Look Out Below, The
Obamacare Chaos Is Coming

Forbes, by Peter Ferrera

The biggest political problem faced by so-called “liberals” and so-called “progressives” in President Obama’s second term is how to prevent voters from holding them politically responsible as the public comes to realize how badly they were lied to during the first Obama term to win passage of Obamacare. (Snip) Just wait until the broad realization dawns that the harsh reality of Obamacare is that tens of millions will lose their employer provided insurance because of the perverse incentives under the program. Even the establishment CBO admits that at least 7 million, and as many as 20 million

My guess is that the msm will blame the Republicans for it even though not one voted for it. They don´t have the proper funding for it or some other excuse will be used but it won´t be the Obama or the Democrats fault. That you can be assured of. I loathe the msm the way bill clinton loathed the military.

Marxists , Climatologists, "Feminists" , Race Baiters and Leftists of every ilk have perfected the position of the angry victim who feels justified in extracting limitless compensation from those who are perceived to be the perpetrators of the injustice in the world. This special status excuses their demands from having to be reasonable or logical or even subject to the scrutiny of the presumed perpetrator. (White Conservatives)

It´s a great scam.

But not a new one.

I got as far as "Just wait until the broad realization dawns that...." before being overcome with the giggles. Realization comes only to those willing to pay attention to what´s going on in the world and, in America, that contingent is coming closer and closer to minority status.

Mr. Ferrera underestimates the profound depth of ignorance of the low information voter (LIV) and the Obama regime´s ability to keep that throng in thrall to the president and his utopian promises. The last chance to disable Obamacare was lost when Justice Roberts decided it was a tax and, therefore, constitutional. Obamacare is here to stay and its coming effects, no matter how disastrous, will be managed by a congress scrambling from one quick fix to another and a main stream media committed to blaming the GOP for very problem that raises its ugly head. Socialized medicine arrived and has survived in the U.K. just as it will here. The LIVs will believe what they´re told by the politicians and the press and they´ll soon adjust to the new norms that are coming: salaried doctors; less medical research, fewer medicines and much longer waits for medical treatment.

The sheer perversity of paying less for Medicare, where the beneficiary has worked and paid into the system, than for Medicaid where the recipient has done NOTHING to earn the benefit, is mind boggling.

The Democraps own it, lock, stock and barrel.

Unfortunately we have RINO´s like McPain and McShamnesty who will ´reach across the aisle´ to try and ´fix´ what is already a ´political argument that was settled by the last election´ and they will once again snatch the Democraps from the jaws of defeat.

I still want to know where all of the health care givers are going to come from. Given the fact that payments to hospitals, doctors, and every other care giver are going to be cut, and a large number of care givers will simply retire or otherwise get out of the business, just who is going to be left? Even if the government becomes the single payer (which is the result the dims are working for) I ask again. Who or where are the care givers going to come from?

Write this down and bank on it.

The REASON that Obamacare is going to be a complete disaster is because in order to get it passed, Democrats had to compromise with Republicans. Republicans are the reason that democrats can not truly pass real healthcare reform. And those racist radical tea partiers are a real hindrance to progress.

So....... In 2014 you will be asked to vote for democrats so that they can finally do what republicans wouldn´t allow them to do in 2009. Republicans screwed up the democrats plan to make Obamacare a true Nirvana ...... and we will have to give the House back to Pelosi so that she can finally fix it.

And don´t expect the press to report this truthfully. They are reporting the coming horror stories and setting the table to blame the Republicans.

The Republicans better get out in front of this and hand this albatross firmly around the necks of the democrats. And the Republicans had better have a viable alternative to Obamacare. Repeal wont be enough.

Ever since Reagan, Republicans could have chosen to go the PR (Public Relations) route. Many experts were available to show them how to sell their ideas and principles to the public. Uniformly, they have chosen not to take this route. Instead they compromise and complain.

With ObamaCare, just like everything else, the MSM will be able to hang the failures around the necks of Republicans. And with the good cop/bad cop routine perfected, the elites will continue to make massive amounts of money off the American people. Until it runs out, but that won´t be for a while yet.

The icing on the cake will be enjoyed in Q1 of 2014 when all of those working folks who have lost their health insurance coverage and were subsequently priced out of the market see the fine on the IRS documentation that they must pay for not having bought coverage. We are going to witness our first major tax revolt.

