Syria has moved 20 trucks worth of equipment and material used for the manufacturing of chemical weapons into neighboring Iraq, the Lebanese daily Al-Mustaqbal reported on Sunday. The government in Baghdad has denied allegations that it is helping the Syrian government conceal chemical stockpiles. The report came just a day after the United States and Russia struck a deal stipulating that Syrian President Bashar Assad´s regime would destroy its chemical arsenal to avert an American military assault. The newspaper reported that the trucks crossed the boundary separating Syria with Iraq over the course of Thursday and Friday. Border guards did

OP is right. But that is why the goal of quarantining and destroying all CWs is unachievable. No matter which option the US would have taken (go to war, take Putin´s deal, or do nothing), the CWs will be out there and circulating. Best we can do is to discourage their widespread use.

Here´s a scenario for you:

Remember when you were a child and an adult would play this game with you?

´Where´s the ball?", they´d ask. You´d point to the hand where you clearly saw it. Behind their back they´d quickly switch hands and produce an empty hand. Back and forth it would go.

This is the game Putin is playing with 0bama and it´s taking place on the world stage.

More evidence of the stupidity of the Hillary/Rice/Power/Obama Leading with Their Behinds foreign policy.

But what i find the most sickening of all is the utter disrespect and disregard for the sacrifices --life and limb-- by our greatest national Treasures: Military men and women; add to the sacrifices the Ambassador, those who tried to rescue him, the copter full of SEALs and other soldiers who seem to have been "sent into" an ambush in Afghanistan.

And of course the media will not want to explore the peregrinations of WMDs, because they might have to apologize to President Bush et al.

Obama wants chaos..and Putin is just as likely to be working with Obama as against him. Assad knows that..and should remember it...
Either way-- this administration is in bed with America´s enemies..as Obama has tried his best to destroy all relationships with our allies.

Consider Obama has put the USA is an untenable position ...Qatar and Saudi want Assad´s pipeline ..yet Assad enlisted his allies Russia and Iran for the building of his pipeline...Putin needs Assad´s warm water port for his Nuclear Subs and access to the Mediterranean ..to move his oil to sell to and control Europe..where he´ll now have more sway with those who USED to be America´s allies.

Meanwhile, Obama has cut-off every possible bit of drilling and fracking he can in America...to our demise. Assad´s pipeline is smallball compared to the oil discovered in the USA. So...Qui bono? That answer is to any and all ...but America

While Obama arms the rebels/AlQaeda to take down Assad ...and turn Syria over to Qatar who finances the Muslim Brotherhood, and AlQaeda... It is the Muslim Brotherhood Obama fights for....Do some in the Senate support Obama thinking it will save the PetroDollar?...Perhaps. Or they´re simply other Communist traitors...like the pipsqueak Harry Reid.

This mess of Obama´s goes back to Benghazi and his arming of the rebels/AlQaeda...that resulted in Ambassador Stevens and three other Americans being tortured and murdered....and left behind with nary a second thought about their well being or their murders....Americans were Executed... exactly as planned.

The MIC has partnered with a communist ...disastrous for America. They need to enlist the American people to do the right thing...not just use our children and spill their blood on behalf of IslamoFascists who would just as soon kill all Americans. Weakening the American economy and destroying who and what America represents...will not only destroy us...but will be their demise too...

MINNEAPOLIS — Even as President Obama and progressive activists are trying to sell the nation on hiking the national minimum wage to help restaurant workers and other low-wage employees, the Internal Revenue Service is seemingly determined to make life harder for those same workers. A change in tax policy implemented Jan. 1 will prevent restaurant workers from collecting automatic gratuities — the added 18 percent fee many restaurants charge to groups of eight or more — as part of their tips. This week Obamacare passed an unflattering milestone. As of today, the Obama administration has spent longer botching the implementation of Obamacare than the Roosevelt and Truman administrations spent fighting and winning the Second World War. America’s involvement in World War II began on December 7, 1941, with the Japanese attack on Pearl Harbor. It ended 1,365 days later on September 2, 1945, with the surrender ceremony aboard the U.S.S. Missouri anchored in Tokyo Bay. President Obama signed the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act into law on March 23, 2010. Today, December 18, 2013, marks the 1,366th day of post-enactment Obamacare implementation.

