President Obama’s New
American Vocabulary

PJ Media, by Victor Davis Hanson

Original Article

Posted By:Pluperfect, 7/15/2013 5:00:13 AM

Of all the many changes that the Obama administration has enacted over the last five years, the least remarked upon are the strange changes in our vocabulary. To fathom the shifting meaning of words, here is a guide to the new Obama lexicon. Affordable Care Act: Mostly unaffordable, uncaring, and inactive. Assault Weapon: Paint your .22 black and add a plastic handle. Associated Press: Leakers who dared to challenge the White House monopoly. Baby: Punishment for a mistake. Benghazi: We won’t have any more because one video-maker is now in prison. Berlin Wall: Analogous to the Cold War fence

Ghetto is all he´s got. Obama has nothing. NOTHING. I misunderestimated his stupidity. He has no other knob to turn than to divide and cause trouble. No other knobs. Hey, he is a community organizer, a Rev. Wright type, a Bill Ayers, Jessie Jackson, Al Sharpton wannabe.

Whether it is appointing activists, willful lying, walking out of rooms if someone has another opinion, sues states like Arizona, empowers the EPA to rule as congress, makes recess appointments, e making divisive statements (police acting stupidly, if I had a son). He sets up straw men like some say.....When no one has ever said such a thing (such as I am not going to send F-16s after a hacker - who ever suggested that he do that??)

He overthrows governments like Syria, Egypt and Libya. He runs guns to our enemies (Fast and Furious and Benghazi) and he exploits tragedies to take away our rights.

He´s just a community organizer. He has no other skill sets. Thus his response to every event is to instigate and riot. He is incapable of peace and leadership.

Liberals think they are wordsmiths when they actually come off as stupid air heads.
This is what we called ´street jargon´ in the fifties.

The obama presidency is built on nothing but lies and illusion. He is merely a puppet put in place to fill a position.

Those who say he is actually smart and cunning because he has successfully ruined America have been proven wrong. If he were smart, we would have been destroyed our economy in his first two years. We are still America and we will fight this administration tooth and nail until we beat it. Anybody could attempt to destroy his life by doing stupid and meaningless things but that doesn´t mean they have talent or skills, it just means that they are stupid. Eventually they would succeed but that would be due to the lack of doing positive things. Obama plays golf and vacations while his flying monkeys work behind the scenes to rob us. He is no different than any other third world dictator, he just happens to have been elected the leader of the richest country in the world by the parasites that our overly-generous socialist policies have created.

Victor Davis Hanson’s loopy conception of what we all know to be “the alphabet” notwithstanding, it certainly isn’t lacking in thought-starters.

I’ve always believed that the ideas, words and deeds attributable to Barack Hussein Obama are not his. He’s merely an actor, a frontman, a marionette whose words are selected, actions are staged and strings are pulled by his handlers. Left unscripted, his “soaring rhetoric” becomes forensic tailspin. His comfort zone is most conducive to absolutely taking no questions at a news conference. Endearingly, Ronald Reagan used to pull it off with aplomb, being able to hear the questions, were it not for those doggone noisy helicopters. On balance, Obama’s ideal venue is more the good old-fashioned, tried-and-true beer summit.

Rand Paul will never be elected president—and that is a very good thing for our country, for a great many reasons. Paul is a libertarian first, a Republican second, and a conservative only when his libertarianism accidentally intersects with conservative values. And that’s not very often. Republicans, especially conservatives, have fought for civil rights for more than fifty years. Democrats were the principal opponents of the 1964 Civil Rights Act. Paul, however, has gotten himself into trouble over the matter. For example, in an April 2010 videotaped with the Louisville Courier-Journal, he was asked whether he would have voted for the

Suppose a scientific conference on cancer prevention never addressed smoking, on the grounds that in a free society you can´t change private behavior, and anyway, maybe the statistical relationships between smoking and cancer are really caused by some other third variable. Wouldn´t some suspect that the scientists who raised these claims were driven by something—ideology, tobacco money—other than science? Yet in the current discussions about increased inequality, few researchers, fewer reporters, and no one in the executive branch of government directly addresses what seems to be the strongest statistical correlate of inequality in the United States: the rise of single-parent

As the number of subsidized participants grows, the disaster gets worse. Charles Blahous explains: Our national discussion…is missing the truly significant story here; what is unfolding before our eyes is a colossal fiscal disaster, poised to haunt legislators and taxpayers for decades to come. But how that statement is interpreted is the source of some of the deepest rifts in Christianity — and a stumbling block for some Christians, and more than a few skeptics.
