What happens when a titan of journalism divorces? I read somewhere earlier that as Putin divorces his wife, she actually by law gets half of Russia. Hope this one is amicable.

The article explains in excruciating detail the ways in which his holdings are owned and controlled. Trusts controlled by the older children; a trust for the younger two girls controlled by an independent trustee.

Wendi Murdoch owns half of two homes - the pricey New York and Beverly Hills homes.

The article also says they executed a prenuptial agreement.

Wendi always wormed her way in..be it to her first marriage where she was the nanny where she ended up the Mrs...or her second marriage where she crashed the Murdoch´s party and eventually she ended up with Mrs. Murdoch´s husband...pretty cool for a little uneducated snippet from China...Mata Hari could have taken seasons from Wicked Wendi...remember those hearings where no one could move fast enough, no a singe man seated there, when a pie was coming to Mr. Murdoch´s face and only Wendi was fast and agile enough to stop it...actions worthy of a world class draconian intelligence agent...Rupert, you were a made man as your children suspected ..no fool like an old fool.

As long as there are women, men will be fools. So many rich men assume their attraction to younger women is their winning personalities and not their money.

A Dallas conservation group´s auction of a rare license to hunt an endangered black rhino in Africa has outraged conservationists, leading to death threats against the auction´s organizer. The Dallas Safari Club plans to auction off the license Saturday night, hoping to raise as much as $1 million for conservation efforts. Criticism has come from groups including People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA), which said the sale is a case of letting rich hunters buy a thrill at the cost of a rhino´s life.
