FBI hasn’t contacted a single tea
party group in IRS probe, groups say

Daily Caller, by Vince Coglianese

Original Article

Posted By:StormCnter, 6/14/2013 5:35:21 AM

There is no evidence that the FBI has contacted a single tea party group in its criminal investigation of the Internal Revenue Service, according to the groups the IRS abused. “We have not been contacted by any federal investigative agency and, to date, none of our clients have been contacted or interviewed by the FBI,” Jay Sekulow of the American Center for Law and Justice told The Daily Caller on Thursday. The ACLJ has filed suit against the IRS on behalf of 25 conservative groups, with additional groups being added in the next couple weeks, according to a spokesman.

Oh yeah, Feds willget right on that, as soon as they look into a criminal complaint (filed by document specialist Douglas Vogt) that obama´s BC is a forgery.

Don´t see any pigs flying by just yet.

There is no FBI investigation.

The IRS abuses of conservative taxpayers continues.

The hacks who comprise our Kneepad Press aren´t reporting on the story any more, owing to the fact that it makes Wise King Barky look bad, and he asked them to drop the subject in a private, off-the-record meeting....

Robert Mueller is as corrupt and dishonest as the jackass administration he serves.

Pray for our nation. (And be sure to record the content of your prayers, to be detailed in your next IRS investigation....)

The obama regime is infused with corruption and decay. It is rogue. This is their version of "an ongoing investigation."

You have people like Moeller,Bernake and Petraeus, none of whom I consider to be corrupt or evil by nature, somehow being co-opted by this renegade, lawless administration.

The FBI should be an independent arm of law enforcement looking out for the best interest of the country but when you have a totally corrupt and incompetent ass like Holder being your boss, there´s not much you can do.

With a simple half effort, you could double the prison population in this country, especially if you went hard after white collar crime which is all but ignored.Obviously these people have money to buy protection.

The left doesn´t consider tea parties or pro Israel groups as being viable complainants for a criminal probe ,so it isn´t going to happen. These groups are actually considered enemies of the state as we´ve seen on terror watch lists, that exclude real terrorists.

Go after a black or gay group and your neck would be in a noose in 5 minutes.

And once again, I´ll bet $ Brian Williams and his ilk say NOTHING about this, and it goes without saying that the TIMES and the POST will be silent. How these people can hold up their heads and claim to be newsmen is beyond me. I suspect they live in such a bubble that they actually think they are doing the correct thing---I am positive they tell themselves that none of this is really news, yet how they can face themselves knowing that, were it the most minor Republican, they would be all over it with disgust and rage is way beyond me. They are parties to the destruction of the United States, yet they pat themselves on the backs.

The Hillary Maneuver seems to work with the FBI, the IRS, the EPA and HHS. So far. They can´t get you for perjury when all you say is "I don´t know".

We can safely assume that the FBI is doing nothing -- on orders from on high. We have a rogue government with rogue Agencies.

Rush Limbaugh said America is in the midst of a silent coup. Not a shot was fired, but we have been occupied by our enemies who have no intention of obeying the Rule of Law or the Constitution.

And where is the outrage? Do Americans, especially our Tea Party patriots, not understand that we are rapidly approaching a march-in-the-streets new Civil Rights situation? Were we all looking the other way when Big Brother got elected in 2008?

Re #6: mueller, Bernanke, Petraeus, etc Why have these men allowed themselves to be co-opted? White men who fear interfering by doing their jobs with the success of the First Black President. And these very same men, and many others, are so far removed from the average American that they don´t have a clue except to worry about what very well paid corporate advisory position they will get after they leave "public service."

And these federal agencies are all located in Washington DC where the bulk of its employees are people who if it wasn´t for the presence of all these well paying federal jobs would be lucky to be a greeter at Walmart. And of this crowd, many/most are black with chips on their shoulders and totally unable to be non-partisan especially now that Obama is in the White House. I know - I work among them.

It appears that our government has now come to fear us - We The People.

No, move along, nothing to see there. They want American Patriots, now there is the real problem. God loving, country loving patriots.

If this weren´t happening for real, no one would believe it. Obama thanks the media and the LoFo public, while the man with no past ruins the future.

No one in the administration REALLY wants to uncover evidence that BO or his cronies set all of this in motion (which is almost certain they did). So the "investigation" will stumble around blindly and go nowhere. It´s like the IRS internal investigation that stated that groups were improperly targeted but made NO effort to uncover WHY. The administration is trying to use that internal review as cover, saying no links to Washington were found. But the auditors clearly say they didn´t look for any links. It wasn´t part of the investigation. The FBI theater investigation will end up the same way, political cover for their boss.

