Obamacare Rules for

A memo to House staff on Wednesday said that the Office of Personnel Management may not issue the final rules about how members of Congress and congressional staff members can enroll in Obamacare insurance exchanges until after enrollment begins on October 1. “Members of the staff are advised that although state and federal healthcare exchanges created under the [Affordable Care Act] will be open for enrollment on October 1, it will not be possible to confirm plan options, costs, benefits, or which House staff will be affected until OPM issues final regulations, which could very well be after the exchanges have

I deeply resent the exclusion of the "special people" from the HELL that is Obamacare.
Either EVERY citizen receives the same Obamacare at the same time, or NONE should.

So Dear Friends:
How do we as "Free Americans" resist this Obamination?

The House has no stomach to defunding this monster, the Senate, cowards. And, the IRS incapable of administering this feces sandwich.

Resistance must be overwhelming, tying up the House, Senate and the IRS phone systems until it is abolished, can we do this for months.

I have heard much wailing and “I told you so”, but no ideas for resistance, not from Rush, Hannity, Levin, the Heritage Foundation, silence.

We are in the dark hours of the night and death is near the Republic, what say we sons and daughters of Washington, Jefferson, Franklin, Teddy Roosevelt; will we not put up a defense? Are we not supposed to be a part of our own rescue? Who will save us, if not we the People?

Remember Hoboken Mayor Dawn Zimmer? It was not all that long ago that she ascended to national prominence after alleging that she was intimidated by New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie’s administration and that Trenton was prepared to withhold federal disaster aid from her city unless she approved a local development project? Those were serious charges that were largely taken by at face value by a credulous press, which spent most of January parroting any allegation of misconduct by the Christie administration. Each claim was elevated by the press as the much-anticipated second shoe to drop, augmenting the already wall-to-wall coverage of

The sad truth for Hillary Clinton, the 2016 candidate, is that she is a deep elitist, born and bred in tony Park Ridge, an exclusive province of Chicago. PHILADELPHIA – The Seahawks and the Broncos will only play once for the title of Super Bowl champion. The game won’t be played on a computer, but on the field. But that doesn’t stop people from trying to guess what will happen on the field, with what happens in a computer simulation. Prediction Machine’s Predictalator ran a simulation of Sunday’s Super Bowl 50,000 times, and found that the most likely score has the Seahawks beating the Broncos, 24-21. Of the 50,000 simulations, the Seahawks won 54.8% of the time, and the Broncos 45.2% of the time. The Broncos are currently

ALBANY — It’s a role that Gov. Cuomo does not often talk about: “designated survivor.” Tuesday night, as President Obama delivers his State of the Union address, one of his Cabinet members will be located far away, just in case the unthinkable happens and the Capitol is attacked. Twice when he was President Clinton´s housing secretary, Cuomo was chosen to be the designated survivor, putting him one national catastrophe away on the night of the big speech from being the last man standing in the executive branch. Sen. Ted Cruz is joining supporters of anti-Obama filmmaker Dinesh D´Souza, claiming the conservative pundit is being targeted with election fraud charges because of his critical rhetoric against the President. D´Souza has accused CBS of cutting off the firebrand GOP Texas senator during his Sunday appearance on "Face the Nation" when Cruz tried to steer the conversation to D´Souza´s case. During the segment, Cruz accused the Obama administration of an "abuse of power,” asking "can you image the reaction if the Bush Administration had went, gone and prosecuted Michael Moore and Alec Baldwin and Sean Penn?" on the Sunday show.

Congressional Democrats are already eager to support Hillary Clinton for president in 2016, and 56 of those lawmakers are offering their early endorsements, a survey conducted by The Hill newspaper has found. Among the Democrats backing Clinton is Sen. Elizabeth Warren, D-Mass., a fantasy candidate for some Democrats in the party´s progressive wing, who has said she has no plans to run herself in 2016. Sen. Amy Klobuchar, D-Minn., who last year traveled to Iowa, a key early-voting state, is also listed. Other Democrats on the list span the ideological center-left spectrum.

The Obama administration has unleashed a series of attacks on conservatives that at present has no end in sight. One of those attacks was the indictment of Dinesh D’Souza, whose anti-Obama film 2016 is the second biggest-grossing political documentary of all time. D’Souza is accused of contributing $20,000, more than the legal limit, to the Senate candidacy of his friend Wendy Long. The U.S. Attorney in New York announced a “zero tolerance” policy with regard to campaign finance, and D’Souza was arraigned in New York, handcuffed briefly, and released on $500,000 bond. Molen, an executive producer on “2016,” said he finds the prosecution of D’Souza strange and he believes D’Souza could be being targeted because of the material in his films.

President Obama´s pen and phone and threats to use them could forever transform the meaning of the term "bully pulpit" in our nation´s lexicon. According to the Oxford Dictionary, "bully pulpit" describes "a public office or position of authority that provides its occupant with an outstanding opportunity to speak out on any issue." The term originated with President Theodore Roosevelt, who often used the word "bully" and once said of his presidency: "I have got such a bully pulpit." WASHINGTON — President Obama plans to sign an executive order requiring that janitors, construction workers and others working for federal contractors be paid at least $10.10 an hour, using his own power to enact a more limited version of a policy that he has yet to push through Congress. The order, which Mr. Obama will highlight in his annual State of the Union address on Tuesday night, is meant to underscore an increasing willingness by the president to bypass Congress if lawmakers continue to resist his agenda, aides said. After a year in which most of his legislative priorities went nowhere,

Former Vice President Al Gore raised eyebrows last week when he suggested that “fertility management” was the key to fighting global warming and promoting economic development in poor countries. Gore’s comments drew criticism from free-marketeers who said his remarks amount to “eco-imperialism.” “Gore’s agenda for saving the world from global warming has always included population control,” Myron Ebell, director of global warming and international environmental policy at the free-market Competitive Enterprise Institute, told The Daily Caller News Foundation. “Advocating population control specifically for Africa is just another form of imperialism. But this magnetic field, so important to life on Earth, has weakened by 15 per cent over the last 200 years. And this, scientists claim, could be a sign that the Earth’s poles are about to flip.
