Anthony Weiner may have violated federal law when he failed to disclose his lavish six-figure wedding in his financial disclosure forms, says a government accountability group. Ethics watchdog group National Legal and Policy Center examined the federal Financial Disclosure Reports for both Weiner and long-suffering wife Huma Abedin for 2010, the year of their wedding. The cost for the ceremony was at least $100,000 but probably ran closer to $250,000 including all
Dittos #1. A Clintonite dressmaker, a Clintonite wedding planner, and this gem: "The event was officiated by Bill Clinton, even though according to state law Clinton could not legally perform the marriage."
So they´re not legally married? Wow, that really IS a marriage of convenience then, isn´t it? The MB agent marries a Zionist infidel... but not really, so she´s still in good graces with MB (such as that is).
That´s a lot of loot for a ´sham´ wedding and reception. Hummmmm. So they´re not even legally wed. And Hillary´s fingerprints are all over the phony wedding arrangements. Anybody´s guess who paid for the not-so-legal nuptials?
They have moved into a million dollar apartment in Manhattan which they are not paying rent on. Who is giving them an apartment rent free and why? These people (Democrats) who claim to want to help the poor and middle class make me sick. They are the ones with the biggest houses, cars, fanciest dresses, most expensive jewelry. They laugh at us all the way to the bank. Wonder if Hillary and Barry discussed how to get rid of the Weiner´s over lunch today. LOL!
Maybe Mother Abedin paid for it. She lives in Saudi Arabia, is a leader in the Muslim Brotherhood, so sufficient funds would probably be available, especially for such a politically advantageous marriage (at the time, before Anthony became a known pervert).
Who can put a price on a Muslim Brotherhood woman becoming first lady of New York City?
I don´t for a NY second think that the Clintons, who pay for nothing that they owe, would foot the bill for this. It has to be the Muslim brotherhood/sisterhood who have financed Huma the Mole for such a time as this. Huma is the real danger and he is the idiot diversion. There is the model that follows the Clinton example.
This is where I fault Republican leadership, such that it is, and Republican spokespeople and the Romney campaign, for failing to point out the sheer hypocrisy of these so called public servants becoming millionaires (exactly how?) while attacking millionaires who actually earned their wealth. And I fault even more so the stupid lo-fo voters out there who believe that the Dems are for the little guy and the Republicans are not - all the time the likes of the Clintons, and now the Obamas, are acquiring millions from all their donors. And the media - crickets....
Well, well, well. Isn´t this interesting? You bet the MB paid for this. That is why it isn´t on his disclosure list. He just showed up to be married. Didn´t care where the money came from. She doesn´t either. And now we find out Clinton had no standing to marry them, LOL!!!! And the scandals just keep on comin´.
Let me get this straight. Weiner and Huma were supposedly unofficially and probably illegally married by a known liar, rapist, and a bent wiener whom himself is married to another serial liar who is just as apt as her husband at leaving bodies all over the world from DC to Benghazi.
Not only that, someone else paid for the Weiner´s wedding, and to boot, she is the smartest of the two, because she chose not to become a Weiner, and remained Huma Mahmood Abedin a Muslim whose roots point to the Muslim Brotherhood, another organization that leaves bodies all over the world.
I´m going to ask for a program... this IS complicated.
Let´s see now...Clinton is a convicted felon, forced to surrender his law license. Hillary had to take the bar exam more than once and the result was probably fixed. Hilary & Huma are lesbian lovers. Together the Clintons are the largest political, criminal conspiracy in our history. What is Hollywood waiting for??

This whole campaign was designed to burn through $4 million in Weenie´s campaign funds that he had left over, to grease Hilly´s friends and backers. Once it´s gone he´ll be toast (and probably the sham marriage as well.)
He may be making a short dive from a tall balcony when it all finally hits him.
There is not much information in this article. Did Bill Clinton sign the marriage certificate and have it recorded? If not, who did? Or, was a marriage application never issued?
What makes a marriage legal is the recording of the application in the public records. Which must, of course, be by someone legally authorized. This information is so easy to get I don´t know why it has been ignored.
Regarding this wedding controversy... "Hummer" and Huma... The S_Aud Couple... both need to come clean... simultaneously... mutually... and please Hurry! Hurry! Hurry!
To extend Weiner´s polling and political viability... more dick-closure will be required.
Finally, on a more personal note... a philosophical perspective thru a one-eyed glans.
