White House´s ObamaCare

ObamaCare: Confirming again that its reform is a disaster, the White House has stopped yet another provision of the law before it can take effect. This time it´s caps placed on patients´ out-of-pocket expenses. The delay was authorized in February, but had gone unnoticed, the New York Times reported Tuesday, because it "was obscured in a maze of legal and bureaucratic language that went largely unnoticed" on the Labor Department´s website. Department officials confirmed its existence only when asked about it. So much for open government. The caps, which were supposed to be a "consumer protection" provision of ObamaCare, limit the amount patients

Those people have to be run out of office. They are just as low down, just as dirty, just as power mad, just as back-stabbing, as any Democrat who ever breathed.

All is true. But who is doing anything about it. A president has willfully and obviously broken his oath of office. He has willfully disregarded the constitution and abused the powers of the office. If that is not impeachable offenses pray tell what is.

Impeach Obama if only for the purpose of bringing attention to it. Be damned the next election. Get some balls.

This law is from the outset illegal. Laws DO NOT derive from the WH and Senate. They originate in the House.

The SCOTUS needs to have term limits. When one man can change the entire course of the freedoms our founding fathers guaranteed, the basic system becomes a shambles. Roberts will live his life with this albatross around his neck and OUR freedoms are being strangled with its weight due to his deluded decision!

I am in agreement with the comments about CJ Roberts. His was an unnecessary tweaking. Had he made another decision, it still would not have ended there. The progressives will fight to the death for Obamacare because it is the path to single payer. The public wants health care reform but they see no alternatives. Republicans should have had a simple plan already rolled out as a part of their promise to defund Obamacare.

This is just what Obama and his administration wants - the more confused the better.

Simply DE FANG the thing ~ if it no longer has fascist penalties and punishments behind it and no one has to obey it, or pay its taxes, then it´s nothing.

Oh, and a minor issue, we need a law that would require that individuals who are in a position of trust or authority over any government program involving medical care, treatment, research, etc. (a long list of stuff here) be exempt from government paid medical insurance programs, nor would they be allowed treatment in a government owned or operated medical facility.

That´ll reduce the favoritism that always pops up in any sort of medically related gub´mnt operation.

What´s amazing about the ACA is that it is apparently is escalating costs to the point where a family is going to be hit with a monthly fee that is on par with a car payment. Now it appears it may be more like a mortgage payment. One aspect of the scheme that is amazing is that Obama threw a bone to the twenty somethings before the 2012 election to help buy their vote, saying they could stay on their parents insurance/tax return until age 26. Well if he is counting on that age group carrying the burden of the older, theoretically less healthy individuals, he just wiped out part of the essential financial contributions to the ponzi scheme. Again Obama´s stupidity, lack of long term oversight is showing and this is going to be yet another nail in the ACA coffin.

How? Well if I have to tell you then there is little hope you will figure it out but I´m going to do it anyway!

1. Go through the entire law and policies promulgated by Sebilousy and notate specifically what it will do and cause.

2. PAY for ad´s on TV Nationally to show the fraud, cause/effect of all the items.

3. Put up real folks to tell how the new law/policies will trash their life etc. (Use the Dim card of ´the victim´ telling their story!

4. Specifically target all those DIM Crony companies/Unions that have been given a pass, don´t forget DIMS in congress!

5. Tell the story, show how this law and it´s onerous policies will trash peoples lives and leave them with far less $ and not give them squat!

It´s up to you Republicans, DON´T BLOW THIS OPPORTUNITY!

Poster #6 - what John Roberts did was Unconstitutional and not within his Judicial power. He CREATED a NEW law. He did not rule on the law before him. He knows it and should resign. The law stated the Individual Mandate was a penalty, which he restated as a tax. Since taxation must start in the H of R, and this bill was created in the Senate, using a H of R item #, it cannot be a tax. That part of it is just that basic.

Like any grab at absolute power, the Øbamacare law will diplay it´s dreadful truth over time. That time is now as it reals to the American people that they must wake up to what they have wroght upon themselves. They either fight back by electing repsonsible loyal Americans or they will slide helplessly into a horror of socialsit mandate and become slaves to the state. This has just been another colossal end run around the Constitution. I hate to say it but monied interests on both sides want this. The existing insurance system was unsustainable. There were too many young and healthy people not taking part. The eventual scheme will be single payer supported by "all" taxpayers including newly emancipated illegal aliens (yeah, they´re for that too).

# 2 Could you please name the 6 Senate Democrats
who will vote with the 45 Republicans
to defund Obamacare ?
Harry Reid ? Barbara Boxer ? Patrick Leahy ? Dick Durbin ?
Al Franken ? Diane Feinstein ? ..
Democrats have a huge majority in the Senate- 10 seats.
The Just Defund it crowd should lay out their strategy for actually accomplishing
this pie in the sky task ,
instead of just shouting Defund It.
As if that´s all it takes.
When the Senate amends the bill and re funds Obamacare and sends it back to the House-then what ?
What are the contingency plans ?
The winning tactic to kill this monstrosity was at the ballot box last November.

CJ Roberts,“We do not consider whether the Act embodies sound policies. That judgment is entrusted to the Nation’s elected leaders.”

“Members of this Court are vested with the authority to interpret the law; we possess neither the expertise nor the prerogative to make policy judgments. Those decisions are entrusted to our Nation’s elected leaders, who can be thrown out of office if the people disagree with them. It is not our job to protect the people from the consequences of their political choices.”

By the comments posted many of you still suffer from short sighted tunnel vision. There is lots of talk about how hard it will be to change the culture of progressivism that permeates our country. Unless and until the majority of American voters, Democrat and Republican, band together it will only get worse. I still believe CJ Roberts knew how impossible it would be to implement Obamacare and passed it on to shock ´we the people´ out of the darkness and into the light.

Having the federal gub´mnt run anything means that all the lawsuits over petty issues go to the federal ~ not the state ~ courts!

The disputes over the $90 fines will go to federal court. There are easily SEVERAL times as many law suits in that one issue as all the other issues addressed in federal courts in any one year! (1/2 million is current caseload ~ this thing could have 10 million events if the peeps refuse to pay it).

I suspect Roberts detected that problem ~ so he turned a civil action ~ refusal to pay a ´penalty´ into a criminal action - refusal to p ay a ´tax´ ~ WOW!

Not bad for a blackmailed old child molesting epileptic eh!

Gov. Chris Christie, R-N.J., turned down the opportunity to bash the mainstream media on Friday, when interviewed by Fox News host Megyn Kelly. Kelly pointed out, during a part of the interview aired on Friday, that there was an unprecedented volume of negative media coverage surrounding the bridge controversy in New Jersey. In a way it´s the oddest bit of ObamaCare propaganda we´ve seen so far. The rise of the tea party, explained Maher in a let’s-get-real moment, closing his eyes for a second the way one does when saying something everybody knows but nobody wants to say, “was about a black president.” Both Maher and Kristol carry themselves with a weary cynicism that allows them to

In an interview with Yahoo News “global anchor” Katie Couric, the actor called Obamacare the highlight of President Obama´s legacy. “Now’s the time to stake a claim to leave your legacy,” he encouraged Obama. “I personally believe that his health care program is fantastic. Yes, there are problems. Anything worth while is going to go through a growing pains period. But this is his legacy and I think it’s a great one because I don’t
