Oops: Gov. Cuomo to
Rescind Magazine Ban

Breitbart´s Big Government, by AWR Hawkins

New York´s Democrat Gov. Andrew Cuomo is rescinding his ban on 10-round magazines after realizing that most gun manufacturers don´t make magazines smaller than 10 rounds. His original restrictions were that no magazines holding more than seven rounds could be sold within the state, but he realized after-the-fact that such a rule turns into a de facto ban on almost every magazine manufactured. Speaking on March 20, Cuomo said the state needs to allow the sale of handgun and rifle magazines that hold 10 rounds, "but New Yorkers will still be required to

In other news: Democrats admit they know nothing about guns, ammunition, or gun statistics, but they´re moving ahead with anti-gun legislation anyway.

Bunch of emotionalist tyrants.

Cuomo is really out of touch with reality if he believes that criminals or insane people heading out on their suicide by cop missions are only going to put 7 rounds in a 10 round magazine! This goes to show that these incompetent feel good gun control restrictions only bother law abiding people and do little or nothing to stop violent crime. There is really nothing in Cuomo´s gun control law that would keep criminals or insane people from buying 3, 5, or 10 ten round magazines, loading them up, and firing them off, only taking a second or two to change magazines.

And I´ll make a toast, with a 32 ounce Coke, to the idiot NYC voters who put idiot Bloomberg into the mayor´s office. Add to those the liberal idiots who control NY State from Albany, and the NY idiot voters who keep THEM there, and it does not take a rocket scientist to conclude that blue-state, liberal NY is a bastion of idiocy.

Of all the components of a weapon the magazine is the easiest to fabricate in a home shop. A magazine is only a sheet metal box open on one and containing a spring and follower.

Why would any one vote for a Governor and a Mayor whose only goal is to limit and/or ban legal activity/conduct?

Yet the two idiots cannot control their crime statistics. I guess going after smokers, people who like large sodas and fast food are far more dangerous.

I swear among these two buffoons and a seriously delusional president, our country is getting in really bad shape with government control over private behavior.

Last Thursday, Mozilla, the company that´s home to the web browser Firefox, forced the resignation of CEO Brendan Eich. What, precisely, had Eich done wrong? Back in 2008, Eich had donated $1,000 to the Proposition 8 effort backing traditional marriage in California. Dating website OKCupid posted a ban on Firefox traffic, issuing a message to Firefox users instead: "Those who seek to deny love and instead enforce misery, shame, and frustration are our enemies, and we wish them nothing but failure."
