Trayvon Martin’s Brother:
Originally not sure if it was
Trayvon screaming on 911 call

Legal Insurrection, by Andrew Branca

Prior TV interview contradicts current claims of certainty Jarvis Martin, Fulton half-brother, testified in court today that the voice on the 911 call was that of Trayvon Martin. On cross-examination, however, it was revealed that two weeks after first hearing the screams on the 911 call he was interviewed in a sit-down with a local TV reporter and at that time told the reporter he was uncertain if the screamer was Trayvon. I suspect ANYONE with half a brain and not looking for a future pay day, would KNOW it is GZ screaming for help on that recording. Saint Trayvon was on top doing his best MMA "ground and pound" and probably talking smack too. But, let Justice be served....

It has become obvious that the prosecution is counting on emotion to get Zimmerman convicted, since they have not presented a case for conviction on the evidence (lack thereof).

What would anyone expect Trayvon´s mother or brother to say?

The judge is passing the buck to the jury because she does not have the guts to dismiss the case, due to lack of evidence to convict Zimmerman. I suppose she is frightened by the threats of riots and violence by the blacks and others from the left.

Did he commit perjury by changing his story?

I think that zippy and his thugs have been on the phone with the judge and have threatened her and told her to make sure that GZ is convicted. It would explain her letting Trayvon´s mother testify after sitting in the court room during all of the previous testimony, which is against Florida law. The defense should be demanding a mistrial for that alone.

Re #15, Jaharvis Fulton is Sybrina Fulton´s eldest son - from a relationship previous to her marriage to Tracy Martin. Trayvon Martin was born to Sybrina Fulton and Tracy.

He is about four years older than Trayvon. He said that he was 9 when Tracy and Sybrina divorced. Thus Trayvon would have been about 5.

In an earlier interview Jaharvis was stumped when asked questions about his half-brother. He really didn´t seem to know him very well at all.

Re #14, yes. Especially in a scream. George Zimmerman has a voice that has been described as "meek". It sounds rather high pitched when he speaks. A 17 year old boy of any color cound have a deep voice. No longer a child.

As the Japanese expert testified, there is no scientific way to tie a scream to a speaking voice.

An eye-catching A.P. story, published Thursday, revealed that, in 2010, the United States Agency for International Development (U.S.A.I.D.) covertly deployed a social-media program in Cuba in the hope of bringing about a Cuban Spring. The network, called ZunZuneo, was offered to Cubans via the country’s mobile-phone network as a free text service, and attracted forty thousand subscribers before mysteriously ending operations in 2012. The contractors who ran the program are said to have concealed its U.S.-government origins via an offshore system of front companies and foreign servers, and to have collected data on subscribers’ “political tendencies” and “receptiveness,” among other

WASHINGTON -- The Supreme Court on Wednesday freed wealthy donors to give more money directly to congressional candidates, extending its controversial 2010 Citizens United decision that opened the door for unlimited independent spending on political issues. In a 5-4 decision, the court’s conservative majority struck down Watergate-era aggregate limits that barred political donors from giving more than $123,000 a year in total to candidates running for seats in the House of Representatives or Senate. The court said this limit violated the free-speech rights of the donors, and it was not needed to prevent “corruption” of the political process.
