Obama the Storyteller
American Thinker, by Ed Lasky

Original Article

President Obama unwittingly disclosed his modus operandi in a single statement back in 2012. The sentence explains why he has been able to both win elections and been such a failure once in office. In the summer of 2012, President Obama refused to take responsibility for failures during his first term. As is his wont, he blamed others. In this case it was not the "usual suspect," Republicans, but all Americans. He told CBS News; Charlie Rose that his biggest mistake of his first term was not being a good enough storyteller:

Telling stories is fine, as long as the listener knows they are stories. Otherwise it´s just plain lying.

Obama lies because he knows the media will not confront him. They may mildly confront Jay Carney but they never yell questions at Obama when he is in public as they did when Ronald Reagan was President. He is insulated for good reason. He can´t defend himself adequately and his handlers know it. Therefore, he blithely goes his merry way unchallenged and confident that he is unassailable.

In the end does reality trump propaganda? The jour-no-listers he has hired to forge his Legacy must attempt to combat the reality that we are living in the Misery of the 2nd Great Depression created by Obamanomics. I believe it is a Herculean task they will not be able to accomplish. I hope they fail in their quest to assist him in denying reality.

Everything about Obama/aka Barry Soetero, is a lie. The elite media did not want to see through this, they actually encouraged Obama by not challenging him on anything. I see him as a psychotic narcissist with anti-American tendencies and a supporter of Muslim jihadists. He will fall eventually as all tyrants do. The American people need to wake up before our eroding freedoms are completely washed away by the rising tide of tyranny and treason oozing out of our own government.

He has gotten away with all the lies, scandals and incompetence because he is black. He looks black, he thinks black, he is black! No white man could ever have perpetrated this hoax on the American people. Don´t expect people to have an epiphany and suddenly hold him accountable. The best we can hope for is that he will slither back into the hole that he came out of and we´ll never hear from him again after his term is up.

Being "Black" is only helpful to Liberals.

It is actually damaging to conservatives.

I give you Clarence Thomas, Herman Cain, Dr. Ben and many others who´s blackness becomes a liability when they fail to promote the Marxist line.

The Marxists would dump blacks as quickly as they dumped women when Billy Jeff became well known as a serial abuser of women.

Only the "Revolution" matters.

Every one and everything else is expendable
in service to the re-establishment of the old way.

I contend that Marxists are simply Royalists who want to establish a system where the Elites (Royals) enslave the serfs.

It´s as simple as that.

Remember that they habitually accuse conservatives (lovers of Liberty) of trying to impoverish the under-class.

Pure projection.

....and very telling.

The Obama´s and their pals have not helped the issue of color in this country. To give you an example, Barry Alverez, the outstanding couch of the University Of Wisconsin in past years, who is loved by many from all walks of life, players, viewers, etc., referred to his race by one of the commentators at last weeks Wisconsin/Purdue game! I was shocked! I never for one moment thought about his race! Why would the commentator feel it was necessary to do that? It has nothing to do with his talent as an excellent couch! Again the media revealing their true nature.
Nasty little mini minded twits.

The shelf life of any scandal in the Obama administration only lasts a few weeks at most. When most of the American public is playing video games and watching Dancing With The Stars, they have no idea what goes on in the real world.

When the mainstream media won´t report on any of the scandals, they go away quickly.

The media hates Republicans and will do anything to prop up a Democrat. I´ve given up on our citizenry and our nation.

Let´s face it - there are two standards for Democrats and Republicans in this country -regardless of skin color. I would say this started back with Woodrow Wilson or FDR, went into overdrive with JFK and then hyperdrive with the Clintons and now its warp factor for Obama. Too many Americans just don´t care or aren´t paying attention and Obama and his handlers know it. I really thought his comment during the 2008 campaign about the bittelr clingers and the Bible would have ended his campaign but no. I guess there are just too many Americans who don´t care when they are lied to by their elected representatives.

