The Dots Already Lead To
Obama In The IRS Scandal

Investor´s Business Daily, by Editorial

Original Article

Posted By:Desert Fox, 5/24/2013 7:11:39 PM

Abuse Of Power: Any scandal investigation that expects a "Eureka!" moment, a White House e-mail, or Oval Office smoking gun will be misguided. In fact, the dots are already connected directly to the president. Barack Obama is not foolish enough to have a tape recording system hidden in his desk. And his administration staff are not careless enough to send one another incriminating e-mails. If the president was behind the IRS unlawfully harassing conservative groups seeking tax-exempt status, we can be sure the communications were all sotto voce and in persona, like any good Chicago political operator.

As we were shown by another federal agency (EPA) might want to start checking if they had secret accounts for emails. Just sayin. While they are at it start checking to see if State had them, and the AG´s office.

Obama has never achieved ANYTHING on his own merit.

Everything in his life has come to him through affirmative action, lying, and the outright personal and professional destruction of others.

He also appears to be happy playing stupid.

The people in the left´s establishment were completely shocked by white conservatives organizing and protesting in the streets. That had to be stopped one way or another. Occupy was one answer for it.

When Obama went to mike the 2010 shellacking,he said there´s more than one way to skin a cat. I think that´s when he launched the war on tea parties.
2010 as a total rebuke of policies but as always the left had a lame excuse for it. It was Karl Rove´s illegal financing of House and senate races.

I remember during Romney campaign, where were all the party people?I just figured they were laying low, waiting foe election.Paul Ryan was supposed to be a tea party favorite but that didn´t work, so it had to be something else.

Tea party people sure as hell didn´t see Romney as one of their own but their over riding goal was getting rid of Obama,so what the hell happened?

That´s correct #6 and that is a very effective weapon to shut down any lefty argument: "Have you noticed that Obama is always on the defensive? Always? Why is that? Why can´t Obama supporters list all of his alleged accomplishments instead of burning up oxygen in order to defend him? Because there´s absolutely nothing to boast of, that´s why. He can´t even do one photo op by an improved bridge that benefited from his stimulus, er shovel ready jobs. That´s because all the money went to his cronies for payoffs". The Obama supporters have absolutely no defense to this that I´ve seen but they might toss racism out there as an excuse which it´s not.

There is a real case for not just voter-suppression, but voter-fraud in the events surrounding the IRS scandal. We lost because our side was intimidated and fraudulently prohibited from raising money (free speech) to win this last election.

Does anyone really think Obama had to tell Bauer — or anyone else in the administration — if it was OK to, as John Dean once indelicately put it, "use the available federal machinery to screw our political enemies"?...It´s clear the president, without having to utter a word, approved all along the idea of going after them.

As we have known all along, this fish was rotten before it was even caught, placed into a barrel of more rotten fish, all the while people expected the entire catch not to continue rotting? The stench came from the top and trickled all the way down.

There isn´t an honorable, honest person in this entire Administration. The problem is, that as some are discarded, the others taking their place are at least as rotten.

There is an established investigative procedure for catching the likes of the Pipsqueak, but you have to want to prove his guilt in order to proceed. And that is very doubtful in this case.

Criminal investigators start by interrogating the small fry, getting the names of their immediate superiors and the orders that were issued. They do this by offering immunity from punishment. They continue this process, closing all possible loopholes as they proceed. Ultimately enough top operators in the criminal conspiracy will turn witness for the prosecution, ultimately exposing the gang leader to damning evidence.

This is a slow process. However time is not of the essence. There are 3.5 years before the next presidential election.

It´s clear that even if there are many videos, e-mails, phone records of Obama openly telling his Alinksy-Marxist colleagues to go after conservatives illegally, nothing would happen to him just like nothing will happen to him now.

Notice that effective opposition is illegally targeted and/or destroyed by the regime? If websites like Lucianne, et al were effective in stopping Obama, don´t you think they would be shut down by now? I do. Makes me wonder if all this opinion splattering to the choir makes any difference at all. It certainly hasn´t made a difference to the GOP.

President Obama is suddenly upset about the alleged wage gap between men and women, but he´s not responding to a national economic crisis. Instead, he is attempting to revive the "war on women" theme that, according to Washington wisdom, helped carry Democrats to victory in 2012 and might do again in 2014. If this narrative were true, the White House could spend the year demonizing Republicans as women-hating creeps, driving women to the polls in November and helping the party hold the Senate. But the conventional analysis isn´t accurate. National exit polls from 2012 show scant success for the war-on-women

Regulation: In a victory for common sense, a federal judge has voided a race-based mandate of the Dodd-Frank Act that would have cost manufacturers and retailers billions in compliance expenses. Marking the first time a court has ruled that a provision of Dodd-Frank violates the Constitution, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit held that the financial "reform" law´s bizarre rule requiring companies to disclose whether their products contain "conflict minerals" from Africa violates the First Amendment. Anyone wondering why the U.S. economy can´t seem to grow at its usual pace should examine one product category where production is booming: federal regulation. Washington set a new record in 2013 by issuing final rules consuming 26,417 pages in the Federal Register. While plenty of government employees deserve credit for this milestone, leadership matters. And by this measure President Obama has never been surpassed in the Oval Office.
