Sarah Palin launches her
rogue effort for 2014

Investor´s Business Daily, by Andrew Malcolm

She´s baaack! Without any grand announcement, Sarah Palin began her return to the campaign trail last night. Not as a candidate. But in her new self-appointed role as grassroots rallier and party rebuilder. In an email dispatched to thousands of supporters, the treasurer of SarahPAC, noted: "Sarah PAC is proud to have helped elect constitutional conservatives, who are working to shake up a Senate that has neglected Americans for far too long. But we need to send reinforcements.” [Snip] A Palin spokeswoman said, "Gov. Palin is ready to shake things up just as we did in 2010."

Sarah should just pack it in and not consider a run for the Presidency. The liberal media will annihilate her.

Palin´s not considering a run for the presidency. That door has closed. I´m not sure what she´s planning with this initiative, since there aren´t any specifics other than requesting SarahPac funds in the video. Whatever the plans, as long as they are in support of good candidates for our side, welcome to the arena.

There is nothing more media can do to Palin that has not already been done so she is well position to actually run and win in 2016 because all of the old attacks will be old. Palin´s opening the door to presidency and will do it fighting both GOP establishment and media sharks. And she will do it in style.

Sarah Palin is a woman with integrity and courage like I´ve never seen in the political arena before. I support her.

I do not support the cowards who call themselves our leaders. Bravo to Ted Cruz for standing up for her.

Sarah Palin has no real political connections in the corrupt establishment and the Bush country club of which the toad Bill Clinton is a beloved member.

Thus, we the people must stand with her and stand up to the powerful bullies in both parties and the media. We can win as long as we don´t capitulate to the do-nothings in power in DC and NY and Hollywood.

So, they say she is irrelevant but wow oh wow, do they ever come out strong reporting her each and every move, what she is wearing, what her hair looks like, etc.

Not only that, more than enough who comment here has someone giving them ´wedgies´ each time an article appears. Love it! Keep it up Gov. Palin!

Is it not interesting that the same poster´s who have nothing positive to say about Sara ALWAYS take time out of their busy schedules to tell us why she should just "go away"?

"The press has, and will continue to annihilate her." 1) they will do this to any candidate, and 2) most of what they say is either outright lies or twisted "facts." So let´s find a candidate that they will like and say nice things about. RIGHT!!!!!

Her voice is too "whatever". The most ridiculous objection of them all.

She´s looking "sick and/or anemic". So many people of all ages are so out of shape in this country that I guess we can´t feel good about our "condition" unless we condemn her for watching her weight and for her exercise regimen.

"She´s only interested in money." Please tell me when it became so wrong to be successful at making money legally in the USA?

None of her critics, on our side or theirs, ever seems to talk about her policies or ideas. And when challenged about this, they fall back on one of the above false premises.

Living rent free in so many heads!!!!!

Tensions continued to mount over Ukraine Tuesday as that nation´s military engaged rebel insurgents in the east and Russian leaders refused to recognize the Kiev leadership as legitimate, blaming it for the growing instability. An estimated 50,000 Russian troops remain massed on Ukraine´s borders as uniformed intimidation. It was a tense standoff in rural Nevada with armed protesters closing I-15 for a while and facing off against even more heavily-armed federal agents. For now, that volatile Bundy Ranch confrontation has been defused. But it´s not over by any means. And we may well experience others that do not pause in non-violence. Hate to break the news to you, but our old pal Archie Andrews is doomed. After 73 years of not looking a day over 17, the long-running all-American symbol of wholesomeness and teen goodness is set to die in July, according to Archie Comics. He´ll go out good, saving someone. Which is swell. But is this really necessary in a soiled age of cynicism, non-heroes and non-role models, lying leaders and downright criminals? It's already hard enough being a parent with all the unwholesome temptations at hand. Must we inevitably give up every enduring symbol of hope and good and fun for a one-month publicity splash?

There was plenty of talk in Washington this week about equal pay. The thing is — it was just that: more talk. As a woman who worked at McDonald’s to get through college…. as the mom of two young daughters … and as the elected representative of thousands of hardworking women, I have always supported equal pay for equal work. And if a woman is being paid less than a man because of gender discrimination, that is both wrong and against the law. The protections provided to women and others in the Equal Pay Act must be enforced to make certain there is no pay disparity because of discrimination.

Hi, everybody. Earlier this week was Equal Pay Day. It marks the extra time the average woman has to work into a new year to earn what a man earned the year before. You see, the average woman who works full-time in America earns less than a man — even when she’s in the same profession and has the same education. That´s wrong. In 2014, it’s an embarrassment. Women deserve equal pay for equal work. This is an economic issue that affects all of us. Women make up about half our workforce. And more and more, they’re our families’ main breadwinners. So it’s good for everyone when women are paid fairly.
