Sebelius Describes Federal
Government As ´Our Federal Family´

Cybercast News Service, by Susan Jones

Original Article

Posted By:Maryland_Patriot, 9/6/2013 11:28:43 AM

September is National Preparedness Month, and in a news release urging everyone to be mindful of potential terror attacks, natural disasters, and pandemics, Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sebelius said the federal government is ready to help: "While our federal family is becoming better prepared to support the nation, we know that being truly resilient requires the whole community coming together," she said. "Simply put: bystanders can’t stand by. We’ve seen countless times that bystanders are truly the first responders. They save lives. Each of us must be ready to help others when every minute counts."

Strangely ironic that the people who savaged Romney for corporations are people too can think that we would believe them when they call a government a family.

The federal goobermint is not my "federal family."

For her arrogance and lawlessness, I´d like to see Sebelius put before a firing squad.

First responder bystanders seldom have ulterior motives. The "Federal Family", like the MAFIA, won´t take no for an answer when it comes to pushing Federal programs down Americans´ throats in the name of socialism. All the money spent on advertising and promoting food stamps, Obamacare, EPA overbearing activity are Federal Big Brother on crack. How about the dysfunctional Federal Family thugs just leaving us alone? They won´t, because WE are "just too stupid" and they KNOW what´s best for us.

"While our federal family is becoming better prepared to support the nation..."! How exactly does the government support the nation, when it has no income of its own until it extorts it from the "nation"? These people have it exactly 180 degrees backward. In their view, everything comes from the government.

It cannot be a coincidence that all of Obama´s appointees and associates are creepy like this Sebelius woman. They look creepy, they talk creepy and they act creepy. They remind one of mutants. There is something weird about all of them. George Washington would not have approved.

Sebelius is one creepy lady but she is correct about the Federal Family, only not in the way she obviously intends.

For there certainly IS a Federal Family. There are just two problems: (a) it is massively dysfunctional, ineffective, expensive and corrupt, and(b) it consists exclusively of career and political appointees and politicians and decidedly does not include the American people, whose only functions are to pay the salaries of the Federal Family and to serve as experimental subjects for the social engineering section of said FF.

We would really be better off if we just threw ALL these rascals out, the non-creepy as well as the creepy, and hired a whole new crew to take their place. We are the people paying their salaries and benefits. We are the ones they are supposed to be working for. We are supposed to be their boss. But I fear that many members of the Federal Family have become confused about these basic and traditional relationships - the Constitutionally prescribed ones. They seem to think they are our betters, that they are the boss, and that we are supposed to take orders from them instead of vice versa.

This is so rich with irony. Community organizing 101 teaches that NO ONE is your family but your family. Politicians and government work for you and is NOT your family. Family is governed by different rules than someone or something who works for you. You cut slack for family that you should not cut for government or politicians or corporations for that matter. They are being paid for their services. They should be kept at a certain distance.

Although...the creepy F.F. is denying us the use of Founding Fathers. Let´s substitute their F.F. for our F.F. and make their heads spin.

Rejecting the rigidly hierarchical and stratified societies of the ancient world, Jesus Christ taught the equal dignity of all persons, proclaimed that the meek shall inherit the earth, and declared that the last shall be first and the first shall be last. The Western world has been working out the logic of these subversive teachings ever since, with the institutional transformation of marriage being the latest, though surely not the last, example of its social, moral,

In a constituent meeting gone awry that was captured on shaky, amateur video, embattled Rep. Renee Ellmers (R-NC) berated a group of local activists who oppose amnesty legislation, suggesting they were racist and saying they didn´t have “any damn facts.” “You´re telling me what people have told you? You don´t have any damn facts!” Ellmers exploded at one of the activists when he said that employers – who often claim a labor shortage to argue for amnesty – frequently don´t post job openings in that region.
