. It was spectacular!

I have been too every Tea Party March since, traveling 3 hours by train. None have ever matched the 2009 or even come close.

It is time for another carefully planned march, giving people time to plan to get there. We The People need to once again return to Washington to show Congress just how serious we are.

The Tea Party isn´t just a threat to Obama. We are a threat to government corruption on both sides of the aisle. We are a threat to the gravy train in Washington where a reasonably affluent candidate can get elected to Congress and make themselves rich - at the expense of the people who put them there. We are a threat to the good old boys club in Washington who sell us out and stab us in the back in the back rooms of the Capitol and then tell us to shut up about it. We are a threat to Big Government socialism and the evils that come with it. And we aren´t going away.

Notice that Obama and his media sycophants call the TEA Party extreme. They do this for one reason and that is to lessen the impact that this scandal has. They must paint the people targeted by the IRS this way so people will think they deserved it. No way can they let it be known that these were good American working men and women who were afraid the government was overstepping its bounds. They must be demonized. Unfortunately as awful as this scandal is, I doubt much will come of it. There is just no will in the Republican Party to do much more than make a little noise to appease conservatives. They certainly don´t like the TEA Party much anyway because it is a threat to the status quo. This is a clear case of government tyranny against American citizens and the best Republicans can do is convene hearings that go no where. Tells me everything I need to know about Republican resolve.

Barack Obama was not complicit in IRS crimes against American citizens. Barack Obama did not lie about Benghazi being caused by a YouTube video. Barack Obama did not know Van Jones was an admitted communist. Barack Obama has never lied about his background or his birth certificate. Barack Obama had no idea adding trillions to the debt would hurt the US economy. Barack Obama has never engaged the press to cover-up and fabricate "news" for him. Barack Obama is not, nor was he ever, a socialist. Barack Obama killed bin Laden with a "gutsy call" only a man of his stature could have made. Barack Obama had no idea Obamacare would be inefficient, expensive, and a massive drag on the US economy. Barack Obama never said "my Muslim faith". Barack Obama is not responsible for the rise in poverty and dependency. Barack Obama had nothing to do with Fast and Furious. Barack Obama has never knowingly appointed socialists to his administration. Barack Obama has never bowed before dictators.

Just to clear all that up. Did I miss any other "truth" about Dear Leader?

He was not complicit in IRS crimes just like he never heard a Reverend Wright sermon and was never friends with Bill Ayers.

God bless Jay Sekulow and the ACLJ.

...the American Center for Law and Justice (where I serve as Chief Counsel) filed its Second Amended Complaint against the United States, the IRS, and a legion of IRS officials. This Complaint, in which we represent 41 organizations in 22 states,...

Without the ACLJ, we´d be in even worse shape than we are now. Please consider donating to them. They are doing the work we are powerless to do.

Was the president of the United States involved in the IRS scandal? He was the one who identified the targets – in the most public manner possible.

Read the article for the public Obama quotes. It´s nauseating.

A president singling out citizens groups for targeting and intrusive questioning merely because he dislikes their message and fears their political influence? Now that is a “threat to democracy.”

The threats have become actions. Just look at what has happened to freedom of speech and conservative fund-raising ability since Obama was elected, and then tell me this is just "business as usual" in Washington.

Sekulow knows where the bodies are buried. So does his team. If anyone can get results, the ACLJ can.

For #27 and for all of US!

Take heart friends. There are stout hearted men and women among US who are willing to put their lives and fortunes on the line. Are we IN?

I refuse to believe that there are not ten stouthearted men and women in the Senate who will fight for the "right" we adore!

You can hear this being sung by Nelson Eddy (New Moon 1940)

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1vjqfvZVReM

Give me some men who are stout-hearted men
Who will fight for the right they adore
Start me with ten who are stout-hearted men
And I´ll soon give you ten thousand more-ore

Shoulder to shoulder, and bolder and bolder
They grow as they go to the fore
Then there´s nothing in the world
Can halt or mar a plan
When stout-hearted men
Can stick together - man - to man...