Only Weiner can beat Weiner.
Let Weiner beat Weiner.
He´s only beating himself.
The first rule of the politics of the other guy´s personal self-destruction is...
Make some popcorn and enjoy the spectacle... And wave the DimWitz Potty... "Buh-Bye!" As we can only hope....
(Btw, someone in Newd Dork City tell me... is Rudy Guiliani ineligible to run again? Is it too late for Rudy to file and run now in this year´s mayoral contest? Rudy should clean up on this one... both electorally and ridding us of this mess.) (Couldn´t hurt his career, either, it would in fact jumpstart it again... just sayin´)
This begs the further question of where do all these politicans get their money? It´s no wonder why they try to hang onto power at any cost, even disgrace to the family. Im so sick of all of them, but especially the ones who play us for such suckers. I still say term limits would go a long way to clean house. I sure don´t trust the IRS to look into this the way they did the Tea Party. Crooks ..all of them!
In the wedding pictures, Weiner looks so ... unhappy. He really doesn´t want to be there!
So what I´d like to know is ... what was Huma thinking?
The man was an obvious creep, even before the revelations about his sexting came out. How could a woman interested in marriage and children be attracted to such a creature?
Which leads me to think that their marriage IS, in fact, a mere political arrangement. Huma must have seen him as an acceptable vehicle for her eventual political career, a la Hillary marrying (and staying with) Bill Clinton.
Following his lengthy interview with President Obama, Chris Matthews attacked his GOP opponents as less patriotic than Nelson Mandela‘s opponents. Mark Levin took Matthews to the woodshed on Friday for this rather strenuous comparison. Levin said at the outset that Matthews is most assuredly “off his rocker,” and took a shot at the “conga line of freaks” at MSNBC before playing the audio of Matthews attacking Obama’s opponents. Levin called him “one sick S.O.B.” and a “little puke” for having the gall to attack any critics of the president when he and his “left-wing kooks” did everything in their power to
The White House on Friday criticized as inaccurate a report in POLITICO Magazine claiming that President Barack Obama and Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sebelius met just once since the signing of the Affordable Care Act more than three years ago. “The published report that was written by an advocate is based on a ridiculously false premise,” White House press secretary Jay Carney said during a press briefing. “Cabinet secretaries don’t regularly get entered into the White House visitors logs, [though] they come frequently. Kathleen Sebelius comes frequently, and she meets frequently with the president.”
PACHUCA, Mexico — Federal police blocked access Friday to a central Mexico hospital where six people were reported to have been admitted with radiation exposure. An official familiar with the case confirmed Mexican media reports that the six have been admitted to the general hospital in the city of Pachuca and may have been exposed to a stolen source of cobalt-60. The official, who spoke Friday on condition of anonymity because she was not authorized to speak to the media, said only one person was dizzy and vomiting, which are symptoms of radiation poisoning.
One of the patients featured in the TIME cover story I wrote last March--"Bitter Pill: Why Medical Bills Are Killing Us"--was Emilia Gilbert, a school-bus driver. Gilbert was 61 years old in 2008 when she slipped and fell one evening in her backyard in Fairfield, Conn. She was taken to the emergency room at Bridgeport Hospital, where she was treated for some cuts and a broken nose. She left a few hours later with a bill for $9,418, which included $6,538 for CT scans and $239 for a routine blood test. The charges, I found, were based on something called
Fox News Channel host Geraldo Rivera and the hosts of Fox & Friends openly mocked MSNBC and host Chris Matthews on Friday for his performance during an exclusive interview with President Barack Obama. Rivera called Matthews a “fan” of the president and the hosts dismissed the network as a place that does not specialize in “objective” analysis. Rivera reacted to Matthews’ interview of the president by saying that he has worked with the MSNBC host in the past and likes him personally. “But to pretend that Chris is a journalist, per se, I think that’s sort of artificial,” Rivera observed. “He’s a
For almost a decade now, Chris Matthews has served as a barometer for baby-boom progressives´ attitude toward Barack Obama -- from the "thrill" that went up his leg when he heard the presidential candidate speak in 2008 to the utter disappointment following last October´s debate in Denver. That´s why Matthews´ interview with Obama, which takes place at 2 p.m. today and airs at 7 p.m. on MSNBC, is a crucial one for the president, and for MSNBC. For Obama: The last time the MSNBC vet interviewed Obama, at West Chester University in 2008, it was a love-in, the "thrill" having traveled up
After the 2012 presidential election failed to go their way, Republicans were reminded ad nauseam that Barack Obama had built a winning collection of supporters and that the GOP had not. The Democratic coalition, insisted partisans both inside and outside the media, spelled potential death for the GOP and for the conservative ideology that generally underpins it. The Republican party was just too old, too white, and too male — three terrible things to be, naturally — and it was destined to be buried by demographics. As the year came to a close, and everyone tried his hand at a
It seems the Super Bowl has fallen victim to political correctness. They’ve decided to ban a pro-Second Amendment – and pro-veteran – Super Bowl ad by Daniel Defense, a company that sells guns, detailing a father who declares that he will protect his family. “No one has the right to tell me how to defend them," he says. The banning promoted this epic response from Colion Noir, a football fan, attorney - and NRA News commentator - who destroys the NFL for their hypocrisy. He adds, “This type of selective censorship is really bordering on the line of social lunacy where
Enrollment surge or no enrollment surge, the next Obamacare challenge is a big one: How will the White House make sure all those people with canceled policies get new coverage by Jan. 1? At the rate the signups are going — even with the speedier, newly functioning Obamacare website — the administration has a vast distance to travel before the estimated 4 to 5 million people with canceled policies get new health coverage.
