Lawyer, judge erupt in
anger in Gosnell trial

Philadelphia Inquirer, by Joseph A. Slobodzian

Original Article

Posted By:LComStaff, 4/16/2013 7:02:04 AM

He is known only as "Baby Boy B," a fetus estimated to be 28 weeks old, found frozen in an altered one-gallon plastic water jug in Dr. Kermit Gosnell´s West Philadelphia abortion clinic. His passing went unnoticed and undocumented, but on Monday, prosecution and defense lawyers struggled to get Philadelphia´s chief medical examiner to say whether he was stillborn or killed by Gosnell after being born alive during an abortion.

"Gosnell was disputing charges by his medical waste disposal firm." Hence, the freezer.
Wonder what the "medical waste" does with this "stuff"? There´s another great story line for these Pulitzer mongers...

The "responsible" doctor will only perform abortions up to 14 weeks in his office, then up to 17 weeks in a clinic. Google 14 and 17 week fetus if you can stomach it. That doctor says he has performed some 40,000. 40,000 murdered babies by this doctor alone. God help us.

Fetus? At 28 weeks--by law--it´s not a, ´fetus,´ but, ´viable.´ A human. A baby. Potentially someone´s child, someone´s-- among the multitude of childless women and men to whom such a life would be their most precious responsibility, the object of their dearest affection. Not dead, in a butcher´s freezer. **** this guy, and his apologists. ´A woman´s right to choose,´ what a pathetic, paternalistic euphemism, made absurd by the realities of this case.

FTA "The jury also got a contrasting view of abortion practice from Charles D. Benjamin, an obstetrician-gynecologist who practices family planning and performs abortions at Einstein Medical Center in Logan and Planned Parenthood´s Center City clinic. Benjamin, who testified he has performed 40,000 abortions over 30 years,"

This guy is an expert witness. God have mercy on us, one man is responsible for 40,000 deaths. How kills per day is that?

This is the pinnacle of Liberalism. This is what is worshiped and adored by the left. Gosnell is the face of Progressives and the end product of their policies.

And please recall: Obama considers this the new norm. Obama supported this kind of thing when still a state senator. His spokesman refused to criticize Gosnell´s actions, nor the Planned Parenthood spokesperson who declaimed, ´that the fate of a baby born alive during a botched abortion should be the decision of the woman and her abortion-provider´.

In any other day and age a crusade would be called to destroy such monsters - to wipe them from the face of the earth.

Here be Monsters...

One notion struck me this morning after reading this - the national press will begin to focus on this trial AFTER the prosecution winds down and the defense does all it can to make Gosnell look like a human being.

40,000? How does he sleep at night? That´s just one doctor times how many across the nation? What have we become? We are no different than the German citizens who didn´t know that death camps were operating in their towns. Or that the Jews were being gathered up all across Europe to be ´reassigned´. The media is like Hitler´s propaganda arm. The doctors - they aren´t real doctors - they are murderers regardless of the number of weeks the baby is. We must pray that this will be the start of the death knell of abortions in this nation. We must pray that those who participate in these crimes will be convicted of their sins and repent and seek God´s forgiveness.

The libbies wanted abortion on demand. They succeeded in pushing their agenda --- BUT --- now they have a diiminished birth rate of their "like minded" peers --- SO -- enter illegal immigration and the citizenship of these "grateful" NON/citizens....

No secret to the trash bags, they are the prizes of a serial killer. A coward who loves to kill, but can´t justify killing adults, so he kills the defenseless.

It takes a sick mind (no, a dead mind) to do this "job" for years and years. Same for the other "expert"--tell me, who wants to be an expert in killing defenseless babies?

We live in a sick and dying world, people.

Stillborn or killed after being ´born alive´...I really despise lawyers.

The same thing should happen to Gosnell that happened to all those poor little babies....

It´s amazing that with all the millions killed in abortion clinics, it isn´t shut down...we don´t hold doctors responsible for deaths, we don´t hold cars responsible for deaths, we don´t hold knives responsible for deaths, but we do blame guns for deaths..

There is something basically wrong with this sick society.

Okay...Administering drugs that put the babies in "death throes" is not to be called murder? Do I have that right?

"...stillborn or killed by Gosnell after being born alive during an abortion..."

When I see words like this I´m tempted to scream, a la Hillary, what difference does it make?!

For truly, whether the baby was caused to be "stillborn" by the abortionist prior to extraction; or born alive, makes no difference whatsoever, morally.

"Stillborn," in this venue, is code for "successfully murdered in utero."

