California is about to pass
a law requiring bathroom, locker
room access regardless of gender

Mere ownership of a penis or a vagina will no longer limit California students in their decisions concerning which bathrooms and locker rooms to use, or which sports teams to join. Under a proposed law that has passed the state legislature and now awaits the signature of Gov. Jerry Brown, students in California will be able to make such choices based on their perceived gender identities, CNN reports. Assembly Bill 1266 aims to extend the rights of transgender students. The text requires that students “be permitted to participate in sex-segregated school programs and activities, including athletic teams and competitions,

Can you imagine how many boys will suddenly become transgendered in order to use the girl´s locker room? They need to be subjected to the "eunuch test" shown in History of the World Part 1 before they are allowed to stay.

Amen to the poster who said boys will suddenly become whatever it takes to get into a girls locker/bathroom. Mixing healthy young boys and girls in the close environment of a locker room or bathroom sets the stage for a flash fire. I´m always amazed at the stupidity of liberals.

I guess the thought is; do what you want and when caught just say you feel different (transgendered, gay, lesbian, other) and threaten to sue.

The authorities will let you go and leave you alone - you don´t have to perform a sex act in front of them to prove you´re TGLO.

The problem you´ll have is the father that starts beating you with the baseball bat. Yea, he´ll go to jail and you´ll be able to sue, but will you have any sex organs left or awareness (after being beaten in the head) for the rest of your life?

1. As only 6 people in this country still know that "gender" isn´t a synonym for "sex" [meaning primary sexual characteristics], that politicians come pre-moroned, and that California for some reason excels at the latter, why expect anything different?

2. It´s a good thing, this story coming from California, that illegal aliens are known for having no sex-criminals in their numbers.

Something to keep in mind: one´s "gender identification" need not be fixed. It can vary.

For example, one trans-gendered person of my acquaintance (born female) changed her/his Facebook account to say "him," not "her." And asked people to please respect and use that, as at this point in life "he" is identifying with the male gender. But with the clear suggestion that at some time in the future, "he" may identify as "she" once again.

So apparently I can walk into the womens shower room on those days when I´m feeling unusually female?

Any school could dominate any high school sport they want by stacking their "girl´s" team with "transgendered" boys. And if anyone tries to complain about those boys being attracted to women, they could simply claim that they are lesbians trapped in a man´s body and berate the person for their cisgendered assumptions, and if they are heterosexual, cisgendered privilege. Saul Alinsky´s Rule #4 - "Make the enemy live up to its own book of rules."

My question, though, is how many of these transexual kids are going to wind up beaten up, sexually abused, or dead (and to make it clear, I am not endorsing any of those outcomes here). I can´t imagine a girl calling herself a boy and using the boy´s lockerroom would play out very well in practice, and I can imagine the reaction male gang members are going to have if their sisters or girlfriends complain about boys calling themselves girls using the girl´s room or girl´s locker room with them. Such killings have already happened.

The thing I love about Californication is that it is a mirror into the soul of the American future. The only consolation I can take is that the intelligent, productive people of that state will continue their exodus to more conservative places. Then, The Big One can level the cities of these perversions of our species.

Having separate sports teams based on gender is inherently discriminatory. Have one football team, one basketball team, one baseball team, one track team and one volleyball team, and let the best athletes win out.

There. No more discrimination.

British officials from across the political spectrum, European Union leaders, corporate executives and retired military commanders have made their cases. Even David Bowie registered a plea for Scotland to “stay with us.” But there has been conspicuous silence from one major player with a lot to lose if Scotland secedes: the United States. Recently elected Democratic Virginia Gov. Terry McAuliffe is warning that global warming could raise sea levels high enough to flood the Hampton Roads region, home to the world´s largest naval base, without immediate and “smart decisions.” Addressing an environmental summit this week at the Virginia Military Institute in Lexington, Va., McAuliffe embraced climate change, blamed humans for causing it, and said action is needed now to protect Virginia´s coast from rising ocean levels that will result from global warming. “The first big decision of course is to accept that climate change is real,” he told the group. “I happen to believe in

President Obama stood Friday with the Rev. Al Sharpton and accused Republicans of trying to keep millions of Americans from voting, in a fiery speech days after new revelations about Sharpton’s past as an FBI informant. “The right to vote is threatened today in a way that it has not been since the Voting Rights Act became law nearly five decades ago,” Obama told the annual convention of Sharpton’s National Action Network in Manhattan. Obama’s appearance represented a presidential seal of approval of Sharpton’s role as a civil rights activist, amid the new revelations about how Sharpton used a wire to record

As President Obama spoke of old "wounds” at Fort Hood this week, the White House declined a request from a survivor of the 2009 massacre there to meet with Obama for a few minutes so the veteran could explain face-to-face how he believes the government has mistreated and disrespected the victims of that attack. Staff Sgt. Alonzo Lunsford (ret.) was shot seven times in November 2009 when Army psychiatrist Maj. Nidal Hasan opened fire at Fort Hood, killing 13 people. Despite Hasan’s admission that he carried out the attack on behalf of the Taliban and revelations that he had been

Say what you will about Sens. Rand Paul (R-Ky.) and Ted Cruz (R-Tex.), but they know a train wreck when they see it. They also know when to separate themselves from the cranks and the losers on the right. Although both supported the shutdown and were heartily supported by tea party groups in their own Senate races, neither one has endorsed Matt Bevin in Kentucky, Milton Wolf in Kansas or Chris McDaniel in Mississippi. In fact, Cruz’s office confirms he hasn’t endorsed anyone in the primaries. He may weigh in after the primaries. Rand Paul has endorsed two very establishment

President Obama labeled complaints about voter fraud “bogus” and accused Republicans of cynically trying to prevent Americans from accessing the polls in a fiery speech Friday at a civil rights forum hosted by Al Sharpton. Obama argued that attempts in some states to impose new voter identification restrictions were actually efforts by Republicans to make “it harder, not easier to vote.” And the president said that while voter fraud should be prevented, it rarely occurred. “So let´s be clear, the real voter fraud is the people who try to deny our rights by making bogus arguments about voter fraud,” Obama said. Let me obliterate a bit of confusion here: the Obama administration attempted to go to war with a rancher in Nevada. Let me amplify a little bit of truth: They tucked tail and have returned home. And let me add a bit of clarity: they had no choice! As the nation began to become familiar with the plight of the family of Cliven Bundy, many of us harkened back to another standoff in which the Federal government attempted to bully it´s outcome: Waco, Texas and the Branch Davidian massacre. It is telling that in the Nevada case the feds pulled out so

The last rancher in southern Nevada has won his battle to graze cows on public land after a week-long stand off with federal agents. The Bureau of Land Management today said it would stop trying to seize the cattle of Cliven Bundy after armed militia members today continuing to gather in Nevada in a confrontation with federal agents. BLM Director Neil Kornze said: ´Based on information about conditions on the ground, and in consultation with law enforcement, we have made a decision to conclude the cattle gather because of our serious concern about the safety of employees and members of