Eventually, someone will do a real investigation and show linkage but dems will use the fake one to defend themselves and muddy the water. It´s a classic Washington game, set up an "investigation" that gives you the exact result you need and use it for protection.

How can a principled person hope to persuade, or scare straight, the modern public servant who is a polished expert at deconstructing truth, and redefining questions to allow the vaguest answers? How can you defeat evil if you will not articulate clearly the identity of the evil? How can you win if you depend on leadership unable able to separate itself from the evil? You don´t. Winning involves rousing the hearts and minds of those you want to lead to victory. Republicans, who do not shirk from killing their base of conservatives, apparently prefer some victim status for themselves in the greater battle. No real American accepts this cowardice. Instead, defeat the evil by defeating the democrat sword political correctness. Truth will set you free. It does not enslave.

Every department, every agency has been thoroughly politicized.

No one does or says anything without being cleared first... or they do and say nothing.

Fear is spreading, a fear of our own government. Fear can be paralyzing. This is what we must resist.

Wherever this malignancy has sprung up, the people in the inner circle are the first to be compromised. That nucleus hardens, solidifies. The circle grows, with Most Trusted individuals being placed in areas needing... ummm shall we say "supervision"???

Take a look at an important book by J. Arch Getty and Oleg Naumov, The Road to Terror: Stalin and the Self-Destruction of the Bolheviks, 1932-1939. Stalin liked to appear to be above it all (sound familiar?).

Check the story about a gent named Riutin who wrote a piece ("Riutin Platform")criticizing Stalin, delivering it to a small group of people. Soon copies were disbursed. Quite a buzz ensued. Apparently many of the Old Bolsheviks agreed with Riutin.

Once any resistance to the abuse of power --for example, as noted, Bolsheviks who criticized the anti-democratic actions of Stalin-- at the highest levels is crushed, what hope does the ordinary citizen have?

What happened to Riutin? he was arrested, hauled before the Politburo to "explain" his anti SOVIET behavior. He got 10 years in prison. Soon, those who were at the meeting, those who copied the article, those who received a copy of it, those who KNEW ABOUT it but did not report it --and so on and so on, came under attack.

When Riutin was left proverbially swinging in the breeze, the verbal rebukes turned physical.

Every department under Obama (most with a three letter acronym i.e. IRS, FBI, NSA...) has been compromised. Don´t expect them to act independently as they are all doing the bidding of the White House. If I was a reporter I would look at the number of visits to the White House by the heads of those departments. What we have is an Executive branch that is running amok. The Founders would be looking at revolution.

They are too busy with their ongoing investigation of Benghazi.

You remember… the one that started a week or two after the attack with a group of FBI investigators flying to Tripoli, where they sat around their hotel – probably in the bar – waiting for “permission” to go to Benghazi. During the roughly 2 weeks while FBI team was sitting on their butts in Tripoli:
> Everyone from CNN to local terrorist cells had unrestrained access to the Benghazi compound, including the treasure trove of confidential documents that were left behind; and
> They apparently didn’t even bother to interview any of our embassy personnel –who had actually been in contact with the Benghazi outpost during the attack and could have provided them with valuable information.

Then, when they finally received permission and went to Benghazi, they didn’t even recover all of the remaining confidential documents, didn’t identify any suspects, or any good leads.

In their defense, I am sure that, since their return from Libya, they have spent countless hours grilling President Obama, Hillary Clinton, CIA Director Petraeus, Patrick Kennedy and others about their involvement in the stand-down orders and cover-up.

I reread his bio on Wikipedia a few moments ago, to insure that he was the top notch guy I remember.

He is Princeton educated, marine officer in Viet Nam, mix of private first rate law firm and justice department background, and nominated to be FBI Director by GW Bush in 1991.

He has become a nonentity under Holder an Obama. What on earth have they done to this man?

Hard to say what is going on. Didn´t the FBI Director just tell Congress he didn´t know who was running the investigation?

When an investigator doesn´t want to find evidence it isn´t found. Those who might supply it aren´t questioned. Places where it might be aren´t searched.

Even worse, once the guilty are selected the needed evidence may materialize out of the ether.