The way abortionists achieve this goal in so-called "late term" abortions (i.e., when the baby has become to large to chop up in utero), is by
(a) poisoning the baby with an injection of strong salt solution
or (b), inserting a needle through the womb´s walls, into the baby´s heart, and injecting a fatal dose of chemicals that stop the baby´s heart.

If the baby somehow survives these assaults, and is born alive, then we have what the MSM call "a botched abortion."

It is only with the current absurd state of the law, under Roe v Wade, that it is somehow ok to murder a child in the womb -- yet not quite ok to destroy the baby after birth (Obama´s support for this practice notwithstanding).

If this guy was alive in the 30s and 40s in Germany and did this in a concentration camp, the world would have been appalled. Instead, he has done if for years in the US without even a blemish on his medical license. Have we as a society become as tolerate to such behavior as the Germany people were during the 3rd Reich? It scares me that we in some ways behave like Germans living outside the concentration camps. We know what is happening but we are in denial. And now that the graphic details are presented, we like the Germans are claiming we didn’t know what really was going on in those clinics. All it takes for evil to thieve is for good men and women to stand by and do nothing.

This is so absolutely disgusting. I still do not understand how a woman can justify aborting her baby - how selfish! They claim it´s their right to choose - but they are murdering a human being - yes it IS a human from the moment it was conceived - with a soul! Drunk drivers, who made their "choice" to drink, kill an innocent person, and it is considered manslaughter. How can ANYONE justify killing a baby - how is that any different? It is NEVER ok - NEVER! God doesn´t make mistakes - people do!

This certainly presents a different reality than a so called woman´s right to choose, or in another era, a time period of death camps, incinerators, cyanide showers, skin lampshades and bodies piled in ditches. Is a freezer any different.

There are families all over this country that seek to adopt children. It must be horrible for these people to see the wholesale murder of the very babies they seek to adopt. A woman´s right to choose shouldn´t be a valid excuse for these death camp offices when birth control devices are easily available. Convenience should never be accepted as a valid reason for murder.

Doctors are supposed to heal people, not kill them. Of course we live in liberal world where murders of convenience are tolerated.

Speaking of choices, the woman had choices. She choose not to us birth control. She choose to sleep with a man. She choose to engage in sex. He choose not to use a condum. He choose to have sexual intercourse with a woman.

So I ask you, How many choices are two people allowed before they are held responsible for their actions?

There is a short, heart wrenching video called 3801 Lancaster (gosnell´s abortuary address). One woman went there 8 times to abort her babies. The women are now filled with regret. It also shows black pro life leaders in Philly who protest this place a lot.

25, some of the women at Gosnell´s office were minors brought against their will. The Grand Jury report details how Gosnell and a grandmother held one girl down. Of course the media doesn´t report any of this.

#16, it´s not about a "self-respecting" doctor...it is about Liberals, progressives, right to choose, amoral sick people and politicians and likeminded media...who can and do excuse anything and everything.

. When there is no right behaviour and no wrong behaviour...and hence no shame...then everything is corrupted.

Get rid of situational ethics and embrace the conscience...and when viewed through the prism of a conscience that hasn´t been corrupted it would have been clear that abortion itself is a heinous behaviour meant to excuse murder and sell the pathetic saw of a "woman´s right to choose" .

Women who choose to murder their children are monsters with a government mandated excuse.

What you see in our society is a reflection of , conscienceless, souless people who never understood consequences or paid a consequence and thus live behind the excuse.

To read some of these details truly is sickening. Physically and to the soul. It´s no wonder that our loving CREATOR will, someday, at a time chosen by HIM, destroy the entire world. Exceptions will be made for those who have chosen to love HIM back and follow HIS commandments.

And yes, the killing of thousands of babies is, to my mind, absolutely no different that what the Germans did to Jews during WWII. The Jews were just a bothersome aspect that the Germans wanted out of their hair and these babies (they are not JUST feteuses) are in the same category.

And thank you staff for warning us in advance.

On rare occasions I watch the Long Island Medium. She was giving a reading to a young woman. The Medium asked her whether she had lost a child? The woman answered that she had lost a baby boy. The Medium said to her: I am being shown a blue blanket and a pink blanket. The woman answered sheepishly: "One was a death and one was a termination."

Both were deaths and each had a soul.

This is too much for me to stomach. My husband and I are expecting our second child and had an ultrasound just yesterday. Our sweet little one stuck a foot up during the scan for us to see 5 perfect little toes - and the baby is only 9 weeks. It was the most precious sight. I showed my dr the photo later and he looked at me and said, "And can you believe doctors are killing these little ones? God help us."

