Fort Hood shooting trial opens,
but our verdict is in

Investor´s Business Daily, by Andrew Malcolm

On the surface, the Fort Hood multiple murder trial that begins today in Texas seems simple enough for even an F.B.I. agent to figure out: On Nov. 5, 2009, Nidal Malik Hasan jumped on a desk in the Fort Hood Army deployment center, shouted "God is great!" in Arabic and began firing with two handguns and extra clips. He killed 13 unarmed soldiers that day, wounded 30 others and exposed the rawest of nerves in the American psyche that had been shattered on 9/11 by Muslim extremists.

The special treatment afforded this puke is sickening. Force shave the pos, convict him, strip him of rank, fine him an amount equal to all pay, benefits and education paid by the Army and build a wheelchair accessible gallows.

Hang him in his wheelchair, and call him what he is: a terrorist who infiltrated the US Army and committed a terrorist act on American soil.

The judge is the one who should be "taken out." She´s the PC, KneePad, Scared of her Shadow, Islamic Posterior Kissing [self-censored] who has allowed the trial to become a Three Ring, Islamic Posterior Kissing Joke.

And if there was a pair of danglies anywhere near Ft. Hood, Hasan would have been found dead in his hospital bed twenty minutes after he came out of surgery on the day the event took place.

And 0b@$tard should hung by the neck until dead for being a traitor to the nation and allowing the event to be called Workplace Violence. He´s not only Islam Posterior Kissing, he´s a closet Muslim, and as he told us, he will always come down on the side of Islam. He´s proven that here. Hang the traitor. Bury him and Hasan both in Mecca.

Yeah, my verdict is in --but it has been since September 11, 2001: Islam is NOT a religion, it´s a death cult, and the Marxist who currently resides in the People´s House is a member of that death cult.

The regime had some of their news lackeys put out a rationale for the workplace violence deal.

As I recall it the idea went if you dealt with him as an armed enemy combatant he´d be protected by current rules of war making it difficult to just take him out and shoot him.

On the other hand if we deny that he was an armed enemy combatant, we get to execute him.

It´s actually a pretty tight argument ~ BUT ~ we have a lot of victims. Let´s say we execute him as an ordinary murderer for killing his first victim, then declare him to have been an armed enemy combatant for all the others.

That way we get the dead body AND the purple hearts.

A more rational way to deal with this would be to try him for war crimes. He shot civilians too. Recognize his armed combatant status, take him to the pig pen and garrotte him.

GOP: Not just equal pay,

There was plenty of talk in Washington this week about equal pay. The thing is — it was just that: more talk. As a woman who worked at McDonald’s to get through college…. as the mom of two young daughters … and as the elected representative of thousands of hardworking women, I have always supported equal pay for equal work. And if a woman is being paid less than a man because of gender discrimination, that is both wrong and against the law. The protections provided to women and others in the Equal Pay Act must be enforced to make certain there is no pay disparity because of discrimination.

Hi, everybody. Earlier this week was Equal Pay Day. It marks the extra time the average woman has to work into a new year to earn what a man earned the year before. You see, the average woman who works full-time in America earns less than a man — even when she’s in the same profession and has the same education. That´s wrong. In 2014, it’s an embarrassment. Women deserve equal pay for equal work. This is an economic issue that affects all of us. Women make up about half our workforce. And more and more, they’re our families’ main breadwinners. So it’s good for everyone when women are paid fairly.

For many years whenever the president nears any crowd, a Secret Service agent walks ahead along the rope line ordering everyone to keep hands out of their pockets where agents can see them. The heavily-armed federal agents, equipped with eight helicopters and backed-up by snipers, surrounded the Bundy ranch after the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) attained a federal court order to confiscate the family´s herd. Following the massacre of grammar-school children in Newtown, Conn., in December 2012, high-powered weapons have been used to kill innocent victims in more senseless public incidents. Those killings, however, are only a fragment of the total harm caused by the misuse of firearms. Each year, more than 30,000 people die in the United States in firearm-related incidents.