So Obama is a storyteller, a liar, a con man. But to what end? Is he a serial fabricator rising steadily through promotions and ever higher positions he is incapable of mastering solely for his own ego’s sake, or is he a malevolent mole burrowing ever deeper in order to wreak his secret havoc? Is he merely a narcissistic self-promoter as are most career politicians, or is he the face of something more sinister? Is he just a con man lining his friends’ pockets, or is he the barker outside a tent of horrors?

Does he drive the Hope and Change bus aimlessly, or does he have a secret road map only he and his inner circle have seen? Or perhaps even he has been given only a section of it at a time, taking his orders via his blackberry that no one can document and no one can trace. First south, then west, then back north a while, on the interstate, then off again. Where is he taking us? The man accused of being a Marxist promotes distinctly fascist policies to enrich favored corporations. The America hater who enjoys blasting her enemies with drone strikes. So what is he and what is the plan? Do we have enough information yet to intuit the map? And even if we do, would anyone believe it?

No, he has managed to get 96% of the Black vote. Meanwhile, the White vote has been split almost evenly. A deep analysis (in reality a simple analysis) of this means that Blacks are the number one racists in this country.

Obama plays the race card every chance he can. That may not play so well in the next election without a Black on the ballot. He may have destroyed the Democrat Party.

#20 RE: too many Americans who don´t care.

As most Ldotters know, especially those of us who organized Tea Party groups, even among citizens who are alarmed at what is happening only a small percentage is willing or ready to actually do the actions required. We would have 40 people at our monthly meetings but only a handful were willing to attend city council or county supervisor meetings, write letters to the editor, or walk the precinct for our candidates.

I´m beginning to think that the apathy of our fellow Americans may be the salvation of our country. These are people who are more interested in their own lives than what the morons in some distant city write down on a piece of paper. To paraphase a popular song in the day, "Law! What is it good for?"

If they can decide what laws to enforce, we can decide what laws to ignore. It takes two to tango, and I´m sitting out this dance.

0bama´s statist policies biggest problem is the conniving deceptions which are always employed to achieve them. Such deceit is used because the American people have always rejected top-down BIG Governmental tyranny and have instead embraced the inherent Rights of Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness of each individual. ´´Of the people, by the people and for the people,´´ was how Pres. Lincoln expressed freedom in the USA. Such a government is responsive and accountable to the citizens of this country and our rule of law and our elected representatives are accountable to those they serve: the people. Those elected are not expected to be sneaky & evasive, but instead, honest and transparent in their deliberations!!!

A major concern of progressives is their supposed interest in the fate of the poor. They purport to be the champions of the poor. But the truth is that they need the poor more than the poor need them, in a symbiotic relationship. As much as 75% of the money allocated to the poor is consumed by the vast bureaucracies that administer this aid. These agencies are actually job programs for college graduates who would often find it difficult to find employment in the private sector. Early on in the Genesis chapter of the Bible much is made of Adam giving names to all living creatures. Like everything about the Bible, the meaning of this event is subject to many interpretations, the most often given is that it signals man’s dominion over the other creatures of the earth. I don’t dispute that reading, but to me, the naming description signifies that there can be no real communication among people unless the names we use mean the same thing to all of us. On Saturday, I wrote about the standoff at Bundy Ranch. That post drew a remarkable amount of traffic, even though, as I wrote then, I had not quite decided what to make of the story. Since then, I have continued to study the facts and have drawn some conclusions. Here they are. First, it must be admitted that legally, Bundy doesn’t have a leg to stand on. The Bureau of Land Management has been charging him grazing fees since the early 1990s, which he has refused to pay. Further, BLM has issued orders limiting the area on which Bundy’s cows can

Less than a minute into his speech at the Boston marathon bombing memorial on Tuesday, Vice President Joe Biden went tragically off script and told the crowd of Boston bombing survivors that "it was worth it." After expressing how impressed he was with the tribute, he said somberly, "let me say to those ´quote survivors,´ my God, you have survived and you have soared. It was worth it. I mean this sincerely - just to hear each of you speak. You´re truly, truly inspiring." The audience sat in stunned silence until Biden declared, "I´ve never heard anything so beautiful than

