New Evidence Shows
Trayvon´s Life Unraveling

American Thinker, by Jack Cashill

Original Article

Posted By:magnante, 5/28/2013 7:19:17 AM

This past Thursday, George Zimmerman´s attorneys released new evidence relevant to the upcoming trial of their client on a second-degree murder charge for the shooting of Trayvon Martin. The Martin family attorneys say the evidence is irrelevant. They are wrong. It is damning. The text messages and photos from Martin´s cell phone tell a story wildly at odds with the one the State of Florida and the media have been peddling for more than a year, but one altogether truer and sadder.

I have no doubt our so called justice system will consider this prejudical against this kid and not allow it in evidence. No way Mr. Zimmerman will get a fair trial, the hood will threaten the jury and if one black person is on that jury, forget a fair verdict. Per chance, if Mr. Zimmerman should win, Sanford will be destroyed.

If Mr. Zimmerman is vindicated, will the Race-Hustlers come to apologize in person?

Nah! I doubt it! They will be pontificating about how the Jury reached the wrong verdict...

The information is out in the crowd of jurors now. Let´s see how martin´s family spin this one....

Apparently Trayvon was like his adopted father, Zippy, a malcontent with a superiority attitude who felt he was above the law who just wanted to cause trouble. It must be a black thing.

Having to deal with several Trayvons is why I got out of teaching in the 1970´s. By the time I got them in the 7th, and 8th, grades, they had already decided that school wasn´t relevant to them. I was young and naive, and I really believed that if I just worked with those types of kids a little harder I could turn them around. Yeah right. The only thing that will ever turn the Trayvon types around is a miliary boot camp and a tough, mean Drill Sergeant.

I was never a big fan of Trayvon Martin, but I was skeptical of Zimmerman in my postings after the attack. The more we find out about Martin, the more I think I misjudged Zimmerman and owe him an apology. And, credit to our fellow L-Dotter where it´s due, EarlyBird was right and I was wrong.

By his choices and lack of proper parenting he killed himself. Zimmerman just carried his bullet for a while.

One of the legal experts on Fox talked about admissability yesterday. He mentioned that if the prosecution "opened the door" by extolling Trayvon´s virtue, much of this would be admissable.

(hit submit too soon)

I have posted a lot about the incredible investigative work done by theconservativetreehouse.com. I have nothing to do with them other than to be a fan of what they have done in this case. Tirelessly. And they are not in cahoots with the defense.

In the beginning the Martins were directed by a family member to ambulance chaser lawyer Benjamin Crump. He saw $$$$ (he had recently been successful in getting a multimillion dollar award in another case). He hooked up with a civil rights type PR guy buy the name of Ryan Julison. Julison was heavily involved in the infamous Pigford matter. The trifecta was rounded out by Matt Gutman of NBC News.

Thus the whole thing was built up into a media circus at a time when the investigation of the shooting had barely begun.

All of this was at theconvervativetreehouse.com last year. And the story has been in constant, detailed, investigation ever since then.

While this article and evidence is damning to those of us who have half a brain and lick of sense, keep in mind that these cases are decided by a jury hand-picked by lawyers. We know what the prosecution´s lawyers are all about...

That said, i predict that Zimmerman will be found not guilty and the bussed in race riots will commence immediately that day. The innocent blood will be on the hands of the media for formenting the violence through slanted news coverage and covering up of facts.

But then again, you already know all of that. It is a sad comment about the world and times we live in when we can predict the narrative and events. In a way we are all prophetic in a pathetic kind of way.

It is irrelevant. The only thing that is in question is whether or not Zimmerman had a right to use his gun to defend himself against an unarmed man. The evidence that would support this are Zimmerman´s screams and his wounds. The police who responded decided it was obvious that Zimmerman had not committed a crime. It does not matter if Matin was a saint or a total creep - all that matters is what Martin did that night to Zimmerman.

It´s a common story. The kid is getting in trouble so the parents ship him off get him away from ´bad companions". Only the kid is his own worst companion and creates chaos wherever he goes. I had a client whose partner was murdered in a home invasion by ust such a kid shipped from Chicago to South Haven Michigan. I also lived in terror for six months when an overages white juvenile was sent packing to his parents´ second home. The parents seemed to think it would be harder for momma´s little darling to buy drugs here.

Instead of getting him gadgets and letting him associate with creeps they should have read to him, taught him to read, given him chores to do, but they let him become another creep who was no more ready for high school then a 3 year old.

He wanted to be a gansta, he said so himself. To blame anyone else, as the article does, discredits all those who have done something good with there coming out of similar or even worse circumstances.

When will hundreds of juries rise up to say that they are kept from evidence that is necessary for them to be on a jury? We need "tea party-type juries" who will stand up against even being on juries when they are denied information that is critical to even conduct a trial? This morning I heard one of Jodi Arias´s jury members say that their hands were tied by the instruction given and the evidence that is denied them.

Anybody who´s spent any time in or around the inner city knows a Trayvon Martin. He´s a punk always out to impress people with how tough he is. Must be several million Trayvon Martins in America, many of whom will die of OD or gang warfare. Some will go after white victims as the original TM did, and some of those white victims will defend themselves.

