Jeb Bush dismisses ´chirpers´
on his right

USA Today, by Catalina Camia

Original Article

Posted By:jackson, 6/18/2013 4:42:54 PM

Former Florida governor Jeb Bush is tuning out the "chirpers" in the Republican Party -- the critics on his right who disagree with his push for a comprehensive immigration bill. If Bush decides on a 2016 White House bid, the son and brother of two presidents said in an interview this weekend that it will be a campaign based on his two terms as governor. "It will be based on what I believe and it will be based on my record," Bush told the Christian Broadcasting Network (CBN).

Comments:
Gosh, Jeb, don´t you just hate all the naysayers out there. Jeepers! if only those dopes who didn´t attend Yale, who don´t hobnob with the Clintons, Kennedys, and all of us in the Hive would just shut up!

But we were wrong. There was a time when McCain´s association with Keating looked like it would bring an end to the senator´s political career. 1989, Keating´s Lincoln Savings and Loan went belly up, putting taxpayers on the hook for $3.4 billion, or roughly $13.60 from every man, woman and child then living in the United States.

WASHINGTON -- Inevitably, considering the absence of a clear Republican frontrunner for the 2016 presidential election, the name of former Florida Gov. Jeb Bush of the family dynasty has been rushed to the fore. On his record in office and his soft-spoken personal appeal, he would seem a natural to go to the head of a list of only moderately impressive wannabes. But the immediate question is: Do American voters, after a double dose of Bushes, want another one? The fact is that memories of the two George Bush presidencies now set few GOP hearts aflutter. The first George, elected to

In the early 2016 Republican presidential sweepstakes, could former Florida Gov. Jeb Bush be the beneficiary of New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie´s recent stumbles? That´s the question a number of analysts are starting to ask as Christie, formerly a clear favorite of the GOP establishment, starts to lose his luster, tarnished by months of critical headlines about the George Washington Bridge traffic scandal in New Jersey. Marco Rubio is smack in the middle of the current polls for the 2016 presidential primary. But he may be the early frontrunner when it comes to offering a realistic conservative agenda for reforms that address the economic challenges of modern America. And whether or not he pulls the trigger on a White House run, the U.S. senator from Florida is already helping to refashion the GOP once again into the Party of Ideas. In a series of smart domestic-policy speeches this year, Rubio has generally avoided the easy, reflexive response as to what’s gone terribly wrong with the American