If I was Jay Sekulow I´d make this site my first stop. We´ve connected the dots for months now. Since it was revealed that Commissioner Shulman went around his chain of command and visited the WH over 150 times we smelled a rat. Shulman reports to Treasury and not Barry. Then there was the timing of the visits. It heated up after the 2010 blowout which itself was preceded by massive "in Obama´s face" Tea Party rallies. Simple math. Obama´s Chicago Machine silences his critics so this made perfect sense.

The impossible question .... why aren´t all questioners of this corrupt person concentrating on his lack of legitimate credentials to even be in the high elected office? Why noo back to the basic premise
... he doesn´t even belong here !!
Go back to Sherriff Joe and his clsssic presentation. The forensic report is on video. Why is almost evrybody avoiding even
the open questioning and discussing of this incredible issue? Trump populairzed the question. Now he´s mute. Orly Taitz and many others have one to court. There is one
new guy coming along. He even KNOWS the lady who counterfeited the birht certificate
Is this the BIGGEST story, or not ? The world´s greatest debate ..... to start with!

Bambi is nowhere near Bush levels post- Katrina-although his speech yesterday did have a ´heckuva job Brownie´ ring to it. Going on 10 months of scandals-IRS, Benghazi, and now shutdown, and Bambi´s approval on Rasmussen today is 50% (likely voters) On Washington Post/ABC poll of registered voters he is at 46%-down a whopping one point since Oct 1.

Fox´s Roger Ailes should require O´Reilly to explain why he sanctimoniously refused to investigate or even criticize Obama before the 2012 election on the grounds that he was "merely a politician."

Dinesh D´Souza had it right all along, and now we have a dictator on our hands.

This article sums up all the reasons that I have, for some time now, been an advocate for the population to rise up and have themselves another revolution. It´ crystal clear that the Republicans aren´t going to do much of anything except run their mouths when it´s action that is needed. And since they aren´t going to act, then it´s the responsibility and the duty of the citizens to rise up and act. Re-read your Declaration of Independence! Even at my age, I´m ready. It´s simple. He ain´t know nuthin´, so to speak in Chicago street lingo. But then he knows everything about all of it. You can bet on that. One day this country will be put back the way it is supposed to be. One nation, under God with liberty and justice for all. Right now it is tyranny and government abuse of it´s own power. We will be ready to change the things we can when enough people have finally had enough. Until then, insanity will be the order of the day.

Don´t be so sure Obie will not be sporting a pair of brand new FBI handcuffs in early 2017 when he runs for the front door at the WH just after the new president is sworn in and tries to flee for Europe (or Chicago? or Kenya?).

Things have gone to far and the media had better wake up and admit that they were wrong. Remember the New York Times was for Castro? Is any of the media thinking of what

Facebook removes my post about
Nevada rancher Cliven Bundy
Fox News, by Todd Starnes    Original Article
Posted By: KarenJ1- 4/17/2014 9:45:44 PM     Post Reply
Your friendly neighborhood columnist has once again run afoul of Facebook’s elusive community standards. Now before you call up the preacher and put me on the church prayer list – let me assure the posting was neither unseemly nor ungentlemanly. This time I was censored for writing something about Rancher Cliven Bundy. I realized I had landed in the Facebook gulag when I tried to post our daily Bible verse. However, I was unable to post anything because Facebook had taken great offense to something I had written. “We removed something your page posted,” Facebook told me in a rather unpleasant message.

Analysis: Obama Celebrates
Eight Million ´Enrollments,´

Townhall, by Guy Benson    Original Article

President Obama addressed the White House press corps today, announcing that with the final numbers in, Obamacare´s exchanges have attracted eight million sign-ups -- 35 percent of whom are "under the age of 35," he said. Several elements of his comments were misleading: (1) At first blush, the 35 percent stat is both significant and impressive. As recently as last month, the share of "young invincibles" signing up for plans was struggling in the 25 percent range, far short of the actuarial target of nearly 40 percent. A leap into the mid-30´s, while still shy of the goal, would constitute a major step, and would bode well for the risk pools'

