Abortion Doc ´Gosnell´ Is Most
Searched Term on Politico,
Yields Zero Matches

Breitbart Big Journalism, by John Nolte

The media will tell you they are all about news, sensationalism, "if it bleeds it leads," ratings, money, fulfilling demand, and clicks -- but that is all a lie. Over at Politico, the number-one "most searched" term is "kermit gosnell," the abortion doctor currently on trial in Philadelphia for the murder of seven babies. That search yields zero matches. The doctor´s last name, "gosnell," is Politico´s third most searched term and also yields zero matches having to do with Kermit Gosnell.

They have stepped in it in a VERY bog way on this one. This is qualified, quantified proof of Media bias, and must never be allowed to be forgotten.

It probably won´t be forgotten by the 5% of those who are already aware of it. The other 95% will never know.

Although the government shutdown continues, it appears President Barack Obama and the White House are not getting any closer to negotiating with Republicans. A quotation from an unnamed senior administration official in today´s Wall Street Journal explains why. Said a senior administration official: "We are winning...It doesn´t really matter to us" how long the shutdown lasts "because what matters is the end result." With this view, it explains why President Obama won´t agree to any piecemeal legislation that would keep Veterans Affairs and NIH open during the shutdown. And it explains why President Obama would rather cancel his Asia trip

Arizona Republican Sen. John McCain hired the Syria analyst in favor of U.S. intervention who was fired for fabricating her Ph.D., Foreign Policy reported. Elizabeth O’Bagy, formerly of the Institute for the Study of War (ISW), will start Monday as a legislative assistant in Sen. McCain’s office. McCain told Foreign Policy that “Elizabeth is a talented researcher, and I have been very impressed by her knowledge and analysis in multiple briefings over the last year.” The senator’s office said they would not make any further comment on O’Bagy’s employment.

A young researcher whose opinions on Syria were cited by both Senator McCain and Secretary of State John Kerry in congressional testimony last week has been fired from the Institute for the Study of War for allegedly faking her academic credentials. The institute issued a statement on its website concerning the researcher, Elizabeth O’Bagy: The Institute for the Study of War has learned and confirmed that, contrary to her representations, Ms. Elizabeth O’Bagy does not in fact have a Ph.D. degree from Georgetown University. ISW has accordingly terminated Ms. O’Bagy’s employment, effective immediately.

21 federal agencies working to implement

Thirty-nine Republican senators want to know who the 21 federal agencies helping to implement Obamacare are and what those agencies are doing to promote the program. A leaked April 2013 slideshow from the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services said 21 federal agencies, including the Departments of Agriculture and Education, are working on an educational program to implement Obamacare. That reference prompted the senators´ curiosity. "At a time federal agency budgets have been tightened by the sequester and the White House has warned of cuts to basic programs,

How much more will Americans take? The “fundamental transformation” of America proceeds apace. The erosion of our freedoms and traditions, once incremental and barely perceptible, accelerates daily. Armies of bureaucrats commanded by political ideologues remarkable mainly for their galactic incompetence intrude on ever more aspects of our lives — aspects both large and small. They tell us what light bulbs we’re allowed to use and how much water we may flush. They stick swabs in our mouths to collect our DNA and order us to buy health insurance we don’t want.

The rise of the fourth

There were times this past week when it seemed like the 19th-century Know-Nothing Party had returned to Washington. President Obama insisted he knew nothing about major decisions in the State Department, or the Justice Department, or the Internal Revenue Service. The heads of those agencies, in turn, insisted they knew nothing about major decisions by their subordinates. It was as if the government functioned by some hidden hand. Clearly, there was a degree of willful blindness in these claims. However, the suggestion that someone, even the president, is in control of today’s government may be an illusion.

While President Obama’s administration has suggested that the Secret Service is to blame for the closure of White House tours, the onus now falls on the Democrat-controlled Senate. On Wednesday, Democrats rejected a Republican attempt to reopen the White House tours in a straight party-line vote. 54 Democrats voted against reopening the tours. None have voted to defund President Obama’s golf trips. The amendment, sponsored by Senator Tom Coburn, required 60 votes to pass.

It is one of the most common - albeit, ineptly used - elements of the English language. Now, an American academic has suggested that the comma could be abolished as a punctuation mark. Professor John McWhorter claims removing commas from most modern U.S. texts would cause ´little loss of clarity´ - meaning they may now be in a state of obsolescence. He adds that internet users are becoming increasingly carefree in their use of the punctuation mark - with some professional writers following suit, according to The Times. ´[You] could take them out of a great deal of modern American

SAN ANTONIO — We recommend incumbent John Cornyn for the GOP´s U.S. Senate nomination, based on unmatched experience and decades of service to Texas. The theme among a bevy of challengers seems to be that Cornyn is a CINO, a conservative in name only. This is not just counter-intuitive but counter-factual. Various ratings — liberal and conservative — have agreed on one thing, Cornyn´s conservative credentials are genuine. Not conservative? Cornyn is No. 2 in Senate leadership and diverged only slightly from the conservative playbook in a year in which he offered a measure that would further beef up security at the

Democrats from President Obama on down have been touting Obamacare´s sign-up numbers. Even after the system´s disastrous rollout, they like to point out, roughly three million people have signed up for private insurance, while 6.3 million have signed up for Medicaid. "Already, because of the Affordable Care Act, more than nine million Americans have signed up for private health insurance or Medicaid coverage," Obama said in the State of the Union speech. On top of that, she will present a daunting challenge to the GOP candidate, no matter whether the nominee is “establishment” or “grassroots” or from the Planet Ork. The largest and most comprehensive study of bird collision deaths ever finds that nearly 1 billion birds die in building crashes every year, a shocking number that has fans of the feather creatures urging construction companies to use new materials to stop the annihilation. The mortality study from over 92,000 records found that between 365 million and 988 million birds crash and die in the United States. The emergence of Twitter as a social media goliath has unleashed gossip and speculation as a media force. The long term consequences are unknowable, but in the meantime, with a far left president with a dicey past, it is producing some highly amusing results. Last night, President Obama explained to Bob Costas of NBC Sports why he wasn´t attending the Sochi Olympics, but the substance of what he had to say was lost in the controversy that erupted on Twitter over whether or not he was stoned. Yahoo writer Mike Oz took the high road, as would nearly any journalist, and described the president as looking "sleepy."
