Why Was Kermit Gosnell´s
Abortion Clinic Given A
Pass By Oversight Agencies?

Fox News Latino, by Dr. Grazie Pozo Christie

Original Article

Posted By:LittleHoodedMonk, 5/6/2013 11:41:34 PM

Regulations for me but not for thee. A large percentage of abortion clinics in the United States are located in minority neighborhoods. My diagnostic radiology practice is too. Most of our receptionists and technicians are bilingual, although we have some that only speak Spanish. Many of us speak basic Creole, enough not only to communicate instructions, but also to elicit a happy smile from our Haitian patients who are made to feel at home. The government´s eagle eye is trained on us with oppressive attention. We have regulations that determine the most minute details of our practice.

Comments:
This radiologist asks the obvious question about the "house of horrors" run unrestrictively by Kermit Gosnell, "Why would any of his infractions have shut me down and "none" did his?" She speculates on the answer within the article along with the grand jury.

There is NO excuse, except he was an apostate of abortion on demand [for money]. I also believe that Gosnell is one of the rare BLACK serial killers hidden within his dying profession.

Liberal Goobernment Bureaucrats would never interfere with the High Sacrament of Liberalism, which is Abortion. Easier to turn a blind eye and take another coffee/smoke break and not stir the waters then to do the right thing.

Yep! It is just like illegal "immigration". It is not immigration that is the real problem. It is illegal employment that is the real problem and why it will not go away and is so heavily protected by Democrats- they love the cheap labor and the practical application of modern slavery. Illegals can be cheated, harassed, abused, injred on the job, and not one single Federal or state agency can control that. Whereas, we have OSHA, Worker´s Comp, IRS and State Tax agencies breathing down the "legal" employment practicioners. Racism is behind this abortion clinic monstrosity as well as illegal immigration.

I don´t think racism has anything to do with it. It may have started out that way with Margaret Sanger but today´s abortion mills are for the huge profits they make.If you´re cold blooded enough to kill a young fetus, the lines of viability become blurred after a while,to the point of a recently born baby being just as susceptible to being murdered.

I seriously doubt the Gosnell was driven by racism to kill these babies,it was strictly the money.

Why? Because blacks are too stupid to realize that the demonrats are practicing eugenics on them in hyping abortions. Then the demonrats cry because population is not keeping up and the country requires importation of the world´s dregs to up the population level. I despise them.

Put the abortion clinics in the minority communities. Kill the black and brown babies. It takes too long for them to become voters for the Democrats.

The irony is that the mothers think the Democrats care about them because they pay for the abortions.

Unbelievable.

Court’s affirmative action ruling:
A step towards respecting states’ rights
Washington Times, by Jeffrey Scott Shapiro    Original Article

With its ruling upholding the right of Michigan voters to ban racial preferences in state university admissions, the Supreme Court under Chief Justice John Roberts on Tuesday took what legal scholars are saying one more step away from the concept of federal supremacy. The 6-2 decision reversed a 2012 ruling by the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals that struck down the voter initiative on the grounds that it violated the 14th Amendment’s Equal Protection Clause, and carved out more power for the states over Washington in the process. “The big message here is that U.S. Constitution does not prohibit states from considering affirmative action,

On Sunday, former CBS News investigative reporter Sharyl Attkisson revealed that she regularly received calls from representatives with the media monitoring group Media Matters for America with offers to help craft stories. On Friday, Fox & Friends host Steve Doocy said that CBS needs to respond to the charge that Attkisson was “targeted” by MMFA, which he said was an outlet dedicated to disseminating “propaganda.” “Keep in mind, Media Matters is a George Soros-funded, way left-of-center political group,” Doocy informed Fox’s audience on Monday. “And for a bona fide member of the mainstream media to be taking their

Most voters say ObamaCare will play an important role in their vote in this year’s elections, and over half are more inclined to back the candidate who opposes the health care law. That’s according to a Fox News poll released Monday. The new poll asks voters what they would do if the only difference between two congressional candidates is that one promises to fight for the health care law and the other promises to fight against it. By a 53-39 percent margin, more voters say they would back the anti-ObamaCare candidate. Independents, always a key voting bloc, would back that candidate by a 25 percentage-point margin (54-29 percent, with another

Washington - The US Supreme Court takes up a major case this week that could dramatically change how Americans watch television. The case involves a New York-based company that charges $8 a month to allow subscribers to watch broadcast television programs on their computer, tablet, or smart phone via the Internet. The company, Aereo, Inc., can keep its subscription price low in part because it pays nothing – zero – to the major broadcast companies for access to their programming. The broadcast companies aren’t happy about it. They sued Aereo, claiming the little firm is stealing their copyright-protected programming and

Trenton, N.J. - New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie has been named a Father of the Year by the National Father’s Day/Mother’s Day Council. The Republican governor has four children ranging from ages 10 to 20. He often talks about them in public. Christie has joked that having dinner with all of them has given him experience in being yelled at, and he has boasted about having a rare family — one without video games. Christie attracted scrutiny in 2011 when he used a state police helicopter to fly to his son Andrew’s baseball game. He repaid the cost. The other honoree so far this year is shoe designer Vince Camuto.

There’s no good way to break it to you, D.C. license holders. You’re going to have to make a trip to the DMV, all 540,000 of you. Starting May 1, the District will start issuing REAL ID licenses that conform to stringent federal regulations, the Department of Motor Vehicles announced last week. Any driver’s license issued before that date will need to be replaced by Oct. 1, to enter certain federal buildings and by 2016 to board a domestic flight (alternatively, a passport can still be used). All other licenses, permits and identification cards issued by the DMV also are affected by the new regulations.

The Obama administration is poised to entertain a flood of new clemency applications from thousands of federal prisoners who were given harsh sentences under mandatory-minimum laws following drug convictions, Attorney General Eric Holder said Monday. Holder said in a short videotaped statement that he wants to shrink the federal prison population by a modest amount while ensuring ´that those who have paid their debts have a chance to become productive citizens.´ At the center of the move is a set of old sentencing rules that punished crack-cocaine offenders with more time behind bars than users or traffickers of powder cocaine.

If Jeb reaches for the nomination, there will be a titanic battle between the party establishment and the Tea Party. Steve Schmidt, McCain’s strategist in 2008, insists that in the end Republicans usually settle on the most electable candidate. To get by, this Bush may be forced to trim his positions, although the cautionary tale of Romney suggests that he would have to tack artfully and carefully for the sake of the general election. Certainly he will have the resources to outlast, discredit, and disqualify his rivals.

Washington - Michelle Obama said "splurging is the key to life" if you regularly eat right and stay active. Her biggest guilty pleasure: French fries. "How would you appreciate vegetables if you never had chocolate?" she asked. "You couldn´t live without a little chocolate, a little French fries." The first lady took questions from children reporters Monday after appearing at the White House Easter Egg Roll. She told the children that if they eat right the majority of the time, then a splurge or snack is not going to hurt them. "I still splurge when I can, but that's why I try to exercise almost every day," she said.

But despite the UN’s recent threats of war, famine and extreme weather, such a dramatically different world caused by sea level rise can be hard to imagine. There’s a pattern of falsifying statistics throughout the entire Census Bureau. And anyone who attempts to blow the whistle on the fraud is either retaliated against or ignored, according to two new sources who have experienced the process firsthand. As I’ve been writing for more than six months, the Census Bureau office in Philadelphia uncovered a case of fraud in 2010, did nothing about it and allowed the practice to continue. In that instance, a data collector named Julius Buckmon was faking reports that went into the nation’s all-important jobless tally and consumer-inflation survey.
