Between phone calls urging lawmakers to authorize a military attack against Syria, President Obama went golfing Saturday. Mr. Obama played a round of golf with three White House aides at Andrews Air Force Base in suburban Maryland. As his motorcade left the White House grounds near the South Lawn en route to the golf course shortly before 1 p.m., anti-war protesters demonstrated outside the fence on the north side of the White House. The president also received an update Saturday from Chief of Staff Denis McDonough about the administration’s efforts to persuade Congress to support a limited missile strike against

He must have needed a "fix" badly after his total failure at the summit. He should be better than Tiger Woods with all his time on the links IF he were actually playing.
He is out in the open air with his close to the vest friends..using..we´ll find out after he is out of office.
The stuttering, the stammering..the lack of coherent discussion, the incomplete sentences..his space cadet eyes..makes sense to me.

He had to get back and keep working hard....on his golf game. Probably struggling with pitching and putting. He focuses on those things most important to him. The one thing that is the most important thing to him is playing golf. It is his addiction. That and smoking cigarettes. All he wants to do is golf golf golf golf. That´s all he wants to do. He is never going to be a pro golfer. He dreams of seeing his name on the leader board at Augusta. One stroke ahead of Tiger going in to the final round on the 17th....the crowd cheering him on....Michelle at the 18th....TV cameramen all around....that trophy sitting there waiting....Oh the possibilities...if only. Then the phone rings....he is awakened from a deep sleep and a wonderful dream...it´s Hillary....asking what to do about the embassy in Benghazi being attacked as she speaks....oh, never mind Hillary, he says....let me sleep on it and I will get back to you in the morning. You deal with it.

He will have us completely screwed up as to our place in the World Order. For this we are paying him $400K per year Plus $50 K for expenses. Pretty Expensive Golf Lessons.

It is creepy how much this man uses a golf course... I am sure he is meeting with his ´handlers´ to go over war plans.

I am believe he needs the golf course to get his drug stash for week/ days. What is the longest he has gone without golf? I bet he is on the course an average of every third day.

Russia and Israel have real men and true leaders leading their respective countries, who have actually accomplished things, in their lifetime, some good, some bad but accomplishments non the less. and what do we have, a community organizer who has accomplished nothing. The pathetic piece of human waste currently disgracing the white house, wouldn´t make a decent pimple on either of these men´s butts..

The hypocrisy from the Press is astounding! Bush gave UP golf during the war with Iraq out of consideration to the Troops. His house in Texas is greener than anything Gore has, short of perhaps some green socks, yet not a word is said. Bush lined up a multi nation backup for Iraq, and all Obama can line up is a golf shot.

Obama is working hard to create a diversion from all the rest of his failures by committing the military to another useless political war. Don´t let this self serving charlatan get away with it. You must not start wars on emotion . . . you only go to war when it is in the vital interests of the nation and Syria is not.

Sociopath. The only kind of person that could be that detached. It´s not about the people dying in Syria, it´s how he looks. Too bad because the rest of the world has realized he is just a Fool. We are in serious danger from his absolute incompetence and fear. America is a Godly, caring and strong country headed up by a man who is the antithesis of all that and his only concern is his own thin skin. Congress, including his own party, is about to mutiny.

Well done, #10.

Mr. Obama will make a televised address to the public Tuesday night from the White House.

The teleprompter will say that America has a duty to help people being oppressed and killed by their ruler. It will say that America has always stood for the little guy, those who are helpless, those who have their lives stolen from them by ruthless tyrants. It will be true.

But will the teleprompter also say that Americans have the same rights not to have their lives stolen from them via ObamaCare, by oppressive economic policies and by Marxists thugs who want to rule rather than govern?

Will the address by Mr. Obama´s telly also note that an American President has a duty to place Americans first, to honor the Constitution and to abstain from playing golf while Americans burn in Benghazi?

Why are the Syrians more important than Americans and why are his golf and "briefings" more important than actually having a plan he doesn´t have to run through his egomaniacal self-interest first?

Our Conmander-in-Chief, busy yet again, doing nothing.

