Ailing Nelson Mandela stranded
by ambulance breakdown

JOHANNESBURG - Former South African president Nelson Mandela remains in a "serious but stable" condition in hospital, the government said on Saturday. Consistent with previous updates from the presidency, the statement shows that the 94-year-old anti-apartheid hero´s health is little changed since his admission to a Pretoria hospital two weeks ago.(Snip)Failure to deliver basic services under the African National Congress-led government has sparked violent protests across the country this year and are campaign points for political parties jostling for position ahead of next year´s election.

Comments:
Apparently stranded for 40 minutes during a 50 minute hospital transfer - in cold weather. If he can´t get good service, who can? Word is that he is too ill for a photo op meet-and-greet with the Obama clan.

May Nelson Mandela survive So Africa´s version of ObamaCare long enough to allow the Obama posse to depart South Africa. Otherwise, BO, the Mooch and her mother will extend their lavish vacation to attend parts of the week long funeral ceremonies. If Obama is in South Africa when Mandela passes, he would surely be asked to speak, and he would undoubtedly deliver a racially divisive, pro socialist eulogy for Mandela.

If Mandela expires while the Obamas are on vacation in the Vineyard, we can expect Biden and Holder to misrepresent the US.

I may disagree with Mandela on many things, but he alone is responsible, IMO, for a relatively bloodless transition in So. Africa. We´ve seen how these things can go and there could have been a slaughter. I think he went far out of his way to keep that from happening.

Yes, So. Africa is a wreck. It´s a socialist paradise, so of course it´s worse than it ever was. And this story is just more evidence of that. Zero Care will give us the same.

In 2012, during a classified but widely-known operation at Fort Meade, MD, government crypotographers and developers downloaded the OpenSSL source code, as it does with dozens of other software published on the Web. The operation´s objective was to find weaknesses in the library and exploit those vulnerabilities as part of wider efforts by the intelligence agency to conduct mass-scale surveillance. He could accept a U.S.-proposed framework for an Israeli-Palestinian partition deal, he could reject it or he could agree to extend negotiations. Here´s a look at what´s ahead. WHAT DO THE PALESTINIANS EXPECT TO BE IN THE FRAMEWORK? U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry hasn´t presented a written proposal, but Abbas aides say they expect it to contain the following. It would endorse the Palestinian position that the border between Israel and a future Palestine would be based on Israel's 1967 frontier,

Several elements of his comments were misleading: (1) At first blush, the 35 percent stat is both significant and impressive. As recently as last month, the share of "young invincibles" signing up for plans was struggling in the 25 percent range, far short of the actuarial target of nearly 40 percent. A leap into the mid-30´s, while still shy of the goal, would constitute a major step, and would bode well for the risk pools'
