Sarah Palin Compares Obama to
Bernie Madoff, Sips From a Big Gulp
and Jokes About Her (Gun) ‘Rack’

ABC News, by Michael Falcone

Original Article

Posted By:Desert Fox, 3/17/2013 6:17:44 PM

Sarah Palin served up a generous helping of conservative red meat today, comparing President Obama to white-collar criminal Bernie Madoff, mocking New York Mayor Michael Bloomberg for his support of a jumbo soda ban and criticizing the GOP’s post-election attempt at “putting a fresh coat of rhetorical paint on our party” rather than focusing on “restoring the trust of the American people.” On the final day of the Conservative Political Action Conference just outside Washington, D.C., Palin delivered one of the most well-received speeches of a weekend that has

She is right to compare Obama to the Ponzi scheme artist Madoff. His promise of endless entitlements and handouts depend on more and more people working and being taxed. It will end just like all of these schemes do.

The bottom of the ticket was the real leader back in 2008, the person people would believe in, and follow. She is why I voted for the ticket. The top of the ticket demonstrated time and again that he is a dem smack collaborator, and certainly not a leader. More like a weasel than someone that inspires.
One is a leader with a definable set of core values, the other a cheap suit political opportunist (and not a very good one at that).

Too bad she can´t play lead guitar like Nuggent or do brain surgery like Dr.Carson.

What a pleasant surprise to finally have an article that was not snarky thru and thru. Wonders never cease to happen.
I do believe Gov. Palin had an article or two written about her. Most of the articles showed the nostrils of the journ-O-liars flaring and exhaling flames.
Will the many who spoke at CPAC these 3 days have their words remembered as will Gov. Palins? Love the speech.

#8, not only lofo´s, but they are all touting the liberal narrative. Palin defies the liberal narrative for women. First of all, she has not fallen into line with the other lib lofo´s. Second, she believes in traditional American values, including the rule of law, the traditional family, the Constitution and thinks political correction is for weenies.

Plus, she can field dress a moose. She can shoot, too, and likes to fish with her kids. This cannot be tolerated by the left, so they must call her names. She´s not old, not crazy, so they stick with her being stupid. All conservatives, in the eyes of the left, must be pigeon-holed into one of those 3 categories.

The ´RATS have run our economy into the ground, starting from the top down, meaning from the ´RAT Obama on down. No one seems to know what kind of mess we will be left to clean up after Obama leaves office, starting with trillions in debt.

Yesterday ,Palin was more Hee Haw than Nancy Reagan or Lady Thatcher.
Or Ann Romney or Laura Bush.
She neither looked nor sounded like the elegant woman we were introduced to that night at the convention.
Apparently, that night she was the phony
and yesterday she was real.
Why couldn´t Palin have delivered a serious and responsible conservative speech without the schtick, slimy breast reference
and props ?
Conservatives demand bread and circuses ,now ,
instead of mature policy discussions
and comparisons with Democrats.
If one is going to criticize Obama for using
a teleprompter -don´t be the only speaker at CPAC to use a teleprompter.
It´s hypocritical and besides ,
the teleprompter jokes are so old now.
Palin´s PAC filings show that she pays someone 6k / month out of her PAC contributions to write speeches for her.
She may want to find a new writer.
Palin played only to the giggling schoolboy choir
while preaching about
reaching beyond the choir.
Her yelling and silliness may have even turned off even more women than Limbaugh´s Fluke lies.
2014 may be the most important election of our lifetime and speeches like the one our former VP candidate gave
yesterday make conservatives look
like 13 year old boys amused by Big Gulps and rack jokes.

Sarah´s a rock star because she epitomizes traditional America that millions long for in this country.Telling a rack joke isn´t going to diminish that one bit. In a country that´s lost it´s sense of humor over PC,her jokes are more than welcome.

I love Sarah. In the 2008 election, she was ignorant... ignorant of certain areas of foreign policy as I am ignorant of quantum physics. But she knew the name of the mayor of Moosejaw.

Ignorance can be cured. Stupid is forever, as exemplified by the vast majority of the replies to the original article here.

I told the Republican Senatorial Committee they should be sending Sarah across the country time and again in the months before the 2012 election kicking Democratic A´s and taking N´s. Instead, they spent their time hanging around the shop dunning me for donations.

Count on this: Sarah Palin would not be sending millions of dollars in aid to people who danced in the streets when our towers fell, and she knows there are not 52 states, nor was there an intercontinental railroad. That´s a start.

Is the Constitution becoming the left´s new target? That thought struck me the other night over dinner with my liberal friend, a lawyer and part-time professor. Among his choice statements, "Maybe it´s time to get rid of the Constitution and start over." No doubt he was echoing the sentiments of Georgetown law professor, Louis Michael Seidman, who suggested just that in a New York Times op-ed. It´s been several weeks since Seidman made his remarks, and now, it appears, the floodgates are open. Liberals feel they can speak freely about their true intentions for our country.

For the first time in my adult life, I am not proud of the First Lady. Mrs. Obama is frequently compared to Marie Antoinette. She spends hundreds of millions of dollars a year on her own pleasure and aggrandizement while urging the peasants to plant gardens. And for the first time in American history, we have a president who insults us across the world, disavows the idea that American is special, enriches our enemies such as the Muslim Brotherhood, and degrades our achievements ("You didn´t build that."). Metaracism instilled in the Obamas the tragedy of ingratitude.

The lousy March jobs report jolted financial markets Friday, and understandably so. In a trend that has defined this weakest of all modern economic recoveries, the jobless rate keeps falling but largely because the labor force keeps shrinking. The unemployment rate fell to a new four-year low of 7.6%, from 7.7% in February. Good news, except the main reason for the decline was that nearly half a million Americans (496,000) left the civilian labor force. They retired, quit working, went back to school or gave up looking for work. The economy created a net 88,000 new jobs

THE elementary-school shootings in Newtown, Conn., in December produced two polar public reactions: fear among some Americans that the federal government will restrict gun rights, and hope among others that it will actually do so. Colorado, New York State and, most recently, Connecticut have clamped down on guns, while states like Texas, where I live, are considering legislation that would try to block the enforcement of federal gun regulations. The uncertain approach to guns is good for no one, except perhaps for gunmakers, whose sales have skyrocketed. Lost in this confusion and anxiety is the possibility

But then came Friday’s jobs report, and hopes were dashed. The Labor Department reported that the U.S. labor force — everyone who has a job or is looking for one — shrank