I´m with #12 above..... if he´s not serious about Syria, then no one else should be.

Side note... I watched Wag the Dog on an HBO channel yesterday. I´m seeing this entire ObamaWar through those eyes today, and probably for the foreseeable future. Nothing, and I mean NUTH-ING is going to convince me that this is anything but a trumped up pretend war to get him out of his other troubles.

My only true concern is that he effs it up so thoroughly with the rest of the world, that WE really do get attacked here on our soil again.

What a disaster he is. But then, why would any of us be surprised at anything he does, or doesn´t do? Everything he does is stupid, or exactly wrong.

Bunkum at the bunkers. Senselessness at the sand traps. Hopelessness at the hazards. Yes, alliteration abounds. Nevertheless, it has taken none other than Highly Experienced Community Bamboozler BHO to redefine the good ol’ timeworn-since-George Washington image of “acting Presidential.”

The incongruity between being buried in crises after crises after crises and heading out to the golf course for an ostensibly relaxing 18 holes of R&R is breathtaking, not to mention inconceivable.

Thanks to our corrupt, self-bound and gagged, criminally negligent mainstream media for allowing it to happen, America is now well into an eight-year period of pledged fundamental transformation; fundamental being a woefully understated description of it. Who would have believed that one day our nation would be led by a cipher? Unimaginable? Not any longer.

The final spectacular meltdown of Obama is upon us. The media have no excuses left to offer and even they have descended into incoherent babbling about ´widening the circle of responsibility´ as if the world sees that as a sophisticated new strategy when what it is in reality is blatant cowering behind the skirts of Congress, epic butt covering, and clueless dithering over a subject of which Obama and is band of liberal toadies know nothing. Kerry has proven himself to be the pompous fool we all knew he was who somehow thinks America will be won over by the idea that the Saudi´s want to bankroll this stupendous mistake, and Stephanie Power is shocked, yes shocked, that Russia and China are not backing us. This is Obama´s downfall and, as a small vindication to the rest of us, final proof that the President is an incompetent, very ignorant evil man.

Obama´s narcissistic disorder will be on display for all to see tomorrow and Tuesday. As he always does, he will pretend nothing he has done has diminished us or the office of the Presidency. He is embroiled up to his eyeballs in scandal, has been dissed by the G20 and his economic "recovery" is nonexistent. Yet he will follow the bouncing ball with yet another focus-grouped speech asking us to follow him into war. Fat chance. One thing for sure, everything he says will be a lie including Good Evening.

This buffoon can´t put in a 24 minute day.
Any Congressman or Senator , Republican or Democrat ,

by carpet bombing Syria , should be recalled ASAP.
Obama is clearly unstable .
Which was Lindsay Graham´s bizarre rationale for going to war yesterday.
“My problem is I’m trying to explain to the American people why Syria matters
while my commander-in-chief is AWOL,..”
The Liver Spot Coalition of Kerry, Hagel, McCain and Graham are helping Obama pry

No matter how much Obama telephones now, if a single missile is shot and Syria disintegrates (as it will even if left alone) it will all be the US fault. Look at Libya now.

The al-Qaida jihadists are very dangerous. They use Sarin gas, behead priests, execute children by firing squad. They will execute every single Christian they can catch and there are 2,000,000 of them in Syria.

There is no proof that the Sarin in the Damascus neighborhood came from the government as opposed to a provocation of the Muslim brotherhood. Proof has to be provided before we go in.

And for very unfortunate, yet totally foreseeable reasons...

Because no one can challenge him because he is black and two because he exploited Afirm. Act. living his entire life, the standards were so low he had no where else to go but up.

Seriously, compare BO´s resume with that of Putin´s...need I say more.

