Obama administration pushes
banks to make home loans to
people with weaker credit

Washington Post, by Zachary A. Goldfarb

Original Article

Posted By:grayjay, 4/2/2013 9:41:39 PM

The Obama administration is engaged in a broad push to make more home loans available to people with weaker credit, an effort that officials say will help power the economic recovery but that skeptics say could open the door to the risky lending that caused the housing crash in the first place. President Obama’s economic advisers and outside experts say the nation’s much-celebrated housing rebound is leaving too many people behind, including young people looking to buy their first homes and individuals with credit records weakened by the recession.

Democrats are setting us up for their International Elite Masters to take over. They will keep chipping away at our rights and freedoms because they don´t think we have the guts or will to defend them.

I´m beginning to wonder if we have either, as well...

Maybe when BO looks at Biden he sees Mr and Mrs America. Plain stupid. That would explain why, after the Dem`s CRA boondoggle trashed the economy he now wants to bring in a mo`better economic A bomb to finish us all off, once and for all.

OTOH, he did get re-elected so voters obviously ignored the reason for the crash, the Dem`s CRA. Maybe we do look like Biden.

How ignorant is this? The whole reason the real estate market crashed was precisely because banks were forced to sell homes to people who could not afford them. These low income people were delighted to be able to buy expensive homes, then they could not afford them, so we had millions of homes that had owners who stopped paying and were allowed to live in them for four years for free. Please tell 0bama he does not understand economics, and this would be a REALLY dumb idea.

Another Obama administration plan to "redistribute the wealth" -- this is being done deliberately and maliciously to weaken and destroy our economy and our country. Giving home loans to people with bad credit simply is another welfare program.

Congress controls the budget and should shut down the government until a balanced budget is passed. No more CR´s.

The debate is now over. It´s not stupidity, it´s willful intent to bring down the USA. Obama and his enablers (the loathsome MSM) know this would do nothing but inject more lethal poison into the economy, so what could their intent otherwise be? Those of us who said with Rush "I hope he fails" back in 2008 were simply being honest with ourselves about who these people really are.

But - our frustration should still be aimed mostly at Republicans who refuse to condemn this impostor of a president. Here he is, openly and consciously planting the seeds of another financial crisis, and I bet all but the smallest handful in the GOP will never get beyond praising his "good intentions" about "helping people". Evil triumphs because good men are silent - if Obama has a motto, that´s it.

The White House systematically delayed enacting a series of rules on the environment, worker safety and health care to prevent them from becoming points of contention before the 2012 election, according to documents and interviews with current and former administration officials. Some agency officials were instructed to hold off submitting proposals to the White House for up to a year to ensure that they would not be issued before voters went to the polls, the current and former officials said.

President Obama summoned congressional leaders to a Friday summit at the White House in a last-ditch effort to protect taxpayers, unemployed workers and the fragile U.S. recovery from severe austerity measures set to hit in just four days. Also Thursday, House Speaker John A. Boehner (R-Ohio) announced that he would call the House back into session this weekend. And in perhaps the most significant development, Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-Ky.) for the first time was engaged directly in talks with the White House.
