The Tea Party Patriots blew away expectations at last night´s tele-townhall on the Continuing Resolution with 104,000 participants for Senator Ted Cruz (R-TX) and Rep. Jim Bridenstine (R-OK). The previous record for an event was three weeks ago when 67,000 participants attended. TPP Co-founder Jenny Beth Martin stated, "no special measures were taken to draw the crowd—only the standard Facebook post for two hours and a robocall earlier in the day." The pupose of the tele-townhall was to get TPP members up to date on the latest developments in the ongoing battle to defund Obamacare. It was the TPP´s

I´m wondering what #4 meant by that. The Tea Party Patriots are the closest we have to the Founding Fathers. No one else is taking an effective stance.

And McCain and McConnell need to go away!

I know what you mean No. 4. Jenny Beth has had one bad idea. But they are not all bad. How can this one be faulted? I have forgiven, moved on, and am now contributing again to the Tea Party Patriots.

The trouble with so many of us is that aftr one disagreement or misstep we hold it against that person and forever after we are that person´s enemy.

It really is a tale of two cities — this time with the tony Upper East Side getting the shaft! Huge swaths of the city’s wealthiest neighborhood had been not been plowed by early Tuesday evening, leaving 1-percenters out in the cold, according to the city’s own map of snow-plower activity. “He is trying to get us back. He is very divisive and political,” said writer and life-long Upper East Side mom Molly Jong Fast of Mayor de Blasio. “By not plowing the Upper East Side, he is saying, ‘I’m not one of them.’ But we have everyone in this

NEW ORLEANS — AJ McCarron got up slowly and walked alone to the sideline with the full weight of another dispiriting loss weighing him down. His fumble on a sack turned into an Oklahoma touchdown with 47 seconds left, sealing the Sooners’ 45-31 victory over Alabama in the Sugar Bowl on Thursday night. In a painful twist, McCarron ended his illustrious college career by losing twice in a row after going 36-2 in his first 38 games at Alabama. Oklahoma, a 17-point underdog, scored two touchdowns off his interceptions in the first half before capping the upset by returning his

A pioneering study has shown for the first time that the brains of men and women are wired up differently which could explain some of the stereotypical differences in male and female behaviour, scientists have said. Researchers found that many of the connections in a typical male brain run between the front and the back of the same side of the brain, whereas in women the connections are more likely to run from side to side between the left and right hemispheres of the brain. This difference in the way the nerve connections in the brain are “hardwired” occurs during

Shortly before receiving the medal of freedom from President Obama, Oprah Winfrey gave an interview to the BBC in which she seemed to chalk up much of the opposition to the president to racism: "I think there's a level of disrespect for the office that occurs ... because he's African American," she said. Her claim reminded me of the times when, as a child of the '70s, my father would ask an odd question about my friends, "What is he?" "Huh?" I'd ask. "You know, what is he — Italian? German? Lebanese? What is he?" my father replied. Colorblind eyes - I had no idea what my friends' ethnic origins were.
