Benghazi Victim’s Mother: Obama,
Clinton, and Biden Lied To Me

Washington Free Beacon, by Staff

Patricia Smith, the mother of Benghazi victim Sean Smith, testified Thursday at the House Oversight Committee that President Obama, Vice President Joe Biden and Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, among other top administration officials, initially told her the attack was the result of a YouTube video. That explanation, which was then disseminated by Susan Rice during her infamous appearances on Sunday talk shows the following weekend, was quickly proven to be false. A visibly upset Smith said she was told lies at the casket ceremony for her son and that she and other American people “don’t matter” in the eyes of the

The sheer desperation to cover-up Benghazi, from the very highest level around and including Dear Leader, should be a clear indication of just how damning to their political careers the truth must be...

For me the issue is not that they lied (I expected nothing less from them). The issue is so many don´t care. All this deception to cover obama´s and hillary´s ass. Disgusting.

I don´t understand why more relatives of the victims of the obama"administration" don´t come forward. obama and his minions have been lying to this country for all the years he has been running for office or has been IN office. Shame, shame on the pathetic "msm" who use weeks to persecute a man like George Zimmerman falsely but then hide under their desks when it comes to questioning the great-and-powerful-oz-obama! Unless someone has lost a beloved child, there is no way to understand the pain the Benghazi victim´s families are going through. Prayers go out to them.

I, too, was surprised that other family members did not show up. And then I thought of the non-disclosure statements the victims had to sign and the repeated lie detector tests and goodness knows what else this regime has put them all through, and thought they are afraid. Although one of the dead soldier´s mother is a new england liberal and thinks the world of obama....even after this. The democrats behaved disgracefully when they walked out on the families statements. Shows their real contempt for our military and our country.

The Obama regime has gone to extraordinary lengths to bury the fact that they were supplying weaponry to sworn enemies of the United States. This is the crux of the cover-up and is a crime of treason for all involved.

The "Casket Ceremony" is when the caskets with bodies arrived at Dover. She had asked the government to fly her there and they said "No" since she was not immediate family. Sean Hannity had her on his show immediatley after the Benghazi killings-----then weeks later when she was back on his show........SHE THANKED HIM for Paying for her to attend the return of bodies; otherwise she would not have been in attendance.

Nothing would have kept me away from that hearing knowing my son died that night because this administration CHOSE not to launch an attempt to rescue him. I applaud Mr. Woods and Mrs. Smith. Don´t ever give up until you get the answers you deserve.

Those despicable democrats who left the hearing room rather than have the decency to listen to these two heart broken parents sets a new low even for the democrats. What callous disrespectful thoughtless cowards you are. The fact that you could turn your back on these grieving parents speaks volumes for your lack of character. This was a breathtakingly small and petty display.

Benghazi is proof that Shrillary was right when she said Obumbler wasn´t prepared to take that 3 a.m. call. It also proved she wasn´t ready to take that call, either, and the cover-up is more about saving her presidential ambitions than it is about protecting Odumbdumb.

“With all due respect, the fact is we had four dead Americans. Was it because of a protest or was it because of guys out for a walk one night decided to go kill some Americans? What difference at this point does it make?” Hillary Clinton.

We need to post her whole quote from now on. When it gets shortened to just the "What difference does it make?" soundbite, the screamingly obvious lie gets edited out.

Nothing and no one have ever done less to aid their countrymen and more to take and use for their own benefit than these. Heaven will not be seen by these people. My prayers go out to the families, who , on top all of this pain , were slapped in the face by the crudely behaved Democrats who walked out. Their behavior shames them , not the victims families.

It wasn´t all that long ago and a different administration when Maureen Dowd wrote that mothers, in her case, Cindy Sheehan, had absolute moral authority. Guess that moral authority depends on who is in the White House.

Tammy Duckworth, double amputee war veteran - all of that is erased by the D after her name.

Hypocrisy of this magnitude would have destroyed the careers of politicians in an era when the media at least paid lip service to impartial reporting. I still remember Maureen Dowd´s column in the NYT in which she conferred "absolute moral authority" on Cindy Sheehan. I clearly recall the liberals and progressives adopting the mantra that because of her personal loss, Cindy had the moral high ground on the Bush Administration. Treating the parents of the survivors of Bengazi with such obvious contempt demonstrates why these folks cannot be trusted with public office. These progressives are shameless partisans whose only interest is power.

