CA Proposes Law to Force Insurance
to Cover Homosexual ´Infertility´

Breibart´s Big Government, by Breitbart News

Original Article

Posted By:athina, 4/9/2013 10:00:36 AM

The state of California is reportedly considering legislation that would force group insurance policies to provide infertility treatment for gay and lesbian couples. Two men who have sex with each other for a year and do not produce a baby would be considered “infertile” under the proposed legislation. So would two women having sex. Since biology does not allow those without a uterus to conceive or those without a penis to impregnate, every year-long gay couple in California would potentially be covered by this new provision of California law.

This is a blatant "special rights" situation. Hetero couples don´t get insurance coverage for infertility. What fresh stupidity has been wrought upon us?

The homosexuals have been given undeserved recognition and special status and their voices get louder, their demands more outlandish every day.
This very loud 2-3% of the population need to shut up.
The majority of the public was better off when they were in the closet.
What they do they should just keep quiet about. They are like pollution in the water system, starts out small and eventually affects all aspects of our lives.

We were promised, angrily assured even, that tolerance toward sexual deviancy would not be a slippery slope to normalizing it or even exalting it.

This legislation is the brainchild of evil.

The progressives in CA hold a 2/3 majority in both houses of the legislature. This moronic bill will sail right through and Gov. Moonbeam will sign it. It`s a done deal. This may cause many insurance companies to flee an eventually the state will offer insurance just as Obamacare does now.

Get ready for yet another leftist raid on your wallet - and your sensibilities.

If homosexuality was "natural", you wouldn´t need scientists involved for reproduction. This and the recent case of male homosexual foster parents accused of molesting some of the boys are going to lose the tolerance of a lot of heterosexuals.

I am seriously confused. How can an insurance company cover something that physically cannot occur?

Or is this a policy that will pay for an adoption or surrogate which can be in the $100,000?

And, does it include heterosexual couples who are infertile or too old to conceive?

The Birmingham school at the centre of an alleged campaign of “Islamisation” by Muslim radicals is to be placed in “special measures” by the Government’s education watchdog in a move that could see its head teacher and governors removed. Park View, previously rated “outstanding” by Ofsted, will be downgraded to “inadequate”, the lowest possible score, in the category of leadership and management, senior education sources said. This enables Ofsted to place the school in special measures, allowing the watchdog, if it wishes, to remove the school’s entire leadership. The move, described as “seismic” by senior educational

Opponents of the Senate Gang of Eight legislation have long been wary of the House leadership’s intentions with respect to immigration reform. They are perhaps even more skeptical now that proponents are already downplaying the odds of success. House Budget Committee chairman Paul Ryan (R., Wis.), one of the most prominent GOP advocates for comprehensive immigration reform, told ABC News’s George Stephanopoulos on Sunday that reform’s prospects were “clearly in doubt.” Opponents of comprehensive reform say they have reason to suspect a ruse. For example, the fate of the Gang of Eight legislation was frequently called into question, even though

ALBANY — New York’s ban on assault weapons is constitutional, but the state’s gun control law cannot limit a magazine to seven bullets, a federal court judge ruled Tuesday. The ruling by Chief U.S. District Judge William Skretny in Buffalo found New York’s law, called the SAFE Act, doesn’t infringe on Second Amendment rights. But the judge tossed a provision that allows only seven bullets in a magazine, saying the number is “arbitrary.” “This court finds that the challenged provisions of the SAFE Act — including the act’s definition and regulation of assault weapons and its ban on large-capacity magazines

The former two-term governor of Florida speaks fluent Spanish, is a convert to Catholicism, and has high name recognition. Jeb could raise millions of dollars over night by just saying “yes” to running. Despite all this, there are strong reasons Republicans should say no to him. 1. His last name is poison. Let’s face it, if Jeb Bush had the last name of Something Else he would have already run for president in 2008 or 2012.