Casual marijuana use may come with some not-so-casual side effects. For the first time ever, researchers at Northwestern University have analyzed the relationship between casual use of marijuana and brain changes – and found that young adults who used cannabis just once or twice a week showed significant abnormalities in two important brain structures. The study’s findings, to be published Wednesday in the Journal of Neuroscience, are similar to those of past research linking chronic, long-term marijuana use with mental illness and changes in brain development. Dr. Hans Breiter, co-senior study author, said he was inspired to look at the effects of casual

Look, everyone loves Sean Connery, particularly Sean Connery. That’s why he plays Sean Connery in every movie he’s in. People love that Scottish brogue so much, they don’t mind that he has it when he plays Juan Sánchez Villa-Lobos Ramírez, an immortal Spaniard in Highlander. The guy even won an Oscar for playing an Irish cop with a Scottish accent. Talk about sexist double standards: Meryl Streep has to master foreign dialects to get her golden statuettes. Connery just has to show up on time. In economics you devalue a currency by printing too much of it. In film you

Like him or hate him, there is no disputing that Rush Limbaugh’s very special brand of mixing right-wing politics with his flare for entertainment has produced one of the most successful radio programs in the medium’s long history. Whatever the burning political question of the day, millions of Americans have relished the opportunity to tune into Rush’s program, knowing that he would quickly take that hot potato, throw a few gallons of verbal kerosene into the mix and elevate the matter into a five alarm fire with a just a few well-chosen words spoken in the style only Rush Limbaugh could

Toddlers show racial bias when picking playmates, a study reveals. They also take account of how fairly others behave. Researchers tested the reaction of white 15-month-olds as toys were distributed. Two white adults divided the toys, one equally and the other unequally. Seventy per cent of the toddlers chose to play with the researcher who distributed the toys fairly. But in a second test, when one researcher favoured a white recipient over an Asian one, they picked the ‘fair’ researcher less often, the journal Frontiers in Psychology reports. And the babies are more likely to help those who share the same ethnicity, which is known as

Hank Aaron’s recent comments about the need for America to realize that racism is still very much alive and thriving — only now due to those who wear “neckties and starched shirts” rather than KKK hoods — has sparked an angry backlash and many fans are turning the tables, calling the baseball legend himself a racist. “Hank Aaron is a s*****g piece of [expletive] [racial slur],” one man said in an email to the Atlanta Braves’ front office, one of the teams Mr. Aaron used to play for, CBS News reported. “My old man instilled in my mind from a

Western Washington University sent a questionnaire to students asking them for advice on how the administration could succeed at making sure that in future years, “we are not as white as we are today.” The question notes that WWU’s racial make up does not perfectly reflect the nation at large, and asks students to consider strategies that other universities have used to focus on skin color as the paramount indicator of a student-applicant’s worth. The president of WWU has stated that his explicit goal is to reduce the white population on campus, according to Campus Reform. “I’ve said before and I’ll say it

Funny question in the headline, yes? But since President Obama worries more about the threat of terrorists´ improvised nuclear device going off in a major American city than anything Russia can throw at us, I was wondering if the government had deigned to share with us citizens any tips for, you know, surviving something their own intelligence points to as the likeliest unlikely Black Swan event. Well, no. And yes. No — very few people in Washington, D.C., who work for the government have any idea what they would do if a 10-kiloton nuclear device exploded at the intersection of 16th and K

When President Obama needed a preacher to fulfill the closing prayer duties at the annual White House Easter Prayer Breakfast, he turned to none other than the Episcopal Church’s first openly gay bishop — who said he was as shocked as anyone at the appointment. The Right Rev. Gene Robinson said in a tweet, accompanied by a photo of Mr. Obama behind a podium at the event: “POTUS ‘preaches’ at the Easter prayer breakfast. Then, out of the blue, asks ME to close with prayer. OMG!” Newsmax said he also emphasized that the words he chose to close the breakfast