When they realize they are being billed for the coverage of the entitled non-working class, they are going to be REALLY mad.

BO´s ultimate goal was and is the nationalization of health care, i.e., universal health "care".

The videos of him calling for this while admitting that they would have to use sleight-of-hand, were available, were known. This should have been more widely known and exploited by the McCain/Palin and other Repub campaigns.

Instead of empowering, too often these days Truth elicits cowardice.

It´s already here! I and my family went to our yearly eye exam this past week and were greeted with a new sign on the desk. It said due to new government regulations they are now required to take everyone´s blood pressure, weight and height!! The EYE DR now has to do the job of your primary! And age didn´t matter, they did height/weight/blood pressure on my kids from 6 to 20 years of age!

The assistant was mad and told me ALL providers from dentist to chiropractor now have to do this! She also told me they have to ask if you smoke and counsel you to quit! She refused to comply and said she (young gal) was not about to tell a 70 yr they need to stop smoking nor did she feel it was her business if you smoke in the first place! This is seriously bad and a huge intrusion of privacy!

I think that #10 was addressing Obama´s idea that will reimburse doctors less money for a medicare patient and a medicaid patient. Retirees have paid medicare taxes and, as you point out, have over $100/mo withheld from their Social Security check. But the welfare mother pays in nothing, ever, yet the doctor gets paid more to take care of her lazy, usually overfed, body.

Although the Civil Rights Act, the landmark legislation which just reached its 50th anniversary, made great strides in desegregating the economy, economic discrimination is still widespread, and anti-discrimination legislation alone can never rectify the economic damage inflicted upon blacks by slavery and our Jim Crow apartheid regime. The Civil Rights Act was a mild reform, all things considered, but one conservatives fought with vigor and one many conservatives are still bitter about to this day. When the Civil Rights Act passed in 1964, the primary purpose was to root out discrimination in public accommodations (like hotels and movie theaters)

Neurosurgeon Ben Carson says the White House wanted him to apologize for “offending” President Obama after he famously delivered a conservative message at the National Prayer Breakfast last year. Carson, the former director of pediatric neurosurgery at Johns Hopkins Hospital, recalls the events surrounding his 2013 speech in his new book, One Nation: What We Can All Do To Save America’s Future. The Daily Caller obtained an advance copy of the book, which is set for release May 20. “He did not appear to be hostile or angry,” Carson writes of Obama, “but within a matter of minutes after the conclusion of

LAS VEGAS — The Nevada Republican Party stripped opposition to abortion and gay marriage from its platform Saturday as state convention delegates instead focused on judging fellow Republicans on their worthiness to serve in office and adherence to GOP values. The platform, with few changes, was adopted overwhelmingly as the Las Vegas convention stretched late into the evening. The vote mirrors that of the Clark County GOP, which voted earlier to remove platform language defining marriage as between a man and a woman and statements opposing abortion. Many Republicans are re-evaluating their strong stances on conservative social issues as public

A brazen flash mob has been caught on camera storming a California store and making off with $20,000 worth of sunglasses. Surveillance footage shows eight women piling into a Sunglass Hut and crowding around display cases. The thieves then all bolt outside and escape in a waiting SUV. The incident occurred at the Valencia Town Center mall, in Santa Clarita, at 3 p.m. on

A Russian fighter jet made multiple, close-range passes near an American warship in the Black Sea for more than 90 minutes Saturday amid escalating tensions in the region, a U.S. military official said Monday. In the first public account of the incident, the official said the Russian Fencer flew within 1,000 yards of the USS Donald Cook, a Navy destroyer, at about 500 feet above sea level. Ship commanders considered the actions provocative and inconsistent with international agreements, prompting the ship to issue several radio queries and warnings. The fighter appeared to be unarmed and never was in danger of

Some time back, whenever a big racial controversy erupted, I trained myself into the habit of reading about it at FoxNews.com, just for the unbelievable comment threads. Let’s put it this way: If my friends and I went out to a bar and started playing a “let’s write the racist FoxNews.com comment thread” drinking game, our efforts couldn’t begin to approach what I read there.I wasn’t alone. Liberal websites started feasting on these threads. And so, a couple of years ago, Ailes & Co. got wise. Stories about race were, at least in my disheartened experience, closed to comments.
