Can You Hear the ObamaCare

Glitches: The federal government had 1,288 days to build the ObamaCare exchanges, where millions are supposed to enroll. Yet they were crashing across the U.S. on opening day. Your health care is in the best of hands. Since late last year, administration officials told anyone who´d listen they were on track to open the ObamaCare exchanges on time by Oct. 1. Last December, Gary Cohen, who has been heading up ObamaCare implementation efforts, told state regulators that "10 months from today, people will be signing up for health insurance." The next month, he said again that "yes, we will be ready." In March,

another example of democrats who have huge mouths, but no ability to exercise plans in an efficient way even if they have years to put forth a program.

The Post Office, broke, the rail service, Amtrak, the government budget, welfare programs, IRS, NSA, Benghazi, veterans services, on and on are not run with an ounce of responsibility to the tax payers of this nation.

Now the stupidity of the OBAMA HEALTH CARE.

These people talk a lot but their actions show only their stupidity.

The communist democrats have the ´Midas Touch´ everything thing they touch turns into a muffler.
This ´train´ had to wreck to show all the stupid Obama minions how bad off this country is and to stop believing the media´s lies.
Obama and Harry Reid own this and all the finger pointing won´t help them.
I see a visit to a college for some more speechifying by Obama but the young numb nuts might not believe him once they see the cost or the fines they have to pay.

>>WARNING CONCERNING OBAMACARE>>>
----Immediate Attention Required PLEASE -----
If you do not have to sign up with Obamacare on their website PLEASE DON´T! Once you see the cost of premiums and yearly deductible and choose to opt out from that point they will within a few hours email you stating your actual fees in which now they will by any means collect.
REAL EXAMPLE ---- Please Read & Please Forward ASAP!!!
A comment posted on the Affordable Care Act/Obamacare FB page:
"I actually made it through this morning at 80 A.M. I have a preexisting condition (Type 1 Diabetes) and my income base was 45K-55K annually I chose tier 2 "Silver Plan" and my monthly premiums came out to $597.00 with $13,988 yearly deductible!!! There is NO POSSIBLE way that I can afford this so I "opt-out" and chose to continue along with no insurance. I received an email tonight at 50 P.M. informing me that my fine would be $4,037 and could be attached to my yearly income tax return. Then you make it to the "REPERCUSSIONS PORTION" for "non-payment" of yearly fine. First, your drivers license will be suspended until paid, and if you go 24 consecutive months with "Non-Payment" and you happen to be a home owner, you will have a federal tax lien placed on your home. You can agree to give your bank information so that they can easy "Automatically withdraw" your "penalties" weekly, bi-weekly or monthly! This by no means is "Free" or even "Affordable."

It´s been a train wreck since the day it was proposed. According to recent reports even it´s namesake hadn´t planned on it originally. The idea was a throw away proposal to counter Hillary, and it shows. It was conceived in haste, written for the benefit of a few insiders, and passed against the wishes of the majority. Of course it´s an epic failure in it´s stated goals. It couldn´t help but be. It was never a plan, it was a slogan. The signs have been there all along, the Obamacare leadership team just refused to acknowledge them. And by definition, that´s a failure of said leadership. It has, it should be noted, been a fabulous success at funneling tremendous amounts of revenues to a select few.
This never had to be. Just insuring the 30,000,000 people estimated to not have insurance would have cost approximately $80 billion a year, at the then going insurance rate. Instead we´re now compounding mistake upon mistake. As the old proverb says, if you find yourself in a hole, the first step is to stop digging.

#8, your point about the 30 million "uninsured" (one of those numbers the Left is fond of tossing about, numbers without basis in fact, but trigger a response) is something i have thought about for years.

Those people could have been offered vouchers for health care, catastrophic and or standard, with incentives to use the voucher wisely (like after a period of time getting a rebate check in some set percentage).

Betsy McCaughey, probably THE expert on the so-called ACS from the beginning, said on Mark Levin last night that the bill being referred to as the "law of the land," passed by Congress, okay´d by the Supreme Court, is NOT the law which went into effect Tuesday: it has been changed --by fiat-- dozens of times by BO, altering the essence of the bill, the Letter of the Law.

I am wondering who or what group or entity can take up this cause.

The burdens of this entire monstrosity are on the shoulders of those who still work and still pay taxes, and the burden will metastasize into a bloated, purulent mass.

