Gosnell Murder Trial Shows
Media Bias At Its Worst

Investor´s Business Daily, by L. Brent Bozell

The trial of notorious Philadelphia abortionist Kermit Gosnell — as close to a demonic presence as anything this country will ever see — was almost a month old when the network blackout finally ended. CNN broke its silence, as did CBS. National newspapers sent reporters to the trial for the first time. They started covering it only because of a national outrage that they would so deliberately withhold this horror story from the public — for political reasons. Kirsten Powers in USA Today insisted: "This should be front page news. When Rush Limbaugh attacked Sandra Fluke, there was non-stop media hysteria ...

I am very grateful to L. Brent Bozell for his excellent work. A fine man --- I don´t know how he keeps his sanity, exposed as he is to the evils he has to write about.

My thoughts: in addition to crushing unborn babies ---- in addition to decapitating newborns --- Gosnell also left a whole lot women perforated, sexually maimed, infected with venereal diseases, hemorrhaging, septic, sterile, or dead.

I hope that because of the coverage, many many women will come forward and sue, not just Gosnell, but also every individual in the various city, county, and state boards of Public Health, licensing agencies, city code enforcement, chiefs of police, district attorneys, what-have-you, who should have shut this guy down decades ago.

I want each and every one of them on the stand. I want answers from each and every one of them. And I want them punished in an exemplary way as a message to the callous, and a comfort to the just.

US officials believe that two communications systems aboard Malaysian Airlines flight 370 were shut down separately, 14 minutes apart - which indicates the plane did not come down because of a sudden catastrophic failure. The data reporting system was shut down at 1.07 am and the transponder was turned off at 1.21 am just after the the pilot signed off to Malaysian air traffic controllers with ´All right, good night,´ and before the Boeing 777 apparently changed course and turned west. According to investigators this indicated that the switch-off could have been a deliberate act and officials told ABC News that the

Malaysia Airlines ´ missing jet transmitted its location repeatedly to satellites over the course of five hours after it disappeared from radar, people briefed on the matter said, as searchers zeroed in on new target areas hundreds of miles west of the plane´s original course. The satellites also received speed and altitude information about the plane from its intermittent "pings," the people said. The final ping was sent from over water, at what one of these people called a normal cruising altitude. They added that it was unclear why the pings stopped. One of the people, an industry official, said it

Obama´s Orwellian View Of Freedom

Liberty: President Obama wants Democrats to reclaim the word "freedom" as their own. But what he describes as freedom is little more than deeper dependence on government. Not exactly what the Founders had in mind. In a recent speech to the Democratic National Committee, the president lamented that "we´ve let the other side define the word ´freedom´ for too long." Then, as he often does, Obama set up a straw man argument, claiming to Republicans freedom means "what´s in it for me?" or "I´ve got no obligations to anybody." So what is "freedom," Mr. Obama? "Freedom," he said, "is the peace of mind

One of President Barack Obama’s favorite new Obamacare sign-up pitches is that young enrollees, which the law banks on for sustainability, can get health insurance for the price of a monthly cellphone bill. But in reality, premiums are more than a little pricier. “HealthCare.gov works great now,” Obama told Zack Galifianakis Tuesday in a Funny or Die “Between Two Ferns” video. “And millions of Americans have already gotten health insurance plans, and what we want is for people to know that you can get affordable health care — and most young Americans right now, they’re not covered.” “And the truth is that

The Obama administration has decided that the sequester´s mandatory spending cuts no longer apply to part of Obamacare. The health care law provides subsidies to help low-income people cover some of their out-of-pocket costs. Last year, the administration said those subsidies were taking a 7 percent cut because of the sequester, which imposed across-the-board reductions in federal spending. But now, the White House has changed its mind. It removed the cost-sharing subsidies from its list of programs that are subject to the sequester, eliminating the 7 percent cut for 2015. The Committee for a Responsible Federal Budget, which noticed the change, said the

Saajid Badat, who was sentenced in 2005 to 13 years in jail as a co-conspirator in a notorious December 2001 plot to bomb US airliners, has testified about the Malaysian plan before. When a Republican wave is building, Beltway pundits are the last to admit it. After Tuesday´s GOP win in a Florida special House election, even the press corps now agrees that Republicans are poised for major gains in November, assuming the GOP has the wit to exploit it. Democrats are spinning the defeat as no big deal, but no one outside the MSNBC mind-meld believes that.