Sen. John Cornyn is a principled lawmaker whose brand of Texas conservatism makes him the best choice in this eight-way GOP primary race for the Senate. Cornyn is the deputy GOP Senate leader and a senior Republican on the Judiciary Committee. Holding these positions of influence can only bode well for Texas. The IRS targets political speech again

The Internal Revenue Service is used to being universally disliked every April 15. But this year, the widespread denunciations have started early, and for good reason. In November, the agency issued proposed new rules that are supposed to keep social welfare organizations from abusing their legal privileges by engaging in excessive electioneering. The effort came in response to complaints from Democrats about a 2012 surge in political spending by such tax-exempt groups, by the conservative Koch brothers and others to influence elections. The IRS wants to curb such efforts, and it doesn´t display much concern about the likely effect on free speech.

Last week, Jeffrey Lord asked the following question in this space: “Should Obama be impeached?” I have enormous respect for Lord, and agree with virtually everything he writes, but his column reflects an unsettling trend in the way many view this issue. Most pundits and politicians discuss Obama’s serial violations of the Constitution as if mulling an interesting academic subject. They ponder such arcana as the definition of “high crimes and misdemeanors,” the number of Senate votes required to convict an impeached President, the effect of the process on the GOP’s electoral prospects in 2016, ad infinitum. The real news in the San Diego mayoral race isn´t that a Republican won, but that the candidate backed by public-employee unions lost. That is a real shift in California politics. And it´s the second time it´s happened in a big-city mayoral race in less than a year. In San Diego on Tuesday, City Councilman Kevin Faulconer, a middle-of-the-road Republican, knocked the stuffing out of the union-backed Democrat, Councilman David Alvarez. The 150th anniversary of the Hunley´s daring and dangerous raid will be marked this weekend and Monday, but the overarching question remains: What caused the submarine and its eight-member crew to slip to the bottom of the sea on the moonlit evening of February 17, 1864, after it signaled to shore a success that changed naval warfare. The Hunley, housed at a laboratory in North Charleston, South Carolina, has yielded its

The acting head of U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, whose appointment to the post raised eyebrows because of his scant law enforcement experience, told agency employees he will resign Friday, FoxNews.com has learned. John Sandweg, a former defense attorney who knew former Department of Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano from their days as political allies in Arizona and came to Washington with her, gave his notice just six months after taking the reins in August. In a letter Friday to coworkers, Sandweg said he will return to work in the private sector but gave no explanation for his departure. “Over

A new poll puts Obama’s false promise, “if you like your healthcare plan you can keep it,” in perspective: 64% of Americans say ObamaCare would’ve never passed if Americans had known the truth in 2009. Moreover, the Fox news poll found the sentiment to be spread across all party lines, with 74% of Republicans, 68% of Independents and 54% of Democrats saying Obama’s unpopular healthcare program would never have passed. Even more troubling, 56% of Americans said ObamaCare was more about the government seizing control of citizens’ lives, versus just 40% who felt Obama’s plan was about improving healthcare. Perhaps the most troubling

Karl Rove Strikes Down Dem Governor

Karl Rove called out former Governor Ted Strickland (D., Ohio) for his hypocritical attacks on Chris Christie’s competence on Fox News Sunday. Strickland alleged Christie was incompetent because he was unaware some of his subordinates ordered the GWB bridge closing. Rove countered with a story from the 2008 election cycle revealing one of Strickland’s own high ranking officials inappropriately accessed damaging information about Joe the Plumber which was eventually leaked, all allegedly without the former Ohio governor’s knowledge. Strickland denied that his appointee was ever directed to leak that information for political purposes, but as Rove pointed out the record suggests otherwise: KARL ROVE:

At 3:15 on the morning of March 13, 1964, a 28-year-old bar manager named Kitty Genovese drove her red Fiat into the parking lot of the LIRR station by her Kew Gardens home. As she walked home — she was only about “a hundred paces away” from the apartment she shared with her girlfriend, Mary Ann Zielonko — she heard a man’s footsteps close behind her. She ran, but the man, Winston Moseley, was too quick. He caught her, slammed her to the ground and stabbed her twice in the back. She screamed twice, once yelling, “Oh, God! I’ve been stabbed!” Across

Washington Republicans on Sunday restated their argument that President Obama has violated the Constitution by using executive orders to alter the Affordable Care Act, but acknowledged they likely have no recourse or ability to stop another incident. Sen. Mike Lee, R-Utah, told “Fox News Sunday” that congressional Republicans think the president abused the government’s separation of powers by using the executive orders to sidestep Congress and delay the law’s employer mandate. “The president knows this is wrong.” - Sen. Mike Lee - However, he said critics would have a tough time winning in court because Congress lacks

NBC is under fire after one of its reporters questioned bronze medal winning skier Bode Miller so much about the death of his brother he began to sob uncontrollably. Correspondent Christin Cooper interviewed Miller just moments after he finished third in the Super G fnal, making him both the most medaled skier in history and the oldest person to win an alpine medal at the Games. [Snip] Miller was the first to bring up his brother, Chilly, a snowboarder who died in April from a seizure, but Cooper continued to push to the point that he had to walk away.