Some call the democrats ´cowards´ for walking out. That doesn´t begin to cover their disgraceful actions. The dems put politics above simple human decency and still have the benefit of media protection. Thanks to the latter´s mythmaking machine, democrats are still viewed as compassionate. Good comments, posters. The dignity of Charles Woods and the heartbreak of Pat Smith were quite moving to see. All they´re asking for is accountability. Ms. Smith said that every time she sees the bloody handprint on that wall in Benghazi she asks herself if it belonged to her son. And she still doesn´t how. The selfish, perhaps traitorous, heartlessness of this administration and of Hillary are there for all to see. That stone cold wretch should never be able to get any where near the levers of power again. Ever.

In fairness, Darrell Issa, at one point, turned to his right and thanked Elijah Cummings for staying for the whole hearing, including the parents´ testimony.

Maybe we should not worry about contacting our Senators and Reps but instead contact the media for their utter negligence and ulterior motives for hiding and omitting important news. We have a generation of young people who pride themselves on NOT following news and who simply vote for who has the best handout package. But, one day, when they are the victims, it will matter but it may be too late.

Yesterday, they scattered like cockroaches do when a light goes on. Without a moment’s hesitation, they vacated the hearing room when family members of the deceased Benghazi victims were about to testify. The Cockroach Party representatives inhumanely chose not to hear what those family members had to say. If you’ve ever wondered what makes a Democrat tick, now you know.

In Madame Rodham-Clinton´s case, should anyone really expect the truth from our 67th Secretary of State, a public official who, just for starters, has previously informed us: (A) She was named after New Zealand´s Sir Edmund Hillary (B) Came under intense sniper fire in Bosnia (C) Learned how to make a fortune in the cattle futures market from THE WALL STREET JOURNAL (D) Is a lifelong "devoted" Yankees fan and (E) Once stated her daughter Chelsea was jogging around The World Trade Center on September 11, 2001?

i can´t figure out WHY no one seems to care - about this or much of anything else. is it because those of us who work for a living are too busy trying to survive to mount complaints, is it fear of our government, or simply no one is listening anymore? or is it that they hate conservatives more than they dislike the current administration? my husband is a fine man. hard working, kind (to everyone, even conservatives), smart (in most things), and a great father. but, when it comes to his politics, he defends obama at every opportunity, believes almost everything printed in the msm, and watches the abc networks exclusively for his news. i think he exemplifies the current democrat. his lack of curiosity about the scandals is utterly mystifying to me. and, saddest of all (we´ve been married 33 years) we both agree, that had we met now, we wouldn´t even date much less marry. what have we (collectively) come to? Tammy Duckworth (Iraq War Veteran and former Assistant Secretary of Veterans Affairs), what say you about leaving these men behind? Why did you leave their parents behind when they came to testify before you?

The smoking gun for me was that the last person to visit Stevens was a Turkish representative. It is known that Turkey is a conduit for arms shipments to Syrian rebels. There was no reason for a clandestine meeting between Americans and Turks at the outpost in Benghazi.

These poor families are caught up in one of the largest and deepest coverups in US history. The illegal transfer of weapons to a foreign government with full knowledge that they would go to al-Qaeda affiliated groups is explosive.

The coverup participants include both Republicans and Democrats. Obama may have been a bystander. As usual, just my opinion.

The Democratic Party should change its mascot to the ostrich. In former congressman (now judge) James Rogan´s magnificent book "Catching Our Flag," the former Senate impeachment manager says that not a single House Democrat walked into the evidence room to look at even one document during the weeks of hearings by the Judiciary Committee on which he served. Democratic legislators avert their gaze from the sins of their leaders and follow in lock step behind them. For all the curiosity they show, they might as well serve in the Parliament of the Peoples Republic of Korea.

