Agents from Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) and the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) have called on the public and members of the U.S. Senate to oppose the “Gang of Eight” immigration bill on the eve of its expected vote in the Senate. The Senate is the expected to take up the bill for vote on Thursday at the earliest, or by Friday, as Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid continues rushing it across the finish line. In a joint statement on Wednesday evening, USCIS National Council president Kenneth Palinkas and ICE National Council president Chris Crane said the bill,

Rubio and Shumer deliberately ignored the Patriots on the front line.
If they add new agents it will be to dilute their influence and add loyal Dem hacks like they did the TSA.
This bill is a Trojan Horse.

Who knows more about the borderline then the US Border Patrol and associated federal law enforcement agencies!

Maybe it will make a lot of people wake up and think, as it is hard to believe that the Republicans are willing in to become the Democrat´s assistants in giving them the political cover to pass what really amounts to a very long-term liberal Democrat crafted strategic political initiative, that is designed to greatly expand the future Democrat voter base in the years ahead by eventually offering US voting rights to tens of millions of foreign born and mostly socialist oriented third world foreign workers who would be legalized inside the USA, or allowed to enter this country in the next ten years, with complete access to the legal US job market where they would have the right to compete against American workers for just about any scarce job out there across the entire US economy.

Are we obsessed with race and racism in our society? Before you answer the question, consider how issues of race are brought up in the media and discussed around the proverbial water cooler. Do we discuss the remarkable progress we’ve made as a country since the dark days of segregation and Jim Crow? Do we consider how blacks lived in the South in the not too distant past—like my grandparents, who ran the risk of being lynched for looking at someone white? That’s given way to interracial marriage no longer being a taboo. The Supreme Court didn’t repeal the statute

After getting hammered on a series of government reports that they felt Republicans unfairly characterized, Democrats are taking the unusual step of responding to another potentially damaging report before the GOP attacks even start. The report, released late Friday by the Actuary of the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, looks at the impact two provisions of the Affordable Care Act will have on health insurance premiums for small businesses. Republicans requested the report in 2011 when they slipped it into an appropriations bill. Democrats expect the GOP to seize on a portion of the report that estimates that premiums will

The FCC may have suspended its invasion into American newsrooms, but the controversial "Critical Information Needs" study also has George Soros´ fingerprints all over it. While disturbing, this should come as no surprise since Soros´ gave more than $52 million to media organizations from 2000-2010. Two schools were working with FCC on the project, according to Byron York of The Washington Examiner. The University of Southern California Annenberg School for Communication and Journalism and the University of Wisconsin-Madison Center for Communication and Democracy, were tasked by the FCC with coming up with criteria for what information is "critical" for Americans

President Obama´s speech at a Democratic Governors Association fundraiser in D.C. last night contained a key pearl of political wisdom for his party. Here it is: If there’s one message I want to deliver today to every Democrat and every person who’s interested in supporting Democratic policies, it’s that you got to pay attention to the states. You have to stay focused on what’s happening in the states, and you especially have to pay attention to what’s happening in the states during midterm elections. Because we know how to win national elections, but all too often, it’s during these midterms

Something is seriously wrong with Michelle Obama. Pitching ObamaCare on The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon, Mrs. Obama called young adults "knuckleheads." The first lady openly mocked the 18- to 29-year-olds who catapulted her husband into the White House in 2008 and 2012. Fallon: Because a lot of young people watch our show. Would you like to tell me - why would they...? Because a lot people don´t have the money to spend on this. Obama: Thanks to the Affordable Care Act, young people can stay on their parents´ insurance until they are 26. But once they hit 26, they´re

In the wake of Michelle Obama´s revelation to Jimmy Fallon that her daughters Sasha and Malia "want nothing to do with us," (a feeling many share), it is worthwhile noting that just a couple of years ago the First Lady officially termed them "Senior Staff" for official purposes. We know this only thanks to a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuit filed by Judicial Watch. The organization had at first requested the information pursuant to FOIA, but when denied, was forced to sue. The trip took place June 21-27, 2011, and was taken by First Lady Michelle Obama, her family

By now, the pattern is pretty clear: Obamacare deadlines don’t stick. And they probably never will. The unanswered question is, does the extra time create more hassles than benefits for those affected - and is the goalpost-moving worth the political headaches it creates for the Obama administration? Because undeniably, every time the Obama administration bends a deadline for the Affordable Care Act — delaying the employer mandate for the second time, putting off parts of the enrollment launch, or giving customers just a little more time to sign up — it fuels the perception that the administration is just winging it,

