Disgraced former New York Gov. Eliot Spitzer thinks New York City mayoral candidate and former Rep. Anthony Weiner is a terrible husband for allowing his wife, Huma Abedin, on the campaign trail while Weiner defends himself in yet another sexting scandal. Spitzer, who himself is trying to make a political comeback by running for New York City comptroller, has kept his wife off the trail. Spitzer resigned in disgrace after he was caught (snip) The Daily News headline in the print edition simply read, "Even This Creep Thinks Weiner´s a Bad Husband!"

Hahaha--------Pot calling Kettle Black!
Spitzer´s wife is due to file for divorce according to rumors by ´friends´ and told him she would not campaign for him. They have been living separately for sometime now.

Might have a bit of entertainment from those two if weinie or spittle don´t drop out.

Hmm, the headline writer appears to be stretching this story considerably. If you read the very short article you will see what I mean.

That said, if we women had to rate Spitzer vs. Weiner, I think Spitzer would win the Worst Husband and Father contest.

Bishop Thomas Paprocki of Springfield, Illinois, has expressed support of a priest who refused Holy Communion to Sen. Dick Durbin (D-IL), who supports abortion. Following the priest’s withholding of the sacrament, Paprocki replied to a pro-life activist’s email about the issue. Matt Abbott at RenewAmerica published the bishop’s response: Dear Mr. [name redacted], Senator Durbin was informed several years ago by his pastor at Blessed Sacrament Parish here in Springfield that he was not permitted to receive Holy Communion per canon 915 of the Code of Canon Law. Google executive Jacquelline Fuller has resigned in protest from the board of international poverty ministry World Vision amid a growing call for her departure after the group’s decision to reinstate its policy excluding gay Christians from becoming missionaries. World Vision had announced last month that its American branch would begin hiring people in same-sex unions who dedicate their lives to God. Just two days later, the group reversed the decision under pressure from evangelical leaders. “The board acknowledged it made a mistake and chose to revert to our longstanding policy requiring sexual abstinence for all single employees and

In Silicon Valley, where personal quirks and even antisocial personalities are tolerated as long as you are building new products and making money, a socially conservative viewpoint may be one trait you have to keep to yourself. On Thursday, Brendan Eich, who has helped develop some of the web’s most important technologies, resigned under pressure as chief executive of Mozilla, the maker of the popular Firefox web browser, just two weeks after taking the job. John Edwards — who quit his presidential campaign in disgrace when he was caught cheating on his wife — was barred from Bunny Mellon’s funeral by her family. The former US Senator from North Carolina had charmed Rachel Lambert Mellon, known to all as Bunny, into donating $700,000 for his 2008 presidential bid. Prosecutors charged he used some of the money to support his mistress Rielle Hunter, who was then pregnant with his daughter Frances Quinn. When the former politician and his daughter Cate Edwards, who is also his law partner, arrived Friday at Mellon’s funeral at the Trinity Episcopal

ANN ARBOR, Mich. – President Obama compared the Republican budget plan to a "stinkburger" or "meanwich" during a speech here Wednesday, using a series of zingers in an attempt to strike a contrast with the GOP on economic issues in an election year. Obama, who visited the local Zingerman´s deli before the speech, said that Republican proposals to cut taxes for wealthier Americans and

The regulations place secular citizens who commit thought crimes in the same category as violent terrorist groups such as Al-Qaeda´s Yemen branch and Saudi Hezbollah. Under the new decree by King Abdullah, Saudi Arabia will jail for up to 20 years anyone who fights in conflicts abroad - an apparent move to deter Saudis from joining rebels in Syria.