Rep. Colleen Hanabusa (D-HI) says her constituents are "frustrated and embarrassed" by Hawaii´s failed Obamacare exchange, which cost taxpayers $204 million and signed up only 8,000 people. On Wednesday, the Government Accountability Office (GAO) announced it will launch an investigation into Hawaii´s busted Obamacare program. "This is not a partisan issue, this is an economic issue," said state Sen. Sam Slom. Hawaii Gov. Neil Abercrombie previously predicted "hundreds of thousand of people" would sign up for Obamacare in the President´s home state. On Thursday, President Barack Obama tried to rally Democrats to

Fox News Poll: 49 percent think White

Nearly half of American voters think the IRS targeted conservative groups at the request of the White House, and most want Congress to keep investigating the matter. The latest Fox News poll also finds 69 percent don’t feel President Obama has followed through on his vow to “find out exactly what happened on this.” By a 49-41 percent margin, voters believe the Obama administration “intentionally had the IRS target conservative political groups.” That includes 26 percent of Democrats, 52 percent of independents and 71 percent of Republicans. Meanwhile, 67 percent of voters want Congress to keep investigating the IRS until

Reacting to Sunday´s hate crime at two Jewish centers in Kansas City, Sen. Ed Markey (D-Mass.) and Rep. Hakeem Jeffries (D-N.Y.) introduced today a bill to update the government´s 20-year-old report on hate speech in the media. The Hate Crime Reporting Act of 2014 would examine the role of the Internet and other telecommunications in encouraging hate crimes based on gender, religion, ethnicity, or sexual orientation, and would provide recommendations to address such crimes. On Sunday, the eve of the Jewish Passover, a 73-year-old man shot and killed three people at the Jewish Community Center

Report: Obama Considering Bond
Hearings for Detained Illegal Immigrants

Even though the number of illegal immigrants who have been deported through the courts has dropped by 43% since President Barack Obama took office, the Obama administration may enact administrative changes to allow bond hearings for detained illegal immigrants. According to the Los Angeles Times, this could result in "several thousand" illegal immigrants being released from jails and "could slow the pace of deportations" even more. The Times notes that the White House is scrambling to "ease the concerns of Latino groups and other traditional allies that have turned on President Obama in recent weeks" by trying to brand him

It’s pitiful that we’ve reached this point, but Obama’s account of this chat really is more credible than Cantor’s. O’s position on immigration is straightforward: He wants amnesty badly, partly for legacy reasons and partly because he’s understandably keen to legalize a few million future Democratic voters, and he’s hoping the GOP will go along so that he doesn’t have to do something risky like an executive moratorium on deportations. The GOP leadership’s position is anything but straightforward. They’re convinced that they need to pass some sort of immigration bill before 2016 or else Latinos will hand the White House

Obama: Democrats Should

President Obama thinks Democrats should not shy away from defending Obamacare. “Democrats should forcefully defend and be proud of the fact that millions of people . . . we’re helping, because of something we did,” he said. The president held a press conference on Thursday to announce that 8 million people have enrolled in Obamacare. He also said that Republicans are going through “stages of grief” over Obamacare. “Anger, denial, and all that stuff — we’re not at acceptance yet,” Obama said.

Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid (D-Nev.) intensified his criticism of armed militia members supporting rancher Cliven Bundy, calling them “domestic terrorists.” “They’re nothing more than domestic terrorists,” Reid said Thursday at an event hosted by the Las Vegas Review-Journal, according to the newspaper. “I repeat: what happened there was domestic terrorism.” Reid specifically criticized Bundy supporters for bringing guns and their children to the ranch to defend him against the Bureau of Land Management (BLM). BLM officials and contractors started rounding up Bundy’s cattle last week because of his refusal to pay $1 million in grazing

I thought it was smart when Fox News promoted Megyn Kelly, an anchor with the singular ability to generate juicy cable news moments that appeal to the left and the right, to an evening slot. Ratings-wise, that seems to have been a good call for the network. But one of the things that makes Fox such a strong channel, purely from a business perspective, is its ability to develop new talent and new concepts. And the show the network dreamed up to replace Kelly’s in daytime has a flair of evil genius: In “Outnumbered,” a panel of women will debate

