Mark Kelly hypocrit wanted that AR-15 for himself. He was outted.
His story doesn´t fit..if he was planning on giving it to the local Sheriff´s dept., then he set himself up to be the "strawman"
owner/purchaser when he filled out the background check papers. I think that is illegal.

That form he signed even has an explanatory line that explains explicitly what it means to buy the gun for someone else. You can´t get much plainer than that. He lied on the form or lied to the news. One of those situations is real bad, the other is real bad.
I would suggest the former has-been ex-astronaut take this gun home with him when he takes possession or he will find he is in trouble with the law. He would be well advised to maintain a low profile for awhile. Say thirty five years or so.

Let me understand this. Kelly, who is demanding that people be deprived of guns, especially people with mental problems, places a gun in the hands of that poor, severely brain damaged woman´s hands for a photo shoot? Was this before or after he made her go back to the site where she was shot and do a pr stunt? That man is just plain cruel and abusive and really, really stupid.

DALLAS — The four-alarm fire that engulfed the DFW Gun Range at 1607 West Mockingbird Lane in Dallas Sunday afternoon was apparently triggered by unauthorized tracer rounds. By Sunday night, the concern had shifted to the weapons that remained in the smoldering wreckage of the one-story building. Heavy black smoke was visible from downtown Dallas soon after the first alarm was sounded at 2:37 p.m. About 50 people were inside the gun range when the fire broke out, but all were able to escape safely. DALLAS — American Airlines says passenger seats on a third flight came loose as the plane was airborne, and it’s continuing to inspect other jets with similar seating. RUSH: Folks, I don´t know how else to categorize this. We are living in a dying country. I don´t know how else to categorize what´s happening -- 88,000 new jobs. The unemployment rate, because of a terrible statistic, is down to 7.6%. The number of people in this country who are not working is shameful. Ninety million Americans are no longer in the workforce. Ninety million. People not in the labor force grew by 663,000, and now 90 million. That´s the labor force participation rate. This is 1979 levels.