If you think the witnesses are in danger of their lives for coming forward to bear witness, it’s so bad that those that interview the witnesses are also in fear of their lives for not totally protecting the topmost elite evil witch in the evil hierarchy that has become our current administration. Look at all the lesser evil people who have LEFT the administration … … a lengthening list of self protective survivors. Remember the Clinton Body Count Death List

BUNKERVILLE, NEVADA—The Bundy Ranch roundup has understandably stirred thin-stretched emotions as the federal government seizes cattle belonging to the Bundy family. The family settled in the late 1800’s and has ranched in the area since. The federal government allowed Nevada ranchers to graze their cattle on federal tracts of land adjacent to their private properties for generations. The federal government later created the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) to administer and “protect” the vast swaths of federal land—including the land the Bundy family’s livelihood was—and still is—dependent upon. The BLM began restricting ranchers’ usage of federal lands to protect various

A huge wave of public testimony, reports and documents on what happened in Benghazi now floods Washington, and little of it focuses on the role of Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton before, on, or after Sept. 11, 2012. Over the past 18 months, there have been at least seven public congressional hearings and three fact-finding reports on the terrorist attack. If not invisible, Mrs. Clinton is certainly portrayed as being only in the background during Benghazi, unaware of key events. White House senior adviser John Podesta is running against the clock. Time is winding on Podesta’s objective, which is to make sure President Obama put points on the board in the final three years of his second term through either legislation or executive action. With Obama and the White House flailing in late 2013, Podesta returned to the West Wing in January as part of an Obama reboot. A little more than three months later, the former chief of staff for President Clinton gets good marks from Democrats and fellow West Wingers for helping to improve the White House’s strategy and communications. They say

Dartmouth College students recently staged an overnight sit-in the office of their president Philip Hanlon. They had over seventy demands. Apparently, they grew out of their alleged suffering at the hands of “racist, classist, sexist, heterosexist, trans-homophobic, xenophobic, and ablest structures.” Translating into English, the students elaborated, “Our bodies are already on the line, in danger, and under attack” — suggesting conditions similar to the teen-aged Marines who stormed Fallujah in November 2004, or perhaps the iron-workers who tip-toe on girders 1,000 feet above Manhattan, or an acquaintance of mine whose work clothes reveal that he pumps out quite messy rural

On Friday the president used the long-awaited resignation of Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sebelius to again claim victory for his namesake health law. “She got it fixed, got the job done,” Obama said. Right. Sorry, there is plenty of more bad news ahead. It’s not called SebeliusCare, and she wasn’t to blame for most of its problems. The horrors were mostly baked into the law, with some made worse by the president’s dishonest hard sell to get unsuspecting Americans to sign up. Obama claimed Friday that 7.5 million people have enrolled in exchange coverage. In fact, perhaps 20 percent haven’t

OVERLAND PARK, Kan. -- The man accused of killing three people in attacks at a Jewish community center and Jewish retirement complex near Kansas City is a well-known white supremacist and former Ku Klux Klan leader who was once the subject of a nationwide manhunt. Frazier Glenn Cross, of Aurora, Mo., was booked into Johnson County jail on a preliminary charge of first-degree murder after the attacks Sunday in Overland Park. At a news conference, Overland Park police Chief John Douglass declined to publicly identify the man suspected in the attacks. But an official at the Olathe jail, speaking on the condition

On Fox News Sunday, political analyst Brit Hume said that Eric Holder’s claim that his treatment at the hands of Representative Louie Gohmert (R-TX) at a House hearing this week was unprecedented toward an Attorney General, made him a “crybaby,” and that he and President Barack Obama had in fact benefited “enormously” from being the first African Americans in their respective positions. “This strikes me as kinda crybaby stuff from Holder,” Hume said. “My sense about this is both Eric Holder and Barack Obama have benefited politically enormously from the fact that they are African American and the first to

Let me obliterate a bit of confusion here: the Obama administration attempted to go to war with a rancher in Nevada. Let me amplify a little bit of truth: They tucked tail and have returned home. And let me add a bit of clarity: they had no choice! As the nation began to become familiar with the plight of the family of Cliven Bundy, many of us harkened back to another standoff in which the Federal government attempted to bully it´s outcome: Waco, Texas and the Branch Davidian massacre. It is telling that in the Nevada case the feds pulled out so

They’re both qualified, respectful of each other (shocker!), and represent the vast majority of middle America. So what’s not to like about another Clinton/Bush race for 2016? When you mention the prospect of Clinton vs. Bush 2016 a funny thing happens. First, there is the reflexive response: "Oh no, not again. We don´t need more dynastic politics in this country." But upon further reflection, you realize Jeb Bush vs. Hillary Clinton would be a great race and actually good for the country. Let´s review. QUALIFICATIONS—THEY’VE BOTH GOT THEM. Barack Obama won the presidency because in an election where the premium was on change, it mattered little