America knows what´s going on despite the MSM´s desperate efforts to incriminate all whites and exculpate all blacks.

The reason this all DOES matter is because Zimmerman had a right to protect himself from a lethal threat. The tact has been to portray Trayvon as an innocent child incapable of hurting anyone. Based on that, Zimmerman would have no cause to shoot him.

However, we finally found out that Zimmerman´s nose was broken, the back of his head was split open, and he was on the bottom being pounded mercilessly by Trayvon. Meanwhile, beyond the gunshot, Trayvon had little damage besides hand scrapes from pounding Zimmerman. This was already showing a Trayvon at odds with his sanitized image.

This new evidence unravels the manufactured image and shows a troubled, angry, drug using young man that is in sync with the angry man that was in the process of pummeling George, possibly lethally.

From that Trayvon, the real Travon, Zimmerman had every right to defend himself.

Martin attorney Natalie Jackson has accused the defense of "racism". But wait! Have a look at Natalie:

Now, it’s important to keep in mind as you review these words, that Natalie Jackson is the daughter of well known Black Activist, and NAACP agitator, Francis Oliver. Francis Oliver has described Natalie’s upbringing thusly:

“I’ve been fighting white people my whole life seems like,” said Oliver. Of her daughter Natalie, Oliver said, “I raised her on the front lines of the movement.” (link)

Eye-opening facts about Martin, but in the end, I kind of expect a hung jury. This case will go on and on.

A kid on the path to this troubled life is just about lost by the age of 17. They most certainly are not kids. Having lived in a city where kids like this were plentiful, their path seems to be set by about 7th grade, as #12 said. But I do recall one child I had to work with who at the age of seven was regularly attacking and beating up his classmates, and uncontrollable by the adults around him.

It´s time to speak with Martin´s family. Zimmerman not withstanding, it sounds more and more like they are victims of the fact that the school district suppressed information that might have helped them address Travon´s behavior.

This family has clearly been played for suckers by a bunch of PC racists.

Also, I believe that Zimmerman is suing several people, including NBC for their coverage of the events. It will be interesting to see if this evidence is omitted from those law suits.

When Barack Obama was running for president he promised, some say threatened, to fundamentally change America. The doubters now say he has fundamentally ruined America. Whichever way one views it, America is in serious decline. For a president that promised to reduce the national debt, Obama has added a massive seven trillion dollars to that debt. Under his presidency, America has accumulated as much new debt as it did in its first 227 years. He heads an Administration that produces food stamps, pries into people’s private lives, and sets government agencies against political opponents. Obama is following the guidebook of Saul Alinsky,

The feminist left may be crazy, but it is powerful. Witness what happened in San Francisco at a fast-growing company that is a web-based hosting service for software development named GitHub. (hat tip: Instapundit). Via readwrite.com: You might not immediately notice the latest change to come to GitHub unless you’re standing in its San Francisco headquarters and looking down at the floor. GitHub has removed the centerpiece of its faux Oval Office waiting room, a circular mat emblazoned with the phrase, “United Meritocracy of GitHub.”

Progressives pride themselves on their highly evolved psyches, their awe-inspiring good intentions and their admirable sense of right and wrong. Indeed, so sure are they that they are right, disagreement can only be an insult. Opposition triggers instant hatred, in a chorus chanted so loudly that nothing said, no evidence presented, will be heard or considered. Indeed, in order to cement a belief, whatever the left decides to believe magically becomes new science, granted an exemption from any sort of scientific process because the leftist has declared that a consensus of leftists makes something scientific. Belief alone is the sole

When we remember the Jewish children thrown alive into ditches by the Nazis and then think about the little girls outside Walmart selling cookies, it seems an offense to decency to suggest any comparison between the Bund Deutsche Madel (League of German Girls, or BDM) and the Girl Scouts. Nevertheless, both Nazism and post-1960s American feminism (neo-feminism in this essay) envision exclusionary, utopian socialist societies. Both indoctrinate girls from a young age to advance their visions. And there are parallels in structure, activities, and ethos. Changes to the Girl Scout Law reveal the core of the shifts from individually focused, morally

Ever since President Obama was elected in 2008, his administration has taken on the appearance of an “imperial presidency” while Congress has acted as a tableau of figureheads. Americans need look no further than Obama’s executive actions concerning the delay in the ObamaCare mandates, the recess appointments, and his changes in the immigration laws. President Obama had no qualms in his recent State of the Union address in declaring that he will use the power of the pen and will sidestep Congress whenever and wherever possible. It is now clear that a finely-tuned plan to soften-up opposition to Hillary Clinton rolling into the Oval Office is being executed through willing proxies. Last week saw the “ban bossy” campaign launched by Hillary enthusiast Sheryl Sandberg (snip) This week´s propaganda operation is being handled by Life Magazine, which is featuring a series of photos taken when Hillary Rodham was a graduating senior at Wellesley College. The photos are being positioned as “shot by LIFE magazine in 1969 as part of a feature on outstanding college students.” A credulous Chris Cillizza of the Washington Post gushes over the photos

