Britain may need to withdraw
from European Convention on
Human Rights, says Cameron

Telegraph [UK], by James Kirkup

The Prime Minister hardened his position on the ECHR at the opening of the Conservative Party conference in Manchester. The convention, which is enshrined in British law in the Human Rights Act, is deeply unpopular with many Conservatives and some have suggested complete withdrawal. “It may be that that is where we end up,” Mr Cameron said, saying he was willing consider any option to ensure Britain can remove foreign criminals. [Snip] The ECHR has been invoked by foreign criminals and terrorists fighting deportation from Britain. They argue that its provisions mean they are entitled to various rights to be

Comments:
This dreadful piece of legislation was brought in under Tony Blair´s Labour government (Act, 1998, Blair as PM, 1997-2007, followed by Brown, 1997-2010). Recall that Blair´s wife, Cherie, was and is a Human Rights lawyer. Great damage to the United Kingdom was done in those 13 years.

Blair´s Labour also had a secret policy to bring in more Muslims aka terrorists who had no intention of assimilating but of colonizing.
He has the blood of soldier
Lee Rigby and thousands of other victims of Islamist terrorists on his hands.
For selling out UK he gets millions just like the Clinton´s.
9/11 was a direct result of Clinton´s coddling Islamic terrorists.

The UK may have won the Second World War but now it is Germany that is changing British legal norms through the ECHR.

It is hard to believe that the UK, who back in history would not even allow any Pope to stick his nose in UK legal and political affairs, now allows the Germans, and other little European countries, to go about changing the UK legal system through the ECHR.

The UK needs to kick out the ECHR and all the connected European bureaucrats and judges, and take it´s legal sovereignty back.

She remained in the country illegally, living in Boston public housing. Whether a coincidence or not, at the start of Alex Salmond’s five-day visit to the United States, the Scottish National Party has suddenly launched a peace offensive after a bruising referendum campaign that has raised fears that society will be polarised for years to come. [Snip] But to those who recall SNP rhetoric about the party preserving the best of Britishness in a social union, it needs to be taken with a hefty pinch of salt. It smacks too much of a serial wife-beater turning round to his family after a traumatic night and saying that from now on life

Revanchist nationalists of different stripes have just won 65pc of the vote in post-democratic Hungary. [Snip] The Fidesz ruling party--and serial violator--has a seemingly unbreakable grip over the governing machinery of a mid-sized EU state in the heart of central Europe. It has harassed the media (I mean seriously, not like Leveson), purged the judiciary, and muzzled the opposition by banning paid TV advertising and greatly restricting campaign access to the public networks--even as it flooded the airwaves with its own message. Let us not forget that Hungary has handed out Hungarian passports to many of the 500,000 Hungarians of the

LONDON - Peaches Geldof, the wild-child second daughter of concert organizer Bob Geldof who worked as a model, a television presenter and a fashion writer and filled the pages of British tabloids with her late-night antics, has died at age 25. There was no immediate word on the cause of her death at her home in Wrotham, Kent, southeast England. Her father said in a statement Monday: "Peaches has died. We are beyond pain." "She was the wildest, funniest, cleverest, wittiest and the most bonkers of all of us," he said. "Writing 'was' destroys me afresh. What a beautiful child. How is this possible that we will not see her again? How is that bearable? We loved her and will cherish her forever."