A "woman´s right to choose" is the worst, most horrific of all lies. My heart aches for these babies whose mothers who had no hope for them. God, deliver us from this evil.

I have thought that partial birth abortions were performed to harvest organs. In a saline or D&C there´s not much left of the baby. Bits and pieces. Partial birth provides intact organs such as the brain, skin and whatever is in demand. So that brings us to the money made. An abortionist can make money aborting a baby and then make more money from harvesting parts. It is unthinkable. It´s horrifying. It´s what we have become. I know we think we are against abortion and it´s true. But how many of us actually look at or read about what really takes place in an abortion. The words used to describe abortion have been softened. We don´t call them babies. They are fetuses. Little blobs of protoplasm. They feel no pain. Whatever. Maybe this horrific trial will wake us up. It might be a blessing. How many of you Ldotters were born after Jan 1973? Your mom had the "legal right" to kill you.

Correct #47 and it can´t be said enough. If you think the millions Gosnell made committing murder that amount pales with the many more from selling little bodies not as medical waste but so called medical research.
Even years ago before some restrictions on fetal stem cell use the more developed and in perfect condition that little body the higher the selling price.Even then a birth viable one was 4000.00 and up.
Those frozen babies were being stored until the asking price was reached. Not so easily done in America.
Fetus stem cell cures tried in some nations resulted in horrible deaths to some very celebrated American women and several men before the truth donned on the medical world fetal cells made cancer cells go wild.
Thank G. Bush for his stand against fetal cell research or the carnage would have hit American adults harder.

real danger of fetus cells was forced

As monstrous as this, we as a nation must see there is a moral equivalency between partial birth abortion, and a justification of the act. To rationalize, to politically advocate for, to support the political candidate in favor and not be sickened by him or her, to spin away the evil attached to the meaning of, to create false philosophical distinctions, to refuse to preach against, or to report in the media in a way that censors truth which coarsens a culture, to pass this act into the law of Obamacare covering the nation in leftist collective sin, to refuse to call this sin, to stone truth tellers, to lie about, to appear to validate this act as a sort of humanist sacrament, to willfully refuse "to get it", to befriend partial birth monsters some of whoo are beyond any chance of salvation so that you are, let´s face it, the monster they are -- is to abet this crime horror, to invite your own personal hell, and send a collective "reproach" on the rest of us who who fear a Holy God who never changes.

My baby brother was born 3 months early, in 1948. There were twins, the smallest babies ever born in Texas at that time, both together weight less than 2 pounds. One twin died, but my precious brother, who had no fingernails or eye lashes yet, and who was less than 12" long, grew into one of the sweetest, most intelligent and funny men I have ever known. He was also 6´4" tall. Those who kill babies, no matter what age, after conception, are murderers. It is criminal that the public has not seen this trial, and only recently been made aware of it.

FredGrams.com (aka SingingTelegramsInternational.com) is the latest chapter in one Hunterdon County man’s long musical odyssey. And you´re reading about it just in time for Valentine´s Day or some other occasion for sending a musical e-greeting. Pianist/singer/lecturer Fred Miller has lived in a converted stable near Sergeantsville for more than three decades while building a career celebrating the classic American popular songs, tunes that burst forth from vaudeville, Tin Pan Alley, Broadway, Hollywood via the mass entertainment media during the first half of the 20th century. Miller’s original professional focus was theatrical production, but his performing activities now revolve exclusively around his popular

Benghazi, Libya - A Boyish-Looking American Diplomat was meeting for the first time with the Islamist leaders of eastern Libya’s most formidable militias. It was Sept. 9, 2012. Gathered on folding chairs in a banquet hall by the Mediterranean, the Libyans warned of rising threats against Americans from extremists in Benghazi. One militia leader, with a long beard and mismatched military fatigues, mentioned time in exile in Afghanistan. An American guard discreetly touched his gun. “Since Benghazi isn’t safe, it is better for you to leave now,” Mohamed al-Gharabi, the leader of the Rafallah al-Sehati Brigade, later recalled telling the

FRANK SINATRA, holding a glass of bourbon in one hand and a cigarette in the other, stood in a dark corner of the bar between two attractive but fading blondes who sat waiting for him to say something. But he said nothing; he had been silent during much of the evening, except now in this private club in Beverly Hills he seemed even more distant, staring out through the smoke and semidarkness into a large room beyond the bar where dozens of young couples sat huddled around small tables or twisted in the center of the floor to the clamorous

