Report: Patriots coach Bill Belichick
´hates´ Tim Tebow as a player

CBS News, by Ryan Wilson

Original Article

Posted By:NorthernDog, 5/10/2013 10:10:49 PM

It´s been 11 days and counting since the Jets cut ties with Tim Tebow and 13 months since they traded for him. Much of the conversation in the past week and a half has been about which teams -- if any -- would be interested in the former Heisman Trophy winner. The usual suspects include Tebow´s hometown Jacksonville Jaguars, but new general manager David Caldwell has said in no uncertain terms that Tebow isn´t an option (laudatory commercials from local lawyers notwithstanding). The other, less conventional landing spot: New England. Coach Bill Belichick sees value where other talent evaluators don´t

Comments:
Poor Tim. If only he had committed a felony or got a half-dozen women pregnant. Then the NFL may like him.

Tim needs to announce he is really a part of the Obama down low club. The press and many NFL teams would find a new love for him. He might even get a personal call from the White House and an invitation for some one on one with Obama.

If Tim Tebow could stand tall in the pocket, make accurate throws and deliver the ball on time, he´d have no problem finding work as a QB in the NFL. He could probably still find a job as a tight end, H-back or strong safety, but he insists on playing quarterback. He is a heckuva football player, but quarterback, not so much.

#2, he needs to be "gay" in order to be adored.

Now, he´s just a menace, bringing all of the "Christian" stuff to the NFL...

Why would Tebow even want to play for a cheater? Belichick doesn´t have the character to be on the same field with Tebow.

FTA: "Whatever talents Tebow might bring to any team is outweighed by all the other stuff...."

Poor fools. They don´t realize (or are actively attempting to suppress) that it is "all the other stuff" which is most important in Tebow´s (and our) world.

They will be as unable to suppress Christianity and to deny God as all of the other intolerants throughout history. And when they finally realize the error of their ways, God (and we) will forgive them.

Ironically, after the Stupid Bowl light failure at halftime, the Brazilians came up with a new, more appropriate definition of the acronym NFL: Nos Falta Luz. "We lack light" is a reasonable translation. Maybe one day the NFL will see the light.

The NFL needs another V Lombardi who took a Heisman trophy QB( Paul Hornung) and made him a halfback. And a damn good one. I remember Paul Hornung at ND. He fumbled so much the coach made him carry the ball to all his classes so he would know how the ball felt.

Not a bad article... and seriously doubt if Belichek said he "hates" Tim... but don´t see Tim behind Brady, for sure... And agree with above poster, no need for Tim to be on same field with New England...

If it weren´t for Elway, could see Tim and Peyton together... especially after Testaverde has worked with Tim on his foot placement and stance to get the ball out sooner...

As a Christian, it probably irks most ppl that Tim is trusting God for his next assignment... wasn´t his text when he knew he was cut from Jets, "Trust in The Lord... lean not on your own understanding..."

Moses was in the desert 40 years... granted, he had killed a man...

Sweet memories of last Father´s Day at Qualcomm with Dr. Jeremiah, Tim, and 27,000 others ... Tim has his priorities in order... God will direct and protect...

Belichick´s "brilliant" assessment of the 2007 HEISMAN TROPHY WINNER, one of college football´s greatest stars ever and recipient of over forty awards during his four-years at Florida, brings back memories of the late Ray "Scooter" McLean, Head Coach of the Green Bay Packers in 1958: (1) A record of 1-10-1 (2) Future NFL Hall of Famer and Notre Dame´s 1956 HEISMAN TROPHY WINNER, Paul Hornung, considered trading material and (3) Future NFL Hall of Famer, Alabama´s Bart Starr riding the pinewood.

Belichick should have gotten the Pete Rose treatment. The NFL should have banned the cheater from the league for life.

But the fans love cheaters and abusers and murderers, and the players the destroy the careers of their opponents earning bounties.

What exactly do these low minded people wish for Tim Tebow, a really late term abortion?

People(the left)are using tebow´s poor throwing mechanics and accuracy as the blanket excuse to run him out of football. To them, his leadership and drive to win can´ possibly over come that. But the real reason they want him gone is they´re afraid he would win and somehow God would get the credit for a supernatural intervention.

This goes beyond Tebow. If you go to your knee after a big play now,it´s considered excess celebration. So this is pure anti-God with Tebow being caught in the middle. God will reward Tebow at some point for standing up for him in public and facing down the resulting recriminations for expressing his faith.

Liberalism can only survive in a godless country and they know it.

The second game the patriots played against Tebow´s original team, (patriots won)the usual scene of quarterbacks shaking hands in good sportsmanship didn´t happen. brady was hiding in an office while Tebow roamed around the field looking to congratulate the patriot quarterback. Orders from bob kraft. I´ve never looked at brady the same. As for kraft, once you hear the nasty dirt about the "devoted" husband´s secret, private life, you don´t have any regard for him either.

And maybe Tebow is just not very good in the professional ranks. The landscape is littered with "can´t miss" college award winners who didn´t make the cut. From my perspective, he´s not anywhere in the upper half of starting NFL QBs talentwise. And being in the lower half is not good for job security. In a passing league, unless he´s the second coming of Adrian Peterson, Tebow won´t be a feature back anywhere, either.

Forty-six percent of those polled said they would vote for Ms. Grimes, who has campaigned primarily on bringing jobs to Kentucky and raising the minimum wage, while just 42 percent said they would vote for Mr. McConnell, the Courier-Journal reported. “When he says that raising the minimum wage is the last thing he wants to do, Mitch McConnell apparently thinks that over 60 percent of Kentuckians are wrong. He and his fellow Democrats are on the verge of doing just that by turning us into a nation of loafers. A loafer is an idle person who lives off others. Barack Obama seemingly has no problem with such people. He might even relate to them. He does have a serious problem with his own work ethic, and finds work boring. (snip) But Obama and his Democratic Party allies seem to be gleeful about the rise of the loafer class.

Every year, prior to Valentine’s Day, the Vermont Teddy Bear Co. runs ads advising guys that the most romantic thing in the world – the best gift a love-struck guy can give his girl – is a teddy bear. This year’s ad features “Big Hunka Love Bear.” Big Hunka is 4½ feet tall, and the company says he’s “stuffed with more than enough love to last a lifetime.” Hey, giving your girl a cute little teddy bear for Valentine’s Day could be a sweet thing to do. But, it’s the way these ads are put together that cause the creep-out: the girl

Powerful winds in the Pacific Ocean, which have driven surface heat deep underwater, could be the reason behind the current ‘pause’ in global warming. This is according to a joint Australian and U.S. study which has looked at why there has been a slowdown in the planet’s global average surface temperature over the past decade. Their research shows that trade winds in central and eastern parts of the Pacific have caused warm surface water to sink to the ocean´s depths, reducing the amount of heat in the atmosphere. Last year, scientists on the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) said the pace of

From its inception, the strategy behind the Obama administration’s implementation of ObamaCare has been simple: to frontload the benefits and postpone the pain and costs of this massive government intrusion into the private sector for as long as possible. This deceitful approach enabled President Obama run for reelection in 2012 on the spurious promise of extending insurance coverage to the poor and those with pre-existing conditions without being held accountable for the problems with the law that would only become apparent in his second term. Over the course of the last year, as the president’s signature accomplishment debuted with a