The number of children taking powerful antipsychotic drugs has nearly tripled over the last 10 to 15 years, according to recent research. The increase comes not because of an epidemic of schizophrenia or other forms of serious mental illness in children, but because doctors are increasingly prescribing the drugs to treat behavior problems, a use not approved by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA). And a disproportionate number of those prescriptions are written for poor and minority children, some as young as age 2. OSLO - Scientists have produced hydrogen by accelerating a natural process found in rocks deep below the Earth´s surface, a short-cut that may herald the wider use of what is a clean fuel, a study showed on Sunday. Used in rockets and in battery-like fuel cells, hydrogen is being widely researched as a non-polluting fuel, but its use is so far hampered by high costs. A few hydrogen vehicles are already on the roads, such as the Honda FXC Clarity and Mercedes-Benz F-Cell, and more are planned. The Obama administration quietly finalized the Health Insurance Tax (HIT) over the Thanksgiving holiday weekend, a provision in Obamacare that will cost nearly $60 billion over the next five years and raise health care premiums by 3 percent. The final rule, published on Nov. 27, imposes a fee beginning in 2014 for health insurers with premium revenues over $25 million per year. The annual tax is levied for “United States health risks,” and is hidden from consumers since it is directly assessed on health insurance companies. David R. Hi, everybody. For millions of Americans, this time of year holds great meaning. Earlier this week, we hosted a Passover Seder at the White House, and joined Jewish families around the world in their re-tellings of the story of the Exodus and the victory of faith over oppression. And this Sunday, Michelle, Malia, Sasha, and I will join our fellow Christians around the world in celebrating the Resurrection of Christ, the salvation he offered the world, and the hope that comes with the Easter season. These holy days have their roots in miracles that took place long ago. And yet, they still inspire us, guide us, and strengthen us today. They remind us of our

Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid said Thursday that a family of dissident ranchers and their supporters in his home state of Nevada are ´domestic terrorists,´ citing this week´s standoff with the federal government´s Bureau of Land Management. Cliven Bundy has refused to pay grazing fees for land where his hundreds of cattle roam every day. The land is owned by the federal government, which says he owes more than $1 million. Bundy, however, insists that since his family has been using the land since the 1870s, Uncle Sam can´t collect the grazing fees. A tense standoff developed this week after

To "honor the dignity and work of immigrants," Democratic House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi helps Bishop Marc Andrus wash the feet of two children Thursday at Saint John the Evangelist Episcopal Church in San Francisco. Pelosi also used the occasion to talk about passing HR15 - bipartisan immigration legislation that her office says would "reduce the deficit by nearly $1 trillion, secure our borders, unite our families, protect our workers and provide an earned pathway to citizenship." The Democratic leader´s ceremony coincides with Pope Francis´ similar ceremony in Rome to mark Holy Week.

WASHINGTON--Rushing to an afternoon vote last month, Sen. Ted Cruz hopped the underground tram to the U.S. Capitol from his office across the street. The Texan planted his black ostrich cowboy boots in the middle of the small subway car without getting so much as a nod from the other senators--Republican or Democrat--amiably chatting or huddled in their seats. Mr. Cruz finds himself standing alone a lot these days. His response to the cold shoulders: "The establishment despised Ronald Reagan" before he became president, "but the people loved him." For the 43-year-old Republican, the Reagan name illuminates his political life´s

Imagine a vendor on the National Mall, selling burgers and dogs, who hasn’t paid his rent in 20 years. He refuses to recognize his landlord, the National Park Service, as a legitimate authority. Every court has ruled against him, and fines have piled up. What’s more, the effluents from his food cart are having a detrimental effect on the spring grass in the capital. Would an armed posse come to his defense, aiming their guns at the park police? Would the lawbreaker get prime airtime on Fox News, breathless updates in the Drudge Report, a sympathetic ear from Tea Party Republicans?

Conservative columnist Ann Coulter — who used her talk show platform in the last presidential election cycle to campaign hard for former Massachusetts Gov. Mitt Romney — has taken up the mantra once again, calling on Republicans to give the failed White House bidder another shot in 2016. She made the suggestion during a discussion on Sean Hannity’s radio show while speaking of her new book, “Never Trust a Liberal Over 3-Especially a Republican.” Ms. Coulter also addressed the question of Mr. Romney’s shortcomings by saying that his 2012 loss wasn’t entirely his fault. “I think too much blame, not only in this
