Convicted Wikileaks soldier
doing well in prison

Associated Press, by Staff

Original Article

Posted By:charliecoconut, 8/29/2013 4:25:01 PM

A lawyer for Army Pvt. Chelsea Manning said in a blog post on Thursday the soldier is doing well as she goes through processing at the military prison at Fort Leavenworth. David Coombs wrote that he spoke on Wednesday with Manning, previously known as Bradley Manning, while she goes through the three-to-four-week period known as indoctrination at the Kansas prison. Coombs, who lives in Rhode Island, also said he plans to travel there in the coming weeks to meet with medical staff and the leadership in the quest to allow Manning to receive hormone therapy and other treatment for her gender

Oh geeeez, listen to AP why don`t you. Didn`t take them long to jump on the PC bandwagon and call him Chelsea.

This was probably a ploy by Manning to get out of a possible death penalty, you know, just in case. The military isn`t going to issue the death sentence to a woman. Maybe that muslim creep from Ft. hood should have thought of that.....

Is it just me, or is the media enjoying the reporting of this individual just to associate it with the pronoun ´SHE´ rather than he. Not that I believe it, but at least we might not need to pay for the frankenstein surgery when it does occur.

You´re on the right track number 3, but I believe the real reason he is now a she is because being transgender or whatever, gives him protective status so that he won´t be unduly pushed around by guards and fellow inmates. He´s pretty sharp if you ask me. And he makes a rather unfortunate looking girl.

The leaker is a biologically-male soldier named Bradley. Ontological relativism (or whatever you want to call the modern practice of treating every Liberal group´s subjective hallucinations as more valid than reality, itself) is insane.

Note to whatever s/he is: We´re going to put you in a nasty print dress without bothering to shave your legs, give you a wig, or makeup and let the general population know you consider yourself a woman who wants to be treated as such. All that´s left is to then wish you the same happiness your lawyer claims you´re presently enjoying as you´re processed into Leavenworth.

That this revolting tale is getting the even more revolting media´s attention at the level it is speaks volumes. I´m without sympathy for this American traitor who apparently hasn´t bothered to consider that when the media trolops toss him aside he´ll be on his own in Leavenworth wearing standard military prison garb claiming he was "just kidding."

Sen. John McCain is the least popular senator in the country of those surveyed by Public Policy Polling, with low marks from members of his own party, independents and Democrats. Just 30 percent of Arizona voters approve of the job the Republican senator is doing, while 54 percent disapprove, according to a PPP release Thursday. That is the worst of any senator’s polling in the nation that PPP has found.

The Obama administration is moving toward finalizing a rule that would give alternative energy farms a pass for killing bald and golden eagles for decades, just weeks after it took legal action for the first time against a company for doing so. The rule by the Interior Department extends the length of the permits that allow farms to unintentionally kill the eagles without penalty from five to 30 years, according to department records. The rule authorizes the “non-purposeful” killing of eagles, but also will require farms to implement certain guidelines to help with eagle conservation.

Although the Civil Rights Act, the landmark legislation which just reached its 50th anniversary, made great strides in desegregating the economy, economic discrimination is still widespread, and anti-discrimination legislation alone can never rectify the economic damage inflicted upon blacks by slavery and our Jim Crow apartheid regime. The Civil Rights Act was a mild reform, all things considered, but one conservatives fought with vigor and one many conservatives are still bitter about to this day. When the Civil Rights Act passed in 1964, the primary purpose was to root out discrimination in public accommodations (like hotels and movie theaters)

The platform, with few changes, was adopted overwhelmingly as the Las Vegas convention stretched late into the evening. The vote mirrors that of the Clark County GOP, which voted earlier to remove platform language defining marriage as between a man and a woman and statements opposing abortion.