Americans watching the Affordable Care Act’s implementation are witnessing a government policy debacle that is as large as any in memory. It is hard to imagine a more vivid demonstration of the ruinous consequences of government stepping into a market in which it doesn’t belong. And, sadly, what we are seeing now is only the beginning of the policy’s failure. In its most updated assessment of the ACA, the government’s own Congressional Budget Office caught the Democrats flat-footed by projecting that the law is severely flawed on a number of fronts, matching in many ways what the ACA opponents clearly

AUSTIN, Tex. — Luci Baines Johnson leaned forward in her father’s private suite at the L.B.J. Presidential Library, her voice breaking as she recounted the “agony of Vietnam” that engulfed Lyndon Baines Johnson and the pain she feels to this day of witnessing his presidency judged through the prism of a failed war. “Nobody wanted that war less than Lyndon Johnson,” said Ms. Johnson, 66, who is the president’s younger daughter. “No matter how hard he tried, he didn’t seem to be able to get out of that quagmire. Not only did he not get out of it in his lifetime,

Jakarta, Indonesia - Climate change may be the world´s "most fearsome" weapon of mass destruction and urgent global action is needed to combat it, U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry said on Sunday, comparing those who deny its existence or question its causes to people who insist the Earth is flat. In a speech to Indonesian students, civic leaders and government officials in Jakarta, Kerry laid into climate change skeptics, accusing them of using shoddy science and scientists to delay measures needed to reduce emissions of greenhouse gases at the risk of imperiling the planet. WASHINGTON — Politics is sometimes the art of choosing the lesser of evils. For Sen. John Cornyn and other GOP leaders, it was better to let Democrats raise the debt ceiling last week than to dig in and risk a federal default. But tamping down a filibuster from Sen. Ted Cruz invited the wrath of the tea party. We’ll find out soon enough whether Cornyn pays a price — or, possibly, emerges stronger and more independent after the March 4 primary.(Snip)To many Republicans, the fight Cruz had picked was the wrong one. Washington - Mitt Romney told GOP pals Sunday to drop talk of ex-President Bill Clinton’s sexual shenanigans if wife Hillary makes her own White House bid. “I don’t think Bill Clinton is as relevant as Hillary Clinton if Hillary Clinton decides to run for President,” the 2012 Republican nominee said on NBC’s “Meet the Press,” citing the former First Lady’s own record, including stints as a U.S. senator from New York and as secretary of state. Romney also noted that the years of Bill Clinton’s presidency “were, by and large, positive economic times for the country.” The former Massachusetts governor added that Hillary Clinton

Remington Arms Company, Inc., founded in 1816 in upstate New York, announced today they will build their new factory in Alabama and not the Empire state. Since New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo (D.) signed the SAFE Gun Control Act, multiple gun companies have left the state. And, now Remington will not build its new plant there. Syracuse.com reported: Remington Outdoor Co. plans to open a 500,000-square-foot factory in Alabama that would employ 2,000 people, AL.com and the Military Times reported today. The Military Times story says the expansion would not affect the gun company’s factory or jobs at the plant in Ilion, Remington’s

“The United Auto Workers union suffered a crushing defeat Friday, to organizing workers at Volkswagen AG ’s plant in Chattanooga,Tenn.,” The Wall Street Journal reported. “The setback is a bitter defeat because the union had the cooperation of Volkswagen management and the aid of Germany’s powerful IG Metall union, yet it failed to win a majority among the plants 1,550 hourly workers.” One cannot emphasize the magnitude of this loss. What it clearly spells out is the irrelevance of the old industrial unions in today’s world. They have become nothing less than reactionary institutions . It is no longer the heyday

Once again, bitter feelings are being cast in the direction of Texas Republican Sen. Ted Cruz. With the House passing the “clean” debt ceiling bill and sending it to the Democratic-controlled Senate, it was clear that this particular bill was going to be passed and sent to the president for his signature. But Cruz didn´t want to let Senate Republicans, including Minority Leader Mitch McConnell, R-Ky., off the hook and give President Obama a blank check to once again increase the debt ceiling as we are drowning in red ink. He didn't want Republicans to simply vote against the bill, hiding behind the Democrat majority who were sure to pass it.
