´Thankfully he has her looks!´
Beaming William jokes as he and
Kate leave hospital with their
newborn son giving the world
its first glimpse of a future king

Daily Mail (UK), by Rebecca English and Martin Robinson

Original Article

The world has seen the royal baby for the first time as the future king left hospital with his ecstatic parents this evening, who revealed they had not yet chosen a name. Prince William and Kate waved and smiled broadly to the waiting cameras as they held their prince on the steps of the private Lindo Wing at St Mary´s Hospital in London, 26 hours after he was delivered, weighing 8lbs 6oz. The Duke of Cambridge followed the steps his parents Charles and Diana took with him 31 years ago, when he was born there on June 21, 1982.

Comments:
William and Kate look genuinely overjoyed. William even buckled the new prince in his carseat. They will undoubtedly be hands-on parents. I´m sure William is also thinking of his own mother with sadness that she is not here to see this happy occasion.

A beautiful first outing! Now, off to the castle. Whoa, can you imagine what the nursery looks like? I am so glad it had stopped raining.

I watched it on the Internet via French 24 "live" TV. They both looked so happy and glowing. So much love for the new prince.

On a side note: I´m sure her dress sold out by now from the maker.

Yes, they look very happy - the BBC has a longer film clip so you can see them come back out of the hospital with the baby in the car seat. Once William gets it buckled in to the back seat he gives a "Whew!", then gets into the front seat and drives off. They seem to be doing as much as they can on their own, with minimal help/interference from others. I wish them all well.

Fairy Tale? A healthy beautiful young family? I thought moderns preferred two women or two men, perhaps adorned with a gender-confused infant, produced in a test-tube, with enhanced DNA. Funny how something as simple as birth refutes our modern fables, and betrays or hypocrisy.

Who is Harrison J. Bounel, and might the name suggest something about possible Obama ID fraud? To be sure, healthcare.gov’s failure to verify Obama’s identity implies nothing whatsoever as to whether ordinary citizens should question it. Undoubtedly, the system glitch represents nothing more, and nothing less, than yet another instance of racist computers conspiring against Obama. The Harrison J. Bounel controversy revolves in part around the fact -- contested by no one -- that a personal information database, housed in yet another presumptively racist computer, linked Obama’s Hyde Park Chicago home address and SSN with the name “Harrison J. Bounel.”

Within the context of keeping the Syrian jihad alive, it seems there is no end to the attempts of some Islamic clerics to legitimize otherwise forbidden behavior in order to gratify the sexual urges of the jihadis and keep them fighting Syrian president Bashar Assad. First, there was the now infamous “sex-jihad” fatwa, which holds that any Muslim woman who willingly allows her body to be used by the sexually-deprived jihadis becomes herself a jihadi, if not a “martyr,” deserving of all the honor and rewards associated with those titles.

Ezekiel Emanuel has written extensively, before and after he helped draft ObamaCare, about who should get medical care, who should decide, and whose life is worth saving. Emanuel is part of a school of thought that redefines a physician’s duty, insisting that it includes working for the greater good of society instead of focusing only on a patient’s needs. Many physicians find that view dangerous, and most Americans are likely to agree.

It is a tender, natural and intimate portrait which shows, for the first time, something of the personality of young Prince George. Released on his first Mothering Sunday, this official portrait – in a relaxed style perfectly reflecting the Duke and Duchess’s very modern approach to Royalty – depicts the eight-month-old as a curious, affectionate toddler, gazing into the eyes of the family’s beloved Lupo. George seems devoted to the cocker spaniel and, judging by the adoration on Lupo’s face, the sentiments are returned.

You won’t read about the International Classification of Disease (ICD) on TMZ or hear it discussed on The View, but it has the potential to be an unpleasant October surprise in the health care world. It is a list of codes that physicians and hospitals use when billing insurance companies. These codes cover all manner of medical diagnoses for diseases, conditions, and injuries. The first version of the ICD appeared in 1946, with periodic revisions since. Six months from now, on October 1, the latest version, the ICD-10, will be implemented in the U.S.

The populist grass roots myth died shortly after Obama was elected and while plenty of books have been written about the internal workings of the Obama campaign and administration, unlike the books written about Bush, they rarely inform mainstream media news coverage.
