´Bible´ Producers Deny Devil

Last night´s installment of The History Channel´s The Bible featured a Moroccan actor who bears a passing resemblance to President Barack Obama, or so some online outlets insist. The production´s executive producers, Mark Burnett and Roma Downey, quickly answered those who thought the casting of actor Mehdi Ouazzani was meant to slight the president. They released this statement today to refute those charges and defend their product. “HISTORY channel has the highest respect for President Obama. The series was produced with an international and diverse cast of respected actors. It´s unfortunate that anyone made this false connection.

Satan, though we don´t know his name prior to his rebellion, is described in the Bible as being the most beautiful angel created by God. He is also adorned in a beautiful robe full of previous stones of all kinds. He also has a beautiful voice and is described as disguising himself as an angel of light. Hardly what one sees depicted in artwork for centuries.

The critics must be trying to say "all blacks look alike" There is a striking resemblance but truly doubt that anyone would actually attempt to work to film the connection between the two. Not when most are fearful to even speak up to Junior to defy him.

So far I´ve seen one picture that very vaguely resembles Obama. The producers are correct. This series is wildly popular and the haters can´t have that. They want to make it political because that´s their religion. Shame on them.

While in Texas, the president will announce two new executive orders during his first of a series of “Middle Class Jobs & Opportunity Tours.” The executive actions are a fulfillment of promises made in the president’s State of the Union address this year to strengthen manufacturing. Boehner is seeking emails Republican lawmakers say were sent the day after the attack from a senior state department official to her superiors in which she reported that she told the Libyan ambassador that Islamic terrorists were responsible for the attack. “The State Department would not allow our committees to keep copies of this email when it was reviewed,” Boehner said.

Politico deceptively edited its lead story from Tuesday, “Immigration´s new ally: Tea partiers” that originally erroneously argued the Tea Party was an “ally” of the “Gang of Eight” immigration bill. The changes came after Breitbart News caught the site red-handed in a number of factual errors. Politico made several substantive changes to its piece and the only notification it gave to readers of those corrections was an updated time stamp next to the authors’ bylines. Originally, Politico had argued that TheTeaParty.net and the Tea Party Express both supported the immigration bill. However, each group told Breitbart News they do not

Republican lawmakers, who have spent months seeking to tie President Obama to last year’s deadly attack on the U.S. diplomatic mission in Benghazi, are increasingly focusing their probe on a new target: former secretary of state Hillary Rodham Clinton. The GOP-led investigation of the Sept. 11, 2012, assaults that killed U.S. Ambassador J. Christopher Stevens and three others now centers heavily on the State Department and whether officials there deliberately misled the public about the nature of the assault. Three State Department officials are scheduled to testify before a House committee on Wednesday about the Benghazi attack and its aftermath.

There was tragic incompetence, plainly, in the Obama administration’s handling of the Benghazi attacks, and even possibly some political calculation.
