Why Is White House
Stonewalling on Benghazi

Investor´s Business Daily, by Rep, Dana Rohrbacher

Original Article

More than six months since Ambassador Christopher Stevens was assassinated by terrorists in Benghazi, the Obama administration is still trying to keep a lid on information about the attack. Congress and the American people need to know what happened the night of Sept. 11, 2012. Who did the killing and what was their motive? Why wasn´t help sent? And why did the administration lie about who was responsible? Members of Congress have asked hundreds of questions at hearings conducted by several investigative committees, but many of the most significant have been left unanswered. Information detailing what happened before, during and
Headline corrected.

I still believe the Ambassador was set up to be taken out. No other reason for him to be there at that time, except ordered to be there.
The other guys defied orders trying to save him and became heroes and martyrs to freedom.
God bless them all.

Why is the White House stonewalling about Bengazi? Because they have blood on their hands and cannot allow the public to know about it.

Stonewalling... or just covering-up? When you have the nearly-unified support of the mainstream news media, it´s a lot easier to sweep inconvenient things like this aside.

Don´t let ´em this time. Keep the pressure on. Make sure Benghazi becomes as big a drag on PIAPS´ electability as the Swift Boat thing was for Kerry´s in ´04.

It is bad enough that the thugs who committed the murders have not been apprehended and tried, but what about those in our own government? Why hasn´t anyone but fired in our own government for the failures before and during this tragedy?

They have to do a CYA on the White House, State Department, and keep a lid on the military....

If the country ever found out what really happened, the election would be considered a sham, and they would be thrown out of office in a heart beat by those who still have a sense of honor.

Note! There is going to be a recognition of the Benghazi event/death of the four heros in Washington and Hannity upon his interviewing the mother of one of the men, was told she was not invited to attend.

Hannity told her he would pay for her flight (and her companion), her transportation, hotel bill, food expenses (and to order whatever she wants) He said for her not to worry, all the preparations would be made, for her not to worry, and he thanked her for the service her son
provided to this country. She also shared with Hannity that she has been told to "shut up."I wonder who is telling her that and why. Could it be Bill and Hillary Clinton? Hmmmmmmm?

Again, please don´t bother our dear leader about all these insignificant issues like Benghazi, Syria, Afghanistan, Lebanon, Egypt, all those poor jobless schmucks, the deficit, our economy, economic turmoil in Europe, and so on.

He´s in a "party" state of mind and these are just going to put unhappy thoughts in his pretty little head. It will mess up his golf game and he´ll not be able to concentrate on his guest list for his next big party comin´ up soon, we´re sure, as that´s (besides vacation) what he does best.

Meanwhile, American values, traditions, influence, economic strength and greatness are swirling down the c-----r per his direction and leadership.

Nice letter -- says the truth must come out.
Says an election turned on the suppressing of the Benghazi information. Says administration spokespeople knowingly lied. Says the unwillingness to act emboldens Islamist enemies. Says perpetrators are not being brought to justice. Nice letter as far as it goes. Does not venture into territory suggesting the American people are in peril from this administration. Does not call for impeachment over unconstitional action by this President. Why is it not calling for an inquiry into impeachment? Why is it not being written to every Republican and every newspaper in the world? Republicans are the only ones who can do anything about it. Perhaps it is the first of many strong letters from Republicans?

There was no CBA, Cross Border Authority, which must be signed only by president to go into another nation even to provide assistance to our own people. That means the preident denied help to our people. Why?

Where is Admiral Gauotte who was fired and relieved of his command and arrested for advocating a rescue of Americans in Benghazi. He´s never been heard from again....Where are you Congress? General Ham, head of AFRICOM also relieved of his command.

Is Obama guilty of gross negligence?

Were so many top brass fired because there was a COUP against this administration ?

To answer the question on Benghazi, one must first answer the question "Why did the US embassy in Cairo issue an apology for the youtube video hours BEFORE the "spontaneous" demonstrations began?" Kind of like printing someone´s obituary hours before he is assassinated, no? Who knew what and when, and from whom did they learn it?

The best conspiracy theory yet to fit the facts:

1. Obama promised to turn over the Blind Sheikh to Morsi and the Muslim Brotherhood but it would be political suicide before the election.
2. Arranges to have ambassador Stephens "kidnapped" so a swap could be arranged after the elections.
3. Obama goes to bed early thinking his plan is coming together.
4. Two Marine Spec Ops guys take matters in their own hands, are told by State to "stand down," but they go in anyway, thus foiling the plan.
5. The kidnappers think they have been double-crossed and kill the ambassador.
6. Lots of Benghazi survivors see what went down and therefore must be silenced.