As millions of Americans rush to file their federal income tax returns on Tuesday, few will be thinking that the current tax code is the fairest one of all, according to the latest IBD/TIPP survey. Just 39% of Americans say today´s income tax code — which features multiple tax brackets along with myriad deductions and exemptions — is the fairest. As to what sort of tax system would be more fair, the public hasn´t made up its mind. Thirty-six percent say a flat tax is the fairest way to collect income taxes, while 19% would prefer a national sales tax. However, the survey

When the Obama administration announced on April 1 that an estimated 7.1 million had signed up for ObamaCare by the end of March, it seemed a nearly impossible achievement. In every month before, sign-ups lagged behind the administration´s original forecast by wide margins and had fallen 1.4 million behind by the end of February. In mid-March, the AP said that it would take "close to a miracle" just to reach 6 million. And a Rand survey out this week puts enrollment by early March at less than 4 million. To reach 7.1 million, sign-ups had to rocket up by 67% in just one

Meanwhile, they´re ignoring another report that finds ObamaCare-induced premium spikes. ´Millions More People Are Getting Health Insurance Because Of ObamaCare," screams a headline on the left-wing Huffington Post. Countless other major news outlets more or less echoed this line, calling it a big win for ObamaCare. They and others are all talking about a Rand Corp. survey that, in fact, finds no such thing. Politics: This fall, Democrats will no doubt resurrect the "war on women" theme to try to hold the Senate. But they don´t really care about all women, just the unmarried ones. The IBD/TIPP poll shows why. According to the Washington Post, the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee is building a huge computer database that will let it predict women´s marital status. That way they can "pinpoint unmarried women as the target of specific, poll-test messages," according to one source quoted in the story. Health Care: Republicans pushed a bill that would let small businesses continue to offer high-deductible plans to employees, despite ObamaCare. Sounds like a good idea. So why did the leadership try to hide it? The original plan for ObamaCare was to force every business with 50 or more employees to provide "affordable" coverage or pay a stiff fine, plus to sharply restrict the plans they could offer by, among other things, capping deductibles at $2,000 for workers. The cap was little more than a stealth attempt by Democrats to wreck Health Savings Accounts, which trade off high deductibles for tax-free savings accounts

President Obama might be thrilled that 7.1 million people apparently signed up for ObamaCare exchanges. But doctors have good reason to withhold their applause. Back in June 2009, Obama told a gathering of the American Medical Association that he was "looking at a range of ideas" that would stem the tide of costly medical malpractice lawsuits and "scale back the excessive defensive medicine." A few months later, he told Congress that "I´ve talked to enough doctors to know that defensive medicine may be contributing to unnecessary costs" and that he would borrow a page from President Bush and fund demonstration projects for

Health Care: Some think Democrats designed ObamaCare to fail so they could get to a single payer system. Seems a bit extreme. But it does help explain why they made the individual mandate so easy to avoid. According to ObamaCare´s architects, the individual mandate is key to making the law work. The mandate is supposed to force young and healthy people to enroll so they can subsidize premiums for the older and sicker. Otherwise, ObamaCare rates will spiral out of control. (Which already appears to be happening, according to TheHill.com.) The mandate is also supposed to prevent gaming the system — wherein people

President Obama gave a speech recently in which he, as he almost always does, patted himself on the back for what he described as a solid record on the economy. "We´ve now seen over four years of economic growth," he said. "We´ve seen 8.5 million new jobs created. We´ve seen the housing market bounce back. We´ve seen an auto industry that has come roaring back. We´ve seen manufacturing return for the first time since the 1990s." Obamaphiles in the press typically repeat these claims, arguing that, given the mess he inherited, no one could have done any better. But is that true? And

Climate change’s latest casualty appears to be fish — or more specifically, fish brains — as researchers say the carbon dioxide that’s being absorbed into the ocean is causing the scaly creatures to lose their survival instincts. In other words, the fish are losing their minds, The Daily Mail reported. The acid from atmospheric carbon dioxide seeps into sea waters, dissolves and ultimately lowers the pH balance, researchers said. The acidic waters then hamper the fishes’ sensory systems, so they’re not able to distinguish between smells any longer, the scientists went on. When the acid levels get really high, the fish lose their
