An IRS Scandal Inseparable
from Obamacare

American Spectator, by David Catron

Original Article

Posted By:garnet, 5/28/2013 6:26:43 AM

Thanks to ubiquitous if imperfectly honest press coverage, most Americans know about the IRS scandal involving tax-exempt applications from various Tea Party groups. The public is still, however, getting the mushroom treatment on two other outrages by that rogue agency. The media have devoted scant coverage to its theft of 60 million medical records, now the subject of a class action lawsuit, and they have been all but silent regarding the illegal IRS scheme to fund Obamacare’s federal insurance exchanges. (snip) The IRS is attempting to save Obamacare by unilaterally declaring that it will issue tax credits through all exchanges

Like the DHS the IRS is in need of a thorough examining of it´s operation and mission. These two agencies are out of control and are in competition to see which one can most terrorize and oppress American citizens.

For those waiting for a smoking gun, this is it. With this salient, the administration has crossed the line of departure into a lawless assault on the American people; an assault that no court in the land, even the Ninth Circuit could support.

Once it was determined that the American people hated Obamacare and didn´t want it, the Administration went into action fitting its various Agencies with non-existent powers to do that which Congress won´t.

“[T]he IRS is attempting to create two entitlements not authorized by Congress.”

Exactly Once again, Obama is doing an end-run around Congress, knowing full well that Congress won´t get his agenda passed for him. So he creates powers he hopes no one will examine.

In my opinion, this article is seminal to our liberty and freedom. Every news outlet, including talk radio, should let Americans know that this POTUS doesn´t have the power to do half the things he is doing.

THAT is the read scandal here; enabling his Agencies to do that which the various acts don´t encompass.

Let him try denying that his fingerprints are all over this. It won´t work. And because it won´t, his other actions immediately become suspect and his various Acts are shown to need further, deeper scrutiny.

The man must go.

As long as the weak leaders of the GOP are allowed to stay in control, we can expect the liberals to take advantage every way they can.

What do you expect from a liberal? They are just doing what they were bred to do. The only way to stop this is to win in 2014 and keep them tied up in the courts.

The obamacare supporters have been trying desperately to make their Frankenstein monster work since the day Nancy and Harry gave it life. For obama, it means the loss of his only "accomplishment." For the IRS it means the power they need to herd us into the stockades. For the medical insurance industry, it means the firm monopoly they have been seeking for decades.

For us, it´s the simple loss of our freedom and our voice in government. No big deal, right? Fight this with every ounce of energy you have.

Too late, #1. The people of Minnesota preferred Franken and Obamacare, so BO got his 60th vote. In 2012 "mittens" wasn´t conservative enough, so enough conservatives sat on their hands proving some sort of point that any chance of repeal vanished. If we´d turned in in the same numbers as BO´s peeps, even massive fraud wouldn´t have been enough for BO.

If you want to know why we have this mess, look in a mirror.

After all obamacare is being administered by the very woman who gave you the targeting of conservatives by the irs. Why wouldn´t they look at your party affiliation to see whether your life should be saved or not ? Obamacare has always been about control not care.

So many people were opposed to Obamacare, and made their feelings known to their Congressmen and Senators, yet it passed. It makes one wonder, why do these people think they are in Washington? They have completely forgotten that they work for us.

Realy? For anyone paying attention it was rampant voter fraud, along with feckless leadership in the Republican party, and a Supreme Court that was intimidated that blew any chance of repeal.

I wonder how many of us who write on Lucianne are being monitored everyday. I don´t think there is anything we can do about it though. As I said numerous times before. We are doomed. The majority of the people in this country are now worried more about getting tattoos, dying their hair bright red, having one baby after another without marriage, seeing how far down they can wear their pants without them falling off, and going to get their free phones, food stamps and government checks. That is all that is on their mind. Many, many of them don´t even know what the Constitution is. Some of them probably did not even know what Memorial Day was for. We are doomed and there is no going back. Our schools have completely failed. Our people have failed to teach their children... we are doomed. And most definitely, our country has failed.