WASHINGTON – The White House is defending its decision to bar reporters and photojournalists from a meeting between President Barack Obama and the Dalai Lama. White House spokesman Jay Carney says he acknowledges the news media´s legitimate interest in covering the encounter. But he says the decision was consistent with past meetings Obama has held with the Buddhist monk. Obama´s meeting with the Dalai Lama drew harsh criticism from China even before it took place. The White House appeared to be trying to keep it low-key to avoid further aggravating Beijing.

For the last several days, I have been accumulating information about the extraordinary plan, launched by the Democratic majority of the Federal Communications Commission, apparently without input or even knowledge on the part of the Commission’s Republicans, to survey radio and television stations, as well as newspapers (over which the FCC has no jurisdiction) with respect to their editorial news judgments. Many observers saw the FCC’s project as the prelude to an effort to push news reporting even farther to the left. See Mark Steyn, Byron York and Tammy Bruce, for a few among many such examples. First conservative icon Thomas Sowell turned on Ted Cruz, now it appears that Ann Coulter is souring on the Texas Republican as well. Sowell published two columns this week slamming Cruz for being self-serving. Coulter praised the first of Sowell’s columns in a tweet Wednesday. Later, in an appearance on Fox News’ “Hannity” Wednesday night, Coulter doubled down on her praise of Sowell’s anti-Cruz column: ”I never push anyone else’s column but mine. Today everyone has got to read Thomas Sowell’s article.” During the “Hannity” segment, Coulter attacked tea party groups for being filled with “shysters” and “conmen,” naming specifically the Senate Conservatives

Sen. Ted Cruz, R-Texas, may be the brightest light to adorn the Republican Party in many years. He knows how to make the case for conservative ideas, pointing, for example, to the contrasting fates of Detroit and Houston to illustrate the superiority of conservative policies. So it´s particularly galling to see that rather than train his fire at President Barack Obama and the liberal machine that cocoons him, Cruz has become a one-man wrecking ball against Republicans. His most recent foray into sabotaging his colleagues concerned the debt limit increase. Because Speaker John Boehner sent over a "clean" debt limit bill,

In a watershed moment and a huge victory over environmentalists, General Electric has agreed to stop projects that are designed solely for the purpose of carbon dioxide reductions to please those who lobby for climate change concessions. The National Center for Public Policy Research, a non-partisan, free-market, independent conservative think-tank which has been fighting GE for years because of GE’s liberal bias under CEO Jeffrey Immelt, scored a huge victory after receiving the commitment from General Electric. Late in 2013, the National Center submitted a shareholder proposal as part of GE´s 2014 proxy statement and annual meeting materials. The proposal: ...request[ed] that the

I also believe that those scientists who pretend to know exactly what this will cause in 20, 30 or 50 years are white-coated propagandists. “The debate is settled,” asserted propagandist in chief Barack Obama in his latest State of the Union address. “Climate change is a fact.” Really? How much more are black people in this country supposed to take? On Saturday, a Florida jury failed to convict Michael Dunn for the callous murder of Jordan Davis. Though he was convicted of three counts of attempted murder and also on a gun charge, a mistrial was declared for the first-degree murder charge. He will face substantial jail time – perhaps up to 75 years on the four charges for which he was found guilty. Prosecutor Angela Corey has also publicly declared her intent to seek retrial on the murder conviction. However, she is the same prosecutor who oversaw the Zimmerman

Listening to pundits talk about the potential 2016 Republican field, you’d be forgiven for forgetting about Rick Santorum. The former senator’s strong second-place showing in 2012 shocked—even scared—the GOP’s kingmakers, who saw in him an abortion-hating firebrand with no chance of beating Barack Obama. So it’s no surprise that today, the party’s mainstreamers are acting like he’s old news, again dismissing a Santorum presidential candidacy. Not that he cares. He’s too busy plotting another possible run at the White House. In recent months, Santorum has gathered his inner circle of longtime advisers to sketch out a presidential campaign. Last year, Central Valley farmers received 20 percent of their normal allowance, and that figure is now set at zero percent. This marks the third dry year for the state, and Gov.