Though the Obama presidency has years to go, he has already initiated his legacy project. It’s called My Brother’s Keeper and attempts to help “at risk” young men of color – those prone to crime, mayhem, drug addiction, and fathering illegitimate children. Clearly a worthy cause, and it has already attracted $150 million in private support. The goal also seems reasonable, since unruly young men (regardless of color) have long troubled society and cures abound thanks to eons of experience. That’s the good news. The bad news is that Obama’s putative cure is a modern-day Progressive nightmare. It will fail while

She made the comments in response to a question about studying abroad. (Snip) The first lady responded, "Excellent. The American Association for the Advancement of Science came as close as such a respectable institution can to screaming an alarm last week. "As scientists, it is not our role to tell people what they should do," it said as it began one of those sentences that you know will build to a "but". "But human-caused climate risks abrupt, unpredictable and potentially irreversible changes." In other words, the most distinguished scientists from the country with the world´s pre-eminent educational institutions were trying to shake humanity out of its complacency. Why weren´t their warnings leading the news? In one sense, the association´s appeal

Last week Al Sharpton embraced convicted vote fraudster Melowese Richardson at a “voting rights” rally in Cincinnati. The United States Department of Justice under Eric Holder has done nothing to Melowese Richardson 410 days after she admitted on camera that she committed multiple federal felonies by voting six times for President Obama’s reelection. Federal law makes it a felony to vote more than once for President. In fact, 42 U.S.C. Section 1973i(e) subjects Richardson to twenty-five years in federal prison for her six votes for Obama. The lack of DOJ action against an unrepentant federal vote fraudster combined with Richardson’s lionization by

President Barack Obama flies Sunday to a Europe shaken by Vladimir Putin’s seizure of Crimea and his threats against eastern parts of Ukraine. At a summit conference at The Hague on preventing nuclear terrorism – scheduled long before the Ukraine crisis – Obama will confer with German Chancellor Angela Merkel and other leaders. On Monday afternoon Obama will meet with President Xi Jinping of China, Russia’s neighbor and sometime rival. Putin has forced the United States and Europe to refocus on the origins of the modern transatlantic alliance -- the 1949 NATO defense partnership designed to prevent a

ONCE upon a time I had a cat named Lucky, and the name fit. She turned up on our doorstep as a stray and stayed with us for 10 years, until her rather gruesome demise. (More about that later.) I liked her because she was a free spirit, and a survivor, going out for two, three, even five days, in all seasons. She’d show up when it suited her, waiting in the dark before dawn till I came downstairs and turned on my desk lamp. Then she’d make her presence known by rising up on her hind legs and gently

WASHINGTON — Mitt Romney said Sunday that President Barack Obama is naive when it comes to Russia, has shown "faulty judgment" about Moscow´s intentions and could have done more to try to deter its annexation of Crimea. The 2012 Republican presidential nominee said Obama didn´t have the foresight to anticipate Russia´s moves and should have been working earlier with allies to make clear the penalties that Russia would face if it moved into Ukraine. Romney did acknowledge that such steps may not have been enough though to hold back Russia President Vladimir Putin. "Had we communicated those things, there´s always

First daughter Sasha Obama cut a stylish figure in jeans and shades as the Obama girls visited the Great Wall of China today. Michelle Obama, Malia, 15, and Sasha, 12, were left alone to explore the Mutianyu section of the historical landmark in the northern Beijing suburbs though Chinese police officers looked on protectively. The three walked a stretch of the wall that looks out to a massive rock inscription on a hillside that reads in Chinese: ´Loyal to Chairman Mao.´ The country has been fascinated by Mrs Obama´s ´elegance´ during the weeklong visit to the country to promote educational

First lady Michelle Obama told students that freedom of speech should be a universal right during her extravagant, no-press-allowed tour of China — a hypocritical move that will surely draw the ire of critics, according to an expert. “That is troublesome. That goes beyond hypocritical, and I think the American media and the international media has every right to call her and the Obama administration on that — that they permitted that to happen,” said Tom Whalen, a political history professor at Boston University. “It makes you shake your head, albeit sadly.” The first lady stopped at Peking University in Beijing yesterday

When Washington, D.C., councilman and former Mayor Marion Barry this week said that whites need to be “more open-minded” about African-American politicians, claiming “blacks are more open-minded than” whites, he was suggesting that whites can´t do what blacks do -- embrace the other race. But a new study of 212 black college students made available to Secrets found little open-mindedness: Blacks don´t like it when other blacks associate with whites, to the point of refusing help to an African-American experiencing “a run of bad luck” -- just because they have white friends. In a constituent meeting gone awry that was captured on shaky, amateur video, embattled Rep. Renee Ellmers (R-NC) berated a group of local activists who oppose amnesty legislation, suggesting they were racist and saying they didn´t have “any damn facts.” “You´re telling me what people have told you? You don´t have any damn facts!” Ellmers exploded at one of the activists when he said that employers – who often claim a labor shortage to argue for amnesty – frequently don´t post job openings in that region.