No, The Obamacare Debate

Last Tuesday, our President swaggered into the Rose Garden to announce that 7.1 million people have signed up for health coverage through Obamacare’s exchanges and that all further argument about the future of his “signature domestic achievement” was pointless: “The debate over repealing this law is over. The Affordable Care Act is here to stay.” The problem with this claim is that no one with a basic grasp of arithmetic believes Obama’s enrollment figures, only about a quarter of the electorate supports his “reform” law, and it is still the target of multiple lawsuits challenging its constitutionality.

A new survey reveals that public esteem for Obamacare is continuing to plummet, hitting yet another historic low. (snip) The AP survey shows that a mere “26 percent of Americans support the Affordable Care Act.” (snip) When the law was passed, 39 percent of the public supported it. But the President, along with his accomplices in Congress and the media, assured us that this percentage would rise once “reform” was implemented. In other words, Obama and his minions are no better at prognostication than they are at managing websites, insurance exchanges or anything else relating to health care.

One of the reasons Clarence Thomas gives for the studious silence he maintains during Supreme Court hearings is that his fellow justices have shown an increasing tendency to talk too much during oral arguments, thus preventing advocates from presenting their arguments coherently. Yesterday’s Supreme Court hearing in Sebelius v. Hobby Lobby Stores and Conestoga Wood Specialties v. Sebelius suggest that Thomas is right. Paul D. Clement, who appeared on behalf of the two companies challenging the Obamacare contraception mandate, was repeatedly interrupted and badgered by justices Sotomayor, Kagan, and Ginsburg.

The most febrile of George W. Bush haters liked to claim during his tenure that the former president "scared" them. There is far more reason to be frightened by President Barack Obama, because fecklessness and inconstancy trigger wars. The outstanding example of weakness inviting aggression was the conduct of the democracies toward Adolf Hitler in the 1930s. Though it has been retroactively tainted as shameful cowardice, the policy of appeasement grew out of a "war weariness" that was far more understandable than our own. Britain and France suffered millions of dead and wounded in World War I and were desperate to

Solar power has won the global argument. Photovoltaic energy is already so cheap that it competes with oil, diesel and liquefied natural gas in much of Asia without subsidies. Roughly 29pc of electricity capacity added in America last year came from solar, rising to 100pc even in Massachusetts and Vermont.[Snip] The technology is improving so fast--helped by the US military--that it has achieved a virtous circle. Michael Parker and Flora Chang, at Sanford Bernstein, say we entering a new order of "global energy deflation" that must ineluctably erode the viability of oil, gas and the fossil fuel nexus over time.

Nearly a year into the IRS scandal, we still don´t know exactly what happened—though we are finally getting an inkling. That´s thanks to the letter House Ways and Means Chairman Dave Camp sent this week to the Justice Department recommending a criminal probe of Lois Lerner. The average citizen might be dizzied by the torrent of confusing terms—BOLO lists, Tigta, 501(c)(4)—and the array of accusations that have made up this IRS investigation. Mr. Camp´s letter takes a step back to remind us why this matters, even as it provides compelling new information that goes to motive and method—and clarifies some of

STAMFORD, Conn. — Jeb Bush defended his controversial comments about immigration reform, insisting they were nothing new for him and urging “sensitivity to the immigrant experience.” At a Connecticut Republican party dinner Thursday night, the former Republican governor of Florida did not repeat his remarks from last weekend at his father’s presidential library, when he said that people who come to the United States illegally in search of a better life for their children “broke the law, but it’s not a felony. It’s an act of love.” This time the potential 2016 candidate put it differently. “To be young and

Roughly 110,000 ethnic-Japanese immigrants and their American children were detained during World War II after Japan’s sneak attack on Americans in Pearl Harbor. Pelosi also urged Obama

Under the administration of President Obama, as never before in my lifetime, there is reason to be a bit afraid of the federal government. I have written two books documenting Obama´s abuses of power, his assaults on the Constitution, his wars against business and energy, his abominably reckless spending, his divisiveness, his renegade Justice Department, his regulatory expansion, his executive orders, his overall lawlessness, and more. Obama´s conduct concerning Obamacare alone would be enough to get the impeachment wheels rolling for any other president. His flagrant, deliberate lies regarding almost every aspect of that