On Tuesday morning, a plane owned in trust by the Bank of Utah showed up in a very visible area of the Mehrabad Airport in Tehran, the capital of the Islamic Republic of Iran. What was it doing there exactly? Nobody knows, reports The New York Times. Under President Barack Obama, the United States has eased some of the long-standing punitive economic sanctions against Iran. Still, very little American — or European — economic activity is allowed inside the religious theocracy. The Bank of Utah is certainly no Wells Fargo. The Ogden-based community bank has all of 13 branches including

MOKPO/JINDO, South Korea — Divers searching for survivors of a capsized South Korean ferry saw three bodies floating through a window of a passenger cabin on Saturday but were unable to retrieve them, the coastguard said, hours after the ship´s captain was arrested. The ferry, carrying 476 passengers, many of them schoolchildren, and crew, capsized on Wednesday on a journey from the port of Incheon to the southern holiday island of Jeju. With the Chicago weather finally getting a little nicer, Chris Anderssen wanted to grill some burgers outside for a group of family and friends. When she got to the meat aisle at her local Jewel-Osco supermarket, a case of sticker shock made her change the menu: extra lean ground beef was $4.99 a pound. Retail beef and pork prices reached all-time highs last month, according to Bill Hahn, agricultural

Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid on Friday stood by his statement regarding embattled Nevada rancher Cliven Bundy, saying on KSNV’s What’s Your Point?, “If anyone thinks by any figment of their imagination that what happened up there last week was just people rallying to somebody that was oppressed, 600 people came in armed. They had practiced. They had maneuvered.” Reid continued, “They knew what they were doing. They set up snipers in strategic locations with sniper rifles. They had assault weapons. They had automatic weapons. And they boasted about the fact that they put women and children, in fact one

Atlanta Braves legend Hank Aaron is reportedly "upset" and "bitter" because he feels that readers -- not the reporter who wrote the story -- took his comments that implied those who opposed President Barack Obama´s policies now wear "neckties and starched shirts" instead of KKK hoods out of context. And the reporter who wrote the story is claiming Aaron should not have to apologize for something he never said because Aaron was talking about CEOs, American society, and corporate America and not referring to a political party. Last week, in a story that appeared the day before Aaron was honored

Amy Kremer, one of the original Tea Party activists who participated in the February 20, 2009 call that launched the movement and played a key role as scheduler of the April 15, 2009 Tax Day Tea Party rallies, resigned on Friday as chairman of Tea Party Express, a position which she has held since the summer of 2009. Tea Party Express, a political action committee known for its national bus tours, was one of the first national organizations to successfully raise money through appeals to Tea Party supporters and activists. The group played a significant role in helping Tea Party

President Obama on Friday signed into law a bill authored by Texas Republican Sen. Ted Cruz that would bar an Iranian diplomat from entering the United States, but immediately issued a statement saying he won´t enforce it. Obama decided to treat the law as mere advice. "Acts of espionage and terrorism against the United States and our allies are unquestionably problems of the utmost gravity, and I share the Congress´s concern that individuals who have engaged in such activity may use the cover of diplomacy to gain access to our Nation," Obama said in his signing statement.

After presenting at the Academy Awards this year, Kim Novak didn’t want to leave her house. The Hitchcock screen siren, 81, was too humiliated to venture from her home near the Rogue River in Oregon. She read the cruel posts and Internet snark about her appearance, and it was just too much. “It got to me like it gets kids and teenagers,” she told the Associated Press. The “Vertigo” actress, considered one of the great beauties in her day, posted a note on her Facebook wall Thursday, acknowledging that she’d gotten fat injections in her face and addressing her halted

President Obama addressed the White House press corps today, announcing that with the final numbers in, Obamacare´s exchanges have attracted eight million sign-ups -- 35 percent of whom are "under the age of 35," he said. Several elements of his comments were misleading: (1) At first blush, the 35 percent stat is both significant and impressive. As recently as last month, the share of "young invincibles" signing up for plans was struggling in the 25 percent range, far short of the actuarial target of nearly 40 percent. A leap into the mid-30´s, while still shy of the goal, would constitute a major step, and would bode well for the risk pools'