A rapid shift to wind and solar power is needed if the world is to avoid catastrophic global warming, the United Nations warns in a crucial report today. Emissions of greenhouse gases need to be cut by up to 70 per cent before 2050 to control climate change, the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) says. ‘Large-scale changes in energy systems’ are required, with coal power stations to be switched off and replaced by wind and solar. And the transformation needs to be made in the next 15 years or controlling climate change will become increasingly harder and more expensive. The report was published

Chelsea Clinton says when people ask her these days whether she wants to go into politics, her answer isn’t an automatic “no.” The 34-year-old former first daughter told Fast Company in an interview published Monday, “for so long the answer was just a visceral no. Not because I had made any conscientious, deliberate decision, but since people had been asking for as long as literally I could remember, it was no." Now, the only child of former President Clinton and former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton explains, "I live in a city and a state and a country where I

LAS VEGAS — The Nevada Republican Party stripped opposition to abortion and gay marriage from its platform Saturday as state convention delegates instead focused on judging fellow Republicans on their worthiness to serve in office and adherence to GOP values. The platform, with few changes, was adopted overwhelmingly as the Las Vegas convention stretched late into the evening. The vote mirrors that of the Clark County GOP, which voted earlier to remove platform language defining marriage as between a man and a woman and statements opposing abortion. Many Republicans are re-evaluating their strong stances on conservative social issues as public

Say what you will about Sens. Rand Paul (R-Ky.) and Ted Cruz (R-Tex.), but they know a train wreck when they see it. They also know when to separate themselves from the cranks and the losers on the right. Although both supported the shutdown and were heartily supported by tea party groups in their own Senate races, neither one has endorsed Matt Bevin in Kentucky, Milton Wolf in Kansas or Chris McDaniel in Mississippi. In fact, Cruz’s office confirms he hasn’t endorsed anyone in the primaries. He may weigh in after the primaries. Rand Paul has endorsed two very establishment

A brazen flash mob has been caught on camera storming a California store and making off with $20,000 worth of sunglasses. Surveillance footage shows eight women piling into a Sunglass Hut and crowding around display cases. Shielding workers from what they´re doing, they quickly stuff dozens of fashion specs into their bags. A store clerk pleads with them to stop, before running out of the shot to get help and dial 911. The thieves then all bolt outside and escape in a waiting SUV. The incident occurred at the Valencia Town Center mall, in Santa Clarita, at 3 p.m. on

President Obama pulled a surprise move Monday at the White House’s Easter Prayer Breakfast when he selected Gene Robinson to lead the closing prayer. Robinson is famously known as the first openly gay Episcopal bishop. Talking Points Memo’s Tom Kludt spotted the following tweet from Robinson, who was in attendance: (Tweet) Robinson, 66, became diocesan bishop of New Hampshire in March 2004. He retired in January 2013 and is currently a senior fellow at the progressive

A Russian fighter jet made multiple, close-range passes near an American warship in the Black Sea for more than 90 minutes Saturday amid escalating tensions in the region, a U.S. military official said Monday. In the first public account of the incident, the official said the Russian Fencer flew within 1,000 yards of the USS Donald Cook, a Navy destroyer, at about 500 feet above sea level. Ship commanders considered the actions provocative and inconsistent with international agreements, prompting the ship to issue several radio queries and warnings. The fighter appeared to be unarmed and never was in danger of

It’s hardly been a secret that in recent years the moderate center of the Democrat party has been driven away and what remains is a conglomeration of disparate blocs which, to date, the party has been able to treat as if there were no conflicting interests between them. As the midterm elections approach and the administration’s incompetence, along with the distaste for the president’s signature ObamaCare legislation, drive the party’s chances down further, the make-believe coalition of opposites may well crumble if the opposition doesn’t blow it. Democrats hope to retain control of the Senate and recapture the House by driving

Some time back, whenever a big racial controversy erupted, I trained myself into the habit of reading about it at FoxNews.com, just for the unbelievable comment threads. Let’s put it this way: If my friends and I went out to a bar and started playing a “let’s write the racist FoxNews.com comment thread” drinking game, our efforts couldn’t begin to approach what I read there.I wasn’t alone. Liberal websites started feasting on these threads. And so, a couple of years ago, Ailes & Co. got wise. Stories about race were, at least in my disheartened experience, closed to comments.
