Trayvon Martin´s Final Hour
American Thinker, by Jack Cashill

Original Article

Posted By:Desert Fox, 5/22/2013 6:33:23 AM

On the rainy night of February 26, 2012, neighborhood watch captain George Zimmerman shot and killed an unarmed seventeen-year-old named Trayvon Martin. Three months later, a regular at the Conservative Treehouse blog known as Diwataman discovered the raw video of Martin´s visit to the 7-11 that fateful night and initiated arguably the best bit of blogging detective work since the busting of Dan Rather´s Air National Guard scam eight years earlier. "I think Trayvon may know these three guys," Diwataman commented in reference to a trio of hooded young men who entered the store almost immediately after Martin left.

The whole prosecution is angled more for its political value, than for justice. Obama and friends want certain people stirred up as they approach the 2014 elections. They need high turnout and low attention to their own problems. They´ve been whipping up anger toward more traditional American Communities amoung minority groups and probably plan to instill enough anger to cause riots around election day, to keep people fearful and at home, while they stuff the ballot boxes.

People - this isn´t merely broken glass time - it´s the cliffs of Normandy. Until we eliminate this Socialist threat, America teeters on the brink of the Long Night, and our children will inherit the result.

We will march into a newer truer America

Or we will leave our children in a Socialist hell where ´Czars´ decide whether they live or die on a whim, and the only people enjoying Utopia are the elite few who engineered Freedom´s death.

The stage is set for a politically correct low tech lynching of George Zimmerman. Kudos to Jack Cashill for relentlessly discovering the true nature and history of Trayvon Martin. If everyone knew the actual facts, Zimmerman would have a fairer trial.

If he gets a jury like OJ´s he will be convicted no matter the facts or truth. Blacks already know he is guilty and any white jurors who disagree will be intimidated into voting for conviction. He really doesn´t have a prayer of getting a fair trial if the jury is predominately black it´s call jury nullication.

If Martin smoked pot right before the incident it seems he would be less likely to be spoiling for a fight. If something else was mixed in with the weed then perhaps that would have counteracted it´s soporific effect but smoking dope usually makes one more passive. Who knows what these kids are into these days.

Re #6 and the effect of MJ is to make one passive: This may have been "synthetic marijuana." I just heard of testimony in a local trial by a drug expert who said that the synthetic stuff might have a different effect, causing one to be agitated and have a sudden outburst of violence. I did not hear the testimony myself; it was repeated by someone who was there, so there may be some distortion / inaccuracies in the description of what the "expert" had to say.

#9, the defense has made a motion to exclude any of that info from the trial, and if they prevail on that motion, the jury will never hear of St. Trayvon´s past.

Legal Racket: Wehn Laywers were shaking down the tobacco industry in the 1990´s, it was clear that it was just a matter of when they´d loot again. The only question was who would be the next mark. That picture is clearing up. The list of potential victims that acquisitive trial lawyers could separate from their money includes the oil and gas industry, the alcohol trade, drug companies and the firearms business. All would be fine trophies for the plaintiffs´ attorneys. It appears, however, that the next victim will be the food industry. Gun Control: In a massive display of civil disobedience, tens of thousands of state residents have refused to register what the left calls assault weapons, instantly making them criminals guilty of a felony. The legacy of the Connecticut residents who used their privately owned firearms to help overthrow the tyrannical colonial rule of King George III, who probably considered their muskets the military-style assault weapon of the day, apparently lives on. Connecticuters in the tens, perhaps hundreds, of thousands have refused to comply with a law, adopted after the December 2012 massacre at Sandy Hook Elementary School, requiring them to register what

President Obama predicted at the House Democratic retreat on Friday that "10 years from now, five years from now" people will look back on the Affordable Care Act as "a monumental achievement." He´s right in the limited sense that, given the delays he has sanctioned so far, it will take years before anyone can tell if it works. Now that we´ve had more time to parse this week´s announcement of a second delay of the employer mandate, the political reason for the carve-out is becoming clearer. Never mind that this is the food aid program that has tripled in cost and doubled in participation in just the last decade. The suit is no surprise. I’ve previously noted that, despite his “constitutional conservative” branding, Senator Paul can sound just like a “living Constitution” progressive when it suits him: He finds the data collection offensive, so ipso facto it must be not only unwise policy but a violation of fundamental law.