Seems every unanswered question leads to more. Was there an autopsy of Chris Stevens done?? If so, what was his time and cause of death?? Early reports say he was found alive and breathing and was taken to hospital where he later died. But, others died of smoke inhalation that were in the same "safe room" even earlier. How did he survive in the smoke so long after the deaths of others? Who found him? Were they questioned?

There are so many conflicting reports, and I feel our GOP leaders that had the opportunity in those hearings, have let us all down. What makes us think they will now try to get to the bottom of it?

Unfortunately, this administration and its subservient liberal media propagandists have pushed their liberal agenda so relentlessly that they may have corrupted this country´s moral values and diminished the public’s respect for the value of life to such an extent that the America we grew up in no longer exists.

For example, if the full unvarnished truth about the Benghazi attack ever became known (including the administration’s failure to respond to the repeated pleas for help, the political motivation behind the lies about the cause of the attack, the administration’s refusal to allow the survivors to speak to Congress and all of the other elements of the ongoing cover-up) I am not convinced that liberal Obama/Hillary voters would: 1) be particularly upset by any of it, or 2) would change their vote or their blind loyalty to liberal politicians.

2nd post. Have you considered the President who denied real time aid to our Ambassador should be brought up on high crimes/ conspiracy to murder charges? Have you considered that the real time video of the Benghazi attack is probably joked about as the most in demand snuff film on earth? Have you considered that Islamist sympathy is the most likely motive behind not advancing against other Islamists? Finally, have you considered republicans only appear to be helpless to impeach Obama? If they are actually helpless to stop what appears to be an unvetted, illegal and racist enemy of the state -- the helplessness is due to politics inside the republican party. Isn´t it? How about one republican risk his pension and say: "Obama behaves like a man whose every act is to weaken or overthrow the country. I for one need for him to appear before me and explain he is not." Presents list of anti-American, God´s curse meriting, unconstitutional and criminal acts. Concludes: "´Here I stand -- I can do no other.´"

Why are they stonewalling on Benghazi? My gut feeling is telling me that they are as gulity as sin. They watch and listen to the attack in real time and did nothing! They, the State Department and the Obama´s Administration, ignored the warnings and requests for more security by Ambassador Steven! And then blame a shortage of funds on President Bush! Even though he has been out of office for almost four years!
Let not forget why these Americans were in Benghazi and that was to track down weapons send to the Middle East by the Obama´s Administration. Maybe, Our citizens were killed and wounded by these same weapons. If you want to talk gun control, then let begin with the Obama´s Administration and stop them from sending small arms to other nations [Mexico is another example of gun runnning.] Yes, if the truth became known, then heads would roll. But with the liberal media help, the truth may never be known and these brave Americans will have died in vain! Shame, shame!

The White House can stonewall on Benghazi because we have no news papers with spine anymore. They are all lapdogs to this White House. If they had done a tiny bit of investigation, we would not have this administration. They had to lie to get their guy in power. Since there are so many low info voters, it´s going to be tough to overcome them but we will. Every time we go to a rally, we have to ask Hillary to explain Benghazi and her statement - what does it matter or something like that.

Fish are losing their survival instinct as the world´s oceans become more acidic because of climate change, researchers have claimed. The study confirms laboratory experiments showing that the behavior of reef fishes can be seriously affected by increased carbon dioxide concentrations in the ocean. Carbon dioxide released into the atmosphere is absorbed into ocean waters, where it dissolves and lowers the pH of the water. The new study is the first to analyze the sensory impairment of fish from CO2 seeps, where pH is similar to what climate models forecast for surface waters by the turn of the century. ´These results verify our laboratory

Toddlers show racial bias when picking playmates, a study reveals. They also take account of how fairly others behave. Researchers tested the reaction of white 15-month-olds as toys were distributed. Two white adults divided the toys, one equally and the other unequally. Seventy per cent of the toddlers chose to play with the researcher who distributed the toys fairly. But in a second test, when one researcher favoured a white recipient over an Asian one, they picked the ‘fair’ researcher less often, the journal Frontiers in Psychology reports. Nearly one-third of respondents in the online survey released on Tuesday said they prefer Democrats´ plan, policy or approach to healthcare, compared to just 18 percent for Republicans. Big Government: The Congressional Budget Office warns of a terrifying, unprecedented level of national debt in the coming decade. That fits nicely with Democrats´ objectives, but not with our nation´s founding principles. Andrew Jackson, who in 1835 succeeded in paying off the national debt, was famous for considering debt slavery. The current fiscal path the U.S. is on does indeed lead to slavery, but the slave masters of the future will be well-heeled politicians and federal bureaucrats, not plantation owners. President Obama inspired a generation of young people to support his historic election in 2008. And in 2012, despite the struggles of his first term, Mr. Obama still managed to win the support of a full 60% of voters age 18-29. But the man who once dreamed of being a transformative leader in the Reagan mold is inspiring few of those young people to follow his lead. "For all the talk about the movement that elected Mr. Obama, the more notable movement of Obama supporters has been away from politics. It appears that few of the young people who voted