Mayor-elect Bill de Blasio has named William J. Bratton his Police Commissioner. In returning to the job he held under Rudolph Giuliani in the nineteen-nineties, Bratton will be in charge of fulfilling one of de Blasio’s most prominent campaign promises: to end the stop-and-frisk tactics that were such a prominent part of Michael Bloomberg’s record as Mayor. But Bratton’s views on stop-and-frisk may be considerably different from those of his new boss. In May of this year, I profiled Shira Scheindlin, the federal judge who presided over the class-action lawsuit that challenged the N.Y.P.D.’s stop-and-frisk policies. In the course of reporting
In my mid-20s, I had a new bride, a plum job on Capitol Hill and, apparently, the beginnings of a cancerous tumor on my right kidney. For 20 or 25 years — the best estimate of my doctors — it accompanied me at birthdays and on holidays and at the delivery of my children. It was quiet and kept to itself. Undiscovered, it would have donned camouflage and killed me in the end. A cancer diagnosis is the experience of about 13?million Americans. Mine came early enough for surgery to make a difference. There were weeks of testing, waiting and
Rush Limbaugh´s radio tirades will have a new home on Los Angeles airwaves next year. KFI-AM (640) is losing the conservative host´s three-hour show, long a fixture on the station, to KTLK-AM (1150), which owner Clear Channel is hoping to pump up as an outlet exclusively dedicated to right-leaning chatter. The company, which also owns KFI, will use Limbaugh´s audience to anchor the new lineup for KTLK, which is being dubbed "The Patriot" and will also feature national shows by Glenn Beck and Sean Hannity.
Last summer on his $100 million family tour of Africa, Barack Obama hoped for a priceless photo op with Nelson Mandela, the ailing freedom pioneer who went from prison cell to the presidency of South Africa. Mandela´s family suggested that wouldn’t happen. So, the Obamas did a photo op in Mandela´s former prison cell. Which Obama’s White House quickly tweeted upon word of the icon´s passing at 95. [Skip] But Obama was also caught staring at television coverage of Mandela’s passing, which became Obama’s Photo of the Day.
Hardly a week goes by without Hillary Clinton receiving another award. Last month she was named a “Global Champion” by the International Medical Corps, received the American Patriot Award at the National Defense University Foundation and the Hermandad Award from the Mexican American Leadership Initiative. [Snip] At this rate, if a bunch of elderly left-wing Swedes toss her the Nobel Peace Prize early on, the way they did to Obama, it will barely rate mention among all the other glittering trophies that have been bestowed on a woman whose only actual accomplishment was being married to a crooked governor with
Speaker John Boehner said his party should support gay Republican congressional candidates and urged his colleagues to “be a little more sensitive” when running against women. “Some of our members just aren’t as sensitive as they ought to be,” Boehner said. When asked if he thinks his party should support gay candidates, Boehner simply said: “I do.”