Like him or hate him, there is no disputing that Rush Limbaugh’s very special brand of mixing right-wing politics with his flare for entertainment has produced one of the most successful radio programs in the medium’s long history. Whatever the burning political question of the day, millions of Americans have relished the opportunity to tune into Rush’s program, knowing that he would quickly take that hot potato, throw a few gallons of verbal kerosene into the mix and elevate the matter into a five alarm fire with a just a few well-chosen words spoken in the style only Rush Limbaugh could

When it comes to tracking the cost of Obama family vacations, there are two primary challenges. First, the Obamas are prolific jet-setters, so there are many details to track. Second, the Obama administration, clearly embarrassed by these lavish and frequent family vacations, stonewalls the release of records at every turn. But we have been relentless in pursuit of this information. Our attorneys file the lawsuits and make our case, and our investigators pour through pages of records and crunch the numbers. And the information we’ve uncovered – information that would otherwise remain under lock and key – shows that the

I live in Las Vegas. I live and breath Nevada politics. Something is very wrong. Something smells rotten in the Nevada desert. And Senator Harry Reid’s fingerprints are all over it. I am of course referring to the Bundy Ranch siege. This was a dispute between a Nevada ranching family with rights to the land in question for 140 years and the BLM (Bureayu of Land Management). The government claims they haven’t paid grazing fees for 20 years. The result was a government assault on the ranch- including snipers with assault rifles, SUV’s, helicopters, airplanes and over 200 heavily armed troops. No

Look, everyone loves Sean Connery, particularly Sean Connery. That’s why he plays Sean Connery in every movie he’s in. People love that Scottish brogue so much, they don’t mind that he has it when he plays Juan Sánchez Villa-Lobos Ramírez, an immortal Spaniard in Highlander. The guy even won an Oscar for playing an Irish cop with a Scottish accent. Talk about sexist double standards: Meryl Streep has to master foreign dialects to get her golden statuettes. Connery just has to show up on time. In economics you devalue a currency by printing too much of it. In film you

Out of left field, the state Republican Party, or the Brown campaign, or some blogger, would launch a rocket at me,” Warren wrote, adding, ”I was stunned by the attacks.” This reporter (blogger?) reported extensively

WASHINGTON — Former President Jimmy Carter joined fellow Nobel laureates Wednesday in opposing Keystone XL, insisting that approving the pipeline would trigger “more climate upheaval” around the globe. In an open letter to President Barack Obama and Secretary of State John Kerry, Carter and the nine other Nobel Peace Prize winners bluntly warned the leaders: “Your decision on the Keystone XL tar sands pipeline will define your climate legacy.” The missive, published as an advertisement in Politico, represents the first time Carter has taken a position on the $5.4 billion project and makes him the first former president to come

With Easter soon approaching, the Rev. Al Sharpton on Wednesday drew parallels between the resurrection of Jesus Christ and the resurrection of President Obama’s political career. Joining the “Tom Joyner Morning Show,” Mr. Sharpton said that his message for this Easter is that “no matter what the world may do to you unfairly, no matter how you’re crucified — nailed to the cross at home, or in your personal relationships, or on the job — that you can rise if you don’t lose yourself during the hard times and the challenges.” The reverend went on to say that Christ endured so much humiliation and unearned suffering leading up to his death,

The cash infusion by the federal government is actually going to help the city pay pensions, even though they´re playing a kind of shell game with the money. As for "blight removal," perhaps they could start with city hall. Reuters: Michigan officials and President Barack Obama´s Administration are discussing a plan to free up $100 million in federal money to aid Detroit´s retired city workers, the Detroit Free Press reported on Tuesday. Citing two people familiar with the talks, the newspaper said the talks were centered around federal money flowing to Michigan for blight removal. Under the plan, $100 million

Climate change’s latest casualty appears to be fish — or more specifically, fish brains — as researchers say the carbon dioxide that’s being absorbed into the ocean is causing the scaly creatures to lose their survival instincts. In other words, the fish are losing their minds, The Daily Mail reported. The acid from atmospheric carbon dioxide seeps into sea waters, dissolves and ultimately lowers the pH balance, researchers said. The acidic waters then hamper the fishes’ sensory systems, so they’re not able to distinguish between smells any longer, the scientists went on. When the acid levels get really high, the fish lose their