Megyn Kelly’s "Kelly File" is a great news show. She’s incisive, informed and customarily handles the toughest guest with aplomb. But her lengthy interview of Facebook C.O.O. Sheryl Sandberg about her second book in the Lean In series Lean In: For Graduates was a head shaker. Amazing that she of all people allowed Sandberg to restring the same old, same old, shamed, and shopworn feminist myths about women and girls and then jangle it in front of her viewing audience like something new out of the box. Indeed Kelly all but genuflected in front of this woman. Kept her on thru

On Saturday, I wrote about the standoff at Bundy Ranch. That post drew a remarkable amount of traffic, even though, as I wrote then, I had not quite decided what to make of the story. Since then, I have continued to study the facts and have drawn some conclusions. Here they are. First, it must be admitted that legally, Bundy doesn’t have a leg to stand on. The Bureau of Land Management has been charging him grazing fees since the early 1990s, which he has refused to pay. Further, BLM has issued orders limiting the area on which Bundy’s cows can

Although the Civil Rights Act, the landmark legislation which just reached its 50th anniversary, made great strides in desegregating the economy, economic discrimination is still widespread, and anti-discrimination legislation alone can never rectify the economic damage inflicted upon blacks by slavery and our Jim Crow apartheid regime. The Civil Rights Act was a mild reform, all things considered, but one conservatives fought with vigor and one many conservatives are still bitter about to this day. When the Civil Rights Act passed in 1964, the primary purpose was to root out discrimination in public accommodations (like hotels and movie theaters)

Less than a minute into his speech at the Boston marathon bombing memorial on Tuesday, Vice President Joe Biden went tragically off script and told the crowd of Boston bombing survivors that "it was worth it." After expressing how impressed he was with the tribute, he said somberly, "let me say to those ´quote survivors,´ my God, you have survived and you have soared. It was worth it. I mean this sincerely - just to hear each of you speak. You´re truly, truly inspiring." The audience sat in stunned silence until Biden declared, "I´ve never heard anything so beautiful than

And the babies are more likely to help those who share the same ethnicity, which is known as

Casual marijuana use may come with some not-so-casual side effects. For the first time ever, researchers at Northwestern University have analyzed the relationship between casual use of marijuana and brain changes – and found that young adults who used cannabis just once or twice a week showed significant abnormalities in two important brain structures. The study’s findings, to be published Wednesday in the Journal of Neuroscience, are similar to those of past research linking chronic, long-term marijuana use with mental illness and changes in brain development. Dr. Hans Breiter, co-senior study author, said he was inspired to look at the effects of casual

Look, everyone loves Sean Connery, particularly Sean Connery. That’s why he plays Sean Connery in every movie he’s in. People love that Scottish brogue so much, they don’t mind that he has it when he plays Juan Sánchez Villa-Lobos Ramírez, an immortal Spaniard in Highlander. The guy even won an Oscar for playing an Irish cop with a Scottish accent. Talk about sexist double standards: Meryl Streep has to master foreign dialects to get her golden statuettes. Connery just has to show up on time. In economics you devalue a currency by printing too much of it. In film you

Hank Aaron’s recent comments about the need for America to realize that racism is still very much alive and thriving — only now due to those who wear “neckties and starched shirts” rather than KKK hoods — has sparked an angry backlash and many fans are turning the tables, calling the baseball legend himself a racist. “Hank Aaron is a s*****g piece of [expletive] [racial slur],” one man said in an email to the Atlanta Braves’ front office, one of the teams Mr. Aaron used to play for, CBS News reported. “My old man instilled in my mind from a

Western Washington University sent a questionnaire to students asking them for advice on how the administration could succeed at making sure that in future years, “we are not as white as we are today.” The question notes that WWU’s racial make up does not perfectly reflect the nation at large, and asks students to consider strategies that other universities have used to focus on skin color as the paramount indicator of a student-applicant’s worth. The president of WWU has stated that his explicit goal is to reduce the white population on campus, according to Campus Reform. “I’ve said before and I’ll say it

Funny question in the headline, yes? But since President Obama worries more about the threat of terrorists´ improvised nuclear device going off in a major American city than anything Russia can throw at us, I was wondering if the government had deigned to share with us citizens any tips for, you know, surviving something their own intelligence points to as the likeliest unlikely Black Swan event. Well, no. And yes. No — very few people in Washington, D.C., who work for the government have any idea what they would do if a 10-kiloton nuclear device exploded at the intersection of 16th and K
