Controversial Preacher Removed

Fox News, by Todd Starnes

Original Article

Posted By:KarenJ1, 4/5/2013 11:08:11 AM

Michael Pfleger, the controversial Catholic priest who made racial remarks about Hillary Clinton and defended Louis Farrakhan, has been removed as a keynote speaker at a diversity day event sponsored by a federal government agency. A spokesperson for the Broadcasting Board of Governors told Fox News that Pfleger’s office has been notified that his invitation to address the group has been rescinded. “This is an event that is meant to celebrate inclusiveness and diversity,” spokesperson Lynne Weil told Fox News. “It was deemed by our senior management that it was not appropriate to have him as a speaker.”

Well, there´s one small victory.

Is he really a catholic priest or does he just self-identify himself as a catholic priest?

So an "inclusive" "diversity" event is *excluding* someone whose diverse opinion is not the right kind of diverse. It diverges from diversity, somehow.

I am trying to wrap my head around that irony.

#2 you nailed it. Diversity the government and libs means you can have diverse opinions as long as they agree with them. It is kinda hard to wrap a thinking mind around that.

#2, you must not know anything about Father Pfleger. He is a nasty, radical leftist nutcase who (even though he is white himself) thinks all white people benefit from "white privilege". He speaks in overly-affected speech (sounds like a shaking nut!) to try to sound like he really means what he says. This is a VICTORY for all decency...believe me. This man wouldn´t know the meaning of the word diversity, inclusiveness or acceptance if you pushed it into his face!

I am surprised he wasn´t relocated to the North Pole.

A police organization posted a disturbing video of what it describes as “the continuation of the thug cycle.” In the video, a toddler’s uncle and two other adults encourage the three-year-old to say vile things and hold up his middle finger. Megyn Kelly described the awful video, saying, “It’s the same as watching them pick him up and beat him physically.” No charges have been filed against any of the adults in the video. Now, the police officers who posted the video are getting pushback for putting it online. The association, which is different from the department, claim they had an obligation

3 Reasons Why the Radical Anti-

Outlast the Obama Era
PJ Media, by J. Christian Adams    Original Article

Today the Drudge Report covers the Justice Department’s racialist attack on school discipline policies. The DOJ policy is based on the idea that school discipline policies are racially discriminatory because black students comprise a greater percentage of students disciplined than their percentage in the general population. Call it exceeding the bad-behavior quota. That this four-year-old federal policy exists wasn’t news. I covered it in my 2011 book Injustice. What is newsworthy is how these radical racialist education policies will outlast the Obama administration, and Republicans are ill-equipped to reverse it even if they win the White House.

Michelle Obama and Beyoncé:

Michelle Obama and Beyoncé Knowles are both powerful women married to powerful men. They are friends. Their families have spent time together. They praise each other publicly and support each other’s projects. Few would be surprised if Knowles is in town for the first lady’s 50th birthday party later this month. (Beyoncé’s husband, Jay-Z, will be in concert at Verizon Center on Jan. 16, the day before Obama’s birthday.) As their friendship has developed, these two women have — wittingly or not — become markers of 21st-century feminism. “They are incredibly competent women who have not just flourishing careers but

New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie said Wednesday he was “outraged” after learning — he said for the first time — that his administration purposely caused a traffic jam that clogged streets in a town at the foot of the George Washington Bridge into New York City as political payback against a mayor refuse to endorse him for re-election. Emails unearthed by NorthJersey.com contradicted Mr. Christie’s prior claims that his administration had nothing to do with the unfolding bridge scandal, and sent the tough-talking Republican into damage control. “What I’ve seen today for the first time is unacceptable,” he said in a late-afternoon

The Justice Department put an avowed political supporter of President Obama in charge of the criminal probe into the IRS’s targeting of tea party groups, according to top Republicans who said Wednesday that the move has ruined the entire investigation. House Oversight Committee Chairman Darrell Issa and subcommittee Chairman Jim Jordan said they’ve discovered the head of the probe is Barbara Kay Bosserman, a trial lawyer in the Justice Department who donated more than $6,000 to Mr. Obama’s 2008 and 2012 campaigns, as well as several hundred dollars to the national Democratic Party. “The department has created a startling conflict of interest,”

It’s already been three months since the Obama administration debuted their draft proposal detailing what is, for all currently practicable purposes, a ban on the construction of coal-fired power plants (and even that reveal was the result of still another months-long delay as the administration struggled to formulate the rules in a way that could both survive the inevitable legal challenges while not restricting greenhouse-gas emissions so stringently as to disqualify even the construction of new natural gas plants — overzealous, much?). The rule finally hit the pages of the Federal Register today, opening up the formal 60-day period for

One day they were Wyomingans, the next they were members of the Wind River tribes — after the Environmental Protection Agency declared the town part of the Wind River Indian Reservation, undoing a 1905 law passed by Congress and angering state officials. The surprise decision was made by officials of the EPA, the Department of Interior, and Department of Justice early last month, and has invoked the ire of Gov. After donating $2.5 million to the Democratic Senate Majority PAC, America’s favorite Democrat-turned-Republican-turned-independent, former New York City mayor Mike Bloomberg, is signaling that his great crusade against guns is running out of steam. The need for new gun laws that was so pressing in 2013, and that Bloomberg and his organization, Mayors Against Illegal Handguns, lobbied so hard for, is apparently no longer so acute. When he was not belittling or cajoling gun control’s foes, Bloomberg spent the better part of 2013 agitating for stricter gun laws. The pizza arrived, steaming and delectable, a smoked-mozzarella-and-sausage pie presented to Mayor Bill de Blasio like a gilded offering to a visiting caliph. The mayor, on a pilgrimage on Friday to Goodfellas, a venerable Staten Island pizzeria, smiled, nodded at his slice and then proceeded to do the unthinkable: eat it with a knife and fork. Cue the foodie firestorm. “Disaster,” declared a writer at New York magazine, citing the longstanding city protocol of devouring pizza, no matter how greasy, with the hands, and the hands only. One website called it Mr. de Blasio’s first mistake as mayor.
