‘Evil’ Is Not Too Strong a Word
for the Wendy Davis Phenomenon

PJ Media, by Bryan Preston

Original Article

So state Sen. Wendy Davis, Democrat of Fort Worth, has made it official. She is running for governor of Texas. Let’s set the politics of the race aside for a moment. Wendy Davis would not be in the conversation at all if not for one action that she took. The Texas Senate was deliberating a modest bill that did two things. The first of those was that it restricted abortions after five months of pregnancy. At five months, this is what’s happening. The baby’s organs have developed. She has a face and fingers and toes. She may look like this.

Watch out Texas, the red state of Kansas suffered through Kathleen Sebelius for two terms as governor. The elitist, pr0-abort, Rhino (and sorry to say, Catholics) of Johnson County kept her warm and dry in the governor´s mansion. Oh, and she had a little help from friends such as George Tiller. Never say never. I´d be on my guard with this manequin.

I´m hoping Wendy makes it through the primary and is on the election ballot. I´m expecting she´ll get mauled so bad the pro-abortion movement in this country will die a horrible death when they see how few people really believe in abortion at any time, for any reason, or no reason at all.

Look who´s POTUS!

"Stupid evil without any chance of winning."

Look who´s President Of The United States Of America!

I remember the sick feeling I got in my stomach the night of the last presidential election before even midnight. I thought Romney was going to win for sure.

You have to remember that Austin is the San Francisco of Texas FILLED with moronic "liberals". There are plenty of brain dead "liberals" in Dallas, Austin, San Antonio, Houston and lots of other Texas cities. Look what happened to Colorado, a former Western and cowboy state.

Texan values? That depends on what part of the state. Wendy Davis can get plenty of votes in the larger cities. Remember, President Obama, both in 2008 and 2012, won 5 of the 6 most populated counties: Harris (Houston), Dallas, Bexar (San Antonio), Travis (Austin),and El Paso Counties.
And you Republicans should recognize that criminalizing abortion is Big Government.
Evil? What hyper-partisanship.

Thank you, Bryan Preston. It is so crucial, so essential that Democrats be tarred and feathered with the E-word as much and as often as possible. While we might refrain from calling individual Democrats evil (though many exceptions come quickly to mind) it is no hyperbole to point out that via their immoral agenda - on abortion and much, much else - they are acting as Evil´s handmaidens, and that our fight with them is primarily a moral one, not just a battle of numbers or policy nuance. Not to mention that that immoral agenda has to be promoted by the further immorality of deception. And this goes double for the handmaidens of the handmaidens, their loathsome MSM.

This is the kind of exposing "who they really are" we must see more of, if Democrats are ever to lose their so insanely undeserved "moral high ground" in the culture.

WASHINGTON — The White House threatened to veto a House bill that would block the Internal Revenue Service from issuing a rule that would narrow the definition of who qualifies for a 501(c)(4) exemption as a social welfare organization. Ways and Means Committee Chairman Dave Camp’s (R-Mich.) Stop Targeting of Political Beliefs by the IRS Act, which was in the Rules Committee on Tuesday evening, would freeze the finalization of the rule for one year and restore the 501(c)(4) standards and definitions that were in place before conservative groups started to come under extra scrutiny in 2010. Last month we wrote about the threatening phone call from then-Secretary of the Treasury Timothy Geithner to the head of the parent company of Standard & Poor´s after S&P downgraded the U.S. credit rating in 2011. Now we learn that Mr. Geithner placed the call to McGraw Hill Chairman and CEO Harold McGraw III just five minutes after leaving an Oval Office meeting with President Barack Obama. This detail, drawing on information contained in Mr. Geithner´s public schedule, was included late yesterday in a filing by S&P in federal court in the Central District of California. Fifty years ago today, Muhammad Ali “shocked the world” and beat one of the most fearsome fighters ever to put on a pair of boxing gloves, heavyweight champion Sonny Liston. But what if that storied fight was not what it seemed? It happened Feb. 25, 1964, at the Miami Beach Convention Center. The film clip and sound bite have now become part of the American story — Liston quitting his stool before the eighth round, a young Cassius Clay, as Ali was known then, bouncing around the ring, waving his hands, yelling to the reporters at ringside who thought he would be killed by the more veteran boxer.

Susan Rice ought to stay off “Meet the Press.” The last time she was on, she misrepresented what led to the deaths of four Americans in Benghazi, Libya. On Sunday she was back, this time misrepresenting critics of the Obama administration’s Syria policy. Last time her misrepresentation was unintentional. This time it wasn’t. I prefer it, though, when she doesn’t know what she’s talking about. In a frustrating colloquy with host David Gregory, Rice initially said all the right things about Syria. She called the war there “horrific,” which indeed it is. She said it had “spilled over and infused

It has the makings of a royal mess for “King Barack.” Monday morning’s Supreme Court argument about the Environmental Protection Agency’s authority to regulate greenhouse gases went badly for the Obama administration — so much so that the real question before the justices seemed to be how severe the EPA’s loss would be. The administration’s solicitor general, Donald Verrilli, pleaded with the justices to recognize the “urgent problem” of climate change, because the “threat to future generations gets worse” with each passing year. But as the argument played out, the court’s swing justice, Anthony Kennedy, made clear that he

The long-awaited simplification of the tax code being drafted by House Republicans would slash the top income tax rate to 25 percent from 39.6 percent and impose a surtax on some of the nation’s wealthiest households. Under the proposal, set for release Wednesday, the vast majority of taxpayers would see little change in the ultimate size of their tax bills, according to a nonpartisan congressional analysis of the legislation. But the tax system would be dramatically simpler, with seven existing brackets collapsed into just two, set at 10 percent and 25 percent. In addition, the plan would impose a 10 percent surtax on certain types of earned

KIEV, Ukraine — Russian leaders expressed their distrust and dislike of Ukraine’s new government on Monday, saying it came to power through “armed mutiny,” just hours after the authorities here announced a nationwide manhunt for ousted president Viktor Yanukovych on charges of “mass murder of peaceful civilians.” Russia questioned the legitimacy of Ukraine’s interim leadership, charging that it used a peace deal brokered by Europe to make a power grab and to suppress dissent in Russian-speaking regions through “terrorist methods.” The tone was much harsher than any previous Russian response to the events of the past few days.

The Obama administration warned Russian President Vladimir Putin on Sunday not to react too aggressively to the fast-moving developments in Ukraine, where pro-Western demonstrators forced the nation’s Moscow-backed president from power over the weekend. National Security Adviser Susan E. Editorial cartoons often aren´t pretty, to paraphrase Steve Martin´s observation about the perils of comedy. But a cartoon in the Opinion section of today´s New York Times is downright ugly. The cartoon, alluding to this year´s brutal winter, suggests U.S. Department of Commerce "Strategies for Dealing With the 2014 Icicle Surplus." Among them are using icicles as "locally sourced hydration devices," "temporary doorsteps," and "brainteasers for dogs." Then comes a suggestion that one immediately looks at again, in disgust and disbelief -- icicles can also be used as "self-destructing sabers for dispatching climate-change deniers."