In February, the Bush family’s personal emails were hacked by Guccifer, a hacker who uncovered photographs of former President George H. W. Bush in a hospital bed and George W. Bush’s oil paintings in the process. It seems Guccifer has struck again, this time targeting former President Bill Clinton and the Clinton Library. The hacker has reportedly uncovered doodles of Clinton drawing on what were, at the time, classified documents. Among the doodles is apparently a picture of a penis. The document uncovered is a briefing of the strategic measures the United States could take prior Clinton’s decision to intervene in
Denver - A baker who refused to make a wedding cake for a same-sex ceremony must serve gay couples despite his religious beliefs or face fines, a judge said Friday. The order from administrative law judge Robert N. Spencer said Masterpiece Cakeshop in suburban Denver discriminated against a couple "because of their sexual orientation by refusing to sell them a wedding cake for their same-sex marriage." The order says the cake-maker must "cease and desist from discriminating" against gay couples. Although the judge did not impose fines in this case, the business will face penalties if it continues to turn away gay
Former President Bill Clinton shared an anecdote regarding Nelson Mandela and the aftermath of his impeachment Friday on CNN. Clinton revealed shortly after the “impeachment business” finished on Capitol Hill, Rep. Henry Hyde (R., Ill.) who managed the impeachment trial requested a meeting at the White House. The former president granted the meeting out of lessons of humility and forgiveness he learned from Mandela, he said: BILL CLINTON: I remember one day, oh, about a month after the whole impeachment business was over, Henry Hyde, who had run the whole show, unbelievably enough, maybe a few months after, it was
Amid an array of “knock-out” attacks against a number of Jews in Brooklyn’s Crown Heights neighborhood, a city councilwoman pointed to the success of the Jewish community as triggering the aggression. Councilwoman-elect Laurie Cumbo emphasized that while she “admire[s] the Jewish community immensely” for its work ethic, black teens may see it differently. “While I personally regard this level of tenacity, I also recognize that for others, the accomplishments of the Jewish community triggers feelings of resentment, and a sense that Jewish success is not also their success,” Cumbo, who was recently elected, wrote in a letter. Chief among the issues
On Tuesday, The Boston Globe reported that Onyango “Omar” Obama, uncle to President Obama, says that his famous nephew stayed with him while a student at Harvard Law School in the 80s, in contradiction to The White House’s contention that the two had never met. At Thursday’s White House daily briefing, Press Secretary Jay Carney confirmed that the President had, in fact, briefly stayed with “his father’s half-brother,” as Carney described Omar Obama, and that no one had actually asked the President about it when the White House initially commented. The 69 year-old Omar Obama has been facing deportation back
The world premiere of the “Ballad for Trayvon Martin for Orchestra and Jazz Quartet” is set for tonight. Princeton University’s director of its jazz-studies program composed the work in honor of the Florida teen. Anthony D. J. Branker told the Star-Ledger that the piece is intended to “be a form of healing” after Martin’s death and the controversial court case that followed it. The ballad, which will be performed by the university’s official orchestra and jazz ensemble, is intended to be a tribute to victims of racial violence, Branker explained. He hopes that the performance will be “one that speaks to
WASHINGTON – A fourth straight month of solid hiring cut the U.S. unemployment rate to a five-year low of 7 percent in November, an encouraging sign for the economy. The Labor Department says employers added 203,000 jobs, nearly matching October´s revised gain of 200,000. The job gains helped lower the unemployment rate from 7.3 percent in October. The strengthening job market is likely to fuel speculation that the Federal Reserve may start to scale back its bond purchases when it meets later this month. The economy has now generated an average of 204,000 jobs from August through November. That´s up
WASHINGTON — President Barack Obama has high praise for potential 2016 contenders Vice President Joe Biden and former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton. “I think Joe Biden will go down in history as one of the best vice presidents ever, and he has been with me, at my side, in every tough decision that I’ve made,” Obama told MSNBC in an interview Thursday held at American University. “Hillary, I think, will go down in history as one of the finest secretaries of state we’ve ever had, and helped to transition us away from a deep hole that we were in,
WASHINGTON — Without Nelson Mandela, there might never have been a President Obama. That is the strong impression conveyed from Mr. Obama, whose political and personal bonds to Mr. Mandela, the former South African president, transcended their single face-to-face meeting, which took place at a hotel here in 2005. It was the fight for racial justice in South Africa by Mr. Mandela that first inspired a young Barack Obama to public service, the American president recalled on Thursday evening after hearing that Mr. Mandela, the 95-year-old world icon, had died. Mr. Obama delivered his first public speech, in 1979, at
