Disorder: Judge Recesses Zimmerman
Trial, Excludes Damning Evidence

PJ Media, by Bob Owens

Original Article

Posted By:Deborah Grannet, 7/10/2013 6:18:55 PM

The State of Florida vs. George Zimmerman took a wild turn late Tuesday evening, as defense attorney Don West got in a heated conversation with Judge Debra Nelson just before 10:00 p.m. Nelson had just expressed her intent to block testimony and evidence recovered from deleted messages on Trayvon Martin’s cell phone. A forensic expert discovered more than 600 items on Trayvon’s cell phone, including texts and photos between Trayvon and other people with specific references to criminal activity...

Comments:
Hope Zimmerman doesn´t have to go through the hell of an appeal... but it sure seems like there are plenty of grounds for one. A Trayvon fan just called in to Hannity to guarantee Zimmerman will get ´popped´ if he´s not found guilty. Just lovely.

Since the DOJ sponsored the hate Zimmerman rallies, they may have the judge in their pocket also.

It is interesting that many have called upon George Zimmerman to say that he is "sorry".

The time for that is well passed. Trayvon Martin is shown to have beaten Zimmerman´s head into the sidewalk.

There should at least be enough evidence here to dig up Trayvon Martin´s rotting corpse and convict HIM of assault and battery.

Perhaps the prosecution can manage that?

Praying for full acquittal of an innocent man, George Zimmerman.

I expect Mark O´Mara to make it clear to jurors that a finding of self-defense should preclude conviction on any charges.

Meaning that conviction on the "lesser" charges of manslaughter, aggravated assault etc would not be justified, either.

Pro-Trayvon commentators are slavering for a manslaughter conviction, now that they´ve pretty much given up getting their pound of flesh via murder2.

I´ve seen a lot of trials, and I can´t ever recall a judge badgering the defendant as to whether he was going to testify in as hostile a manner as done by Judge Nelson. Really disgraceful.

It is obvious from watching just the little I have watched, Judge Debra Nelson is under orders from DOJ to get a guilty verdict for George Zimmerman. What perfidious pieces of crap the judge, the DOJ, the Attorney General AND the President are. Thank you to all the pieces of crap who voted for Obama to bring this on our great nation.

Obama has pressured the Judge and it is showing on a dailey basis.
The Judge knows that there is no case against Zimmerman and should of been throw out days ago.

I guess it´s good that all us nobodies get to see what an utterly corrupt criminal justice system we have, at least on the side of the prosecutors and some judges.

I´ve felt for many years that there is not a prosecutor anywhere who cares about guilt or innocence. All they care about is career enhancing convictions. The pawns, well after all they are just that, pawns.

Just ask the pro Trayvon fans to lay on the sidewalk while you pound them in the face, and see if they still think he should not have defended himself.

The family member with the nickname "Fruit" was discussing firearms purchases with Trayvon.

The sleuths over at theconservativetreehouse.com found that that ("Fruit") is Tracy Martin´s nickname.

They also have a pretty good idea who deleted the damning messages.

Obama and his racist pit bull, Holder, know everything about Judge Nelson, from her income and deductions to her health, investments, political leanings and her career ambitions. She has surely been approached about a possible federal position, or told that her family´s tax issues can be resolved if she helps.

Obama also has complete files for each juror, even though their names have not been publically released. Files can allow DoJ to offer tax relief, jobs to children, dropping of civil and/or criminal charges, mortgage assistance, help with a foreign relative and student loans. Obama, Holder and their ilk don´t have consciences, so they can do whatever they wish.

I haven´t watched all of this trial but what I have watched is totally disgusting. All reference to Martin is off limits. A judge that badgers the defendant to make a decision part way through the trial?
And before anything, an indictment based on false information.

The judge ruled correctly. Unless (a) Martin had a reputation for violence, known by Zimmerman, or (b) Martin´s cell phone records showed criminal intent at the time of the altercation, his prior conduct would be irrelevant. Because the prosecution cannot appeal from a verdict of acquittal, the trial court will be very conservative about the defense evidence, the wrongful exclusion of which, at worst, would result in a reversal and remand for new trial.

Trayvon would have had an arrest record for three different incidences if there weren´t an agreement between Miami PD. and Schools to NOT treat criminal behavior of black male students as criminal behavior but instead as a school discipline problem.
Would he been live today is he had suffered consequences of his actions instead of being given a pass?
Fact he and his father FRUIT were discussing getting Trayvon - fruit did not fall far from the tree.

Right now, the State is presenting its case, and blacks everywhere must be laughing as he makes a big deal about poor little Trayvon had Skittles and Iced tea..the poor little innocent only went to the store for them..the dumb masses like "LEAN" a street drug..made from skittles, Arizona watermelon (which is what Trayvon really bought) and one other ingredient that is in most households. Trayvon was very familiar with it according to his tweets. Too bad the jury will not know.

The White House is going to war with another fox — and this time, it’s personal. The Wall Street Journal reports that a red fox has been causing chaos around the White House, tripping security alarms, digging up Michelle’s garden and distracting the president from his duties. The Secret Service won’t give any details about how often the fox trips the White House’s obviously sophisticated security alarms, but rest assured, officials say, they’re watching. President Obama was apparently “stunned” to see the fox roaming freely down the oft-photographed White House colonnade, home to the world’s shortest, but most dramatic, outdoor strolls. He hasn’t paid grazing fees since 1993, and refuses to renew the necessary grazing permit.(Snip)Rather than using the avenues and pathways presented to him, Bundy has staunchly declared his own law and allegiances.