In August 2013 I became very sick with what I thought was a cold. After a few days I lost vision in my left eye and I checked into the hospital. I soon found out that what I thought was a summer cold was actually Strep bacteria poisoning my blood stream. The bacteria blinded my left eye, ate a hole through my heart, caused five strokes on both sides of my brain and forced the removal of my prosthetic left knee. Dr. Lee was the surgeon assigned to perform open heart surgery. What was originally scheduled to last four hours ended

The recent theft of massive amounts of highly sensitive U.S. military equipment from Libya is far worse than previously thought, Fox News has learned, with raiders swiping hundreds of weapons that are now in the hands of militia groups aligned with terror organizations and the Muslim Brotherhood. The equipment, as Fox News previously reported, was used for training in Libya by U.S. Special Forces. The training team, which was funded by the Pentagon, has since been pulled, partly in response to the overnight raids last August. According to State Department and military sources, dozens of highly armored vehicles called GMV´s, provided

The Obama administration is poised to entertain a flood of new clemency applications from thousands of federal prisoners who were given harsh sentences under mandatory-minimum laws following drug convictions, Attorney General Eric Holder said Monday. Holder said in a short videotaped statement that he wants to shrink the federal prison population by a modest amount while ensuring ´that those who have paid their debts have a chance to become productive citizens.´ At the center of the move is a set of old sentencing rules that punished crack-cocaine offenders with more time behind bars than users or traffickers of powder cocaine.

Former Sen. Bob Dole (R-Kan.) said a number of junior GOP senators considering a presidential run in 2016 do not yet have the experience — specifically naming Rand Paul (Ky.), Marco Rubio (Fla.) and Ted Cruz (Texas). The former 1996 GOP presidential candidate sounded particularly skeptical of Cruz in an interview this week with The Wichita Eagle. "A number of the younger members, first-termers like Rand Paul, Rubio and that extreme-right-wing guy, Ted Cruz — all running for president now. I don´t think they´ve got enough experience yet," Dole said. The 90-year-old former senator said, however, his main concern about 2016 is living

If Jeb reaches for the nomination, there will be a titanic battle between the party establishment and the Tea Party. Steve Schmidt, McCain’s strategist in 2008, insists that in the end Republicans usually settle on the most electable candidate. To get by, this Bush may be forced to trim his positions, although the cautionary tale of Romney suggests that he would have to tack artfully and carefully for the sake of the general election. Certainly he will have the resources to outlast, discredit, and disqualify his rivals.

Washington - Michelle Obama said "splurging is the key to life" if you regularly eat right and stay active. Her biggest guilty pleasure: French fries. "How would you appreciate vegetables if you never had chocolate?" she asked. "You couldn´t live without a little chocolate, a little French fries." The first lady took questions from children reporters Monday after appearing at the White House Easter Egg Roll. She told the children that if they eat right the majority of the time, then a splurge or snack is not going to hurt them. "I still splurge when I can, but that's why I try to exercise almost every day," she said.

There’s a pattern of falsifying statistics throughout the entire Census Bureau. And anyone who attempts to blow the whistle on the fraud is either retaliated against or ignored, according to two new sources who have experienced the process firsthand. As I’ve been writing for more than six months, the Census Bureau office in Philadelphia uncovered a case of fraud in 2010, did nothing about it and allowed the practice to continue. In that instance, a data collector named Julius Buckmon was faking reports that went into the nation’s all-important jobless tally and consumer-inflation survey. Because the Census Bureau’s surveys are scientific — meaning

Global sea levels have risen by 8 inches (20cm) since 1880 and scientists predict they could rise up to 3ft (98cm) by 2100. But despite the UN’s recent threats of war, famine and extreme weather, such a dramatically different world caused by sea level rise can be hard to imagine. To help picture the future, Martin Vargic, an amateur graphic designer from Slovakia, has created a map depicting the planet with sea levels around 260ft (79m) higher than they are today. He imagines what Earth would look like if the ice sheets surrounding the North and South poles melted, releasing

Perhaps the most remarkable feature of American democracy is the magnificent estate of public land that it reserved from the very beginning for the use of all citizens, rich or poor. There is nothing like it in the democracies of Europe, which came into being with nations already carved up into private fiefdoms. The Great Idea that hundreds of millions of acres of forests, deserts, rivers and prairies should be owned by, and managed for, the public interest has had a profound and lasting influence on American culture. But not everyone has accepted it. Cliven Bundy’s armed standoff with the National Park
