Cuomo is really out of touch with reality if he believes that criminals or insane people heading out on their suicide by cop missions are only going to put 7 rounds in a 10 round magazine! This goes to show that these incompetent feel good gun control restrictions only bother law abiding people and do little or nothing to stop violent crime. There is really nothing in Cuomo´s gun control law that would keep criminals or insane people from buying 3, 5, or 10 ten round magazines, loading them up, and firing them off, only taking a second or two to change magazines.