It’s the stuff of Westerns: a showdown on the desert plains, the big bad government against an underdog farmer. Though the story has only grabbed national headlines in the past several days, rancher Cliven Bundy has illegally grazed cattle on the Nevada land surrounding his farm for over 20 years. He hasn’t paid grazing fees since 1993, and refuses to renew the necessary grazing permit.(Snip)Rather than using the avenues and pathways presented to him, Bundy has staunchly declared his own law and allegiances. Unfortunately, reality doesn’t work this way. If only it did—we could rebel for paying stupid taxes, refuse to

When it comes to tracking the cost of Obama family vacations, there are two primary challenges. First, the Obamas are prolific jet-setters, so there are many details to track. Second, the Obama administration, clearly embarrassed by these lavish and frequent family vacations, stonewalls the release of records at every turn. But we have been relentless in pursuit of this information. Our attorneys file the lawsuits and make our case, and our investigators pour through pages of records and crunch the numbers. And the information we’ve uncovered – information that would otherwise remain under lock and key – shows that the

A group of seven multiracial Washington and Lee University (W&L) students are demanding the school remove all Confederate flags from campus and "acknowledge" General Robert E. Lee´s "dishonorable side." According to the Roanoke Times, "seven multiracial students, calling themselves ´The Committee,´" have also demanded the school "acknowledge and apologize for participating in chattel slavery." They want recognition of "Martin Luther King Jr. Day on the undergraduate campus" and an end to "neo-Confederates" marching across campus "to the Lee Chapel on Lee-Jackson Day." The students say they will "engage in civil disobedience" if their demands are not met by September 1st. They added: "The

To "honor the dignity and work of immigrants," Democratic House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi helps Bishop Marc Andrus wash the feet of two children Thursday at Saint John the Evangelist Episcopal Church in San Francisco. Pelosi also used the occasion to talk about passing HR15 - bipartisan immigration legislation that her office says would "reduce the deficit by nearly $1 trillion, secure our borders, unite our families, protect our workers and provide an earned pathway to citizenship." The Democratic leader´s ceremony coincides with Pope Francis´ similar ceremony in Rome to mark Holy Week.

Imagine a vendor on the National Mall, selling burgers and dogs, who hasn’t paid his rent in 20 years. He refuses to recognize his landlord, the National Park Service, as a legitimate authority. Every court has ruled against him, and fines have piled up. What’s more, the effluents from his food cart are having a detrimental effect on the spring grass in the capital. Would an armed posse come to his defense, aiming their guns at the park police? Would the lawbreaker get prime airtime on Fox News, breathless updates in the Drudge Report, a sympathetic ear from Tea Party Republicans?

First, the good news: We are close enough to the end of the Obama presidency for his crowd to talk about a presidential library. Now, the bad news: Obama´s retirement is still 1,008 days distant. Plenty of time though to round up the dough to build it somewhere. Figure they need Solyndra-style money, at least $500 million. The last two presidents – Bill Clinton and George W. Bush -- built their legacy edifices totally with private money. [Snip] However, Obama supporters have a different take. They think taxpayers should put up $100 million in public money for Obama´s library.

Less than 16 hours after Chelsea Clinton announced she was pregnant, a lot of major news outlets started staring into the crystal ball of Chelsea’s womb, wondering what this currently floating zygotic multicellular being meant for the prospects of Hillary Clinton’s 2016 campaign, which is also a floating, zygotic, multicellular being. Their answer: The immaculately conceived Clinton child could mean everything. The first step is admitting… It was a simple question to someone accustomed to much tougher ones: What was her proudest achievement as secretary of state? But for a moment, Hillary Rodham Clinton, appearing recently before a friendly audience at a women’s forum in Manhattan, seemed flustered.(Snip)So…no definitive successes and some clear-cut failures. Remember when Lois Lerner, in answering a planted question at an American Bar Association conference, admitted the IRS had targeted conservative groups but tried to pass it off as the work of rogue agents — “our line people in Cincinnati”? Today we know there were indeed federal agents involved. But they weren’t rogue, and they weren’t confined to IRS workers in Cincinnati. Thanks to a Freedom of Information request by Judicial Watch, we now have an e-mail Lerner sent to colleagues noting the Department of Justice was looking into criminal prosecutions of these tax-exempt groups. We know something else, too. These investigations
