Given his wealth - nothing untoward will happen except his being inconvenienced. But much as newspapers were said by the Supremes as untaxable by virtue of the Constitution, ´the power to tax is the power to destroy´, I suspect the law can´t survive judicial scrutiny. If you need a license to protect yourself in your own home then you don´t have a constitutional right to bear arms because a license is the state´s prerogative NOT to issue or to make so onerous pr tedious that you might as well not apply.

Everybody expects a criminal to be a criminal,no news there. But what we´re seeing is law enforcement being corrupted as advocates for criminals which will do nothing but encourage them to be even worse.

When you look at this country´s refusal to enforce immigration laws,it´s a bullhorn for the let to further degrade law enforcement in other areas. Now we have cops and investigators cherry picking on who to prosecute,depending on your affiliations.

Technically,this guy broke the law but that shouldn´t diminish his right to protect his family and property.The right to self defense should be unalienable but it´s just another thing the counter culture left is trying to destroy.

The right to tax is indeed the equivalent to the tight to destroy. We need to go after any and all attempts to tax basic rights supposedly guaranteed by our constitution. And that includes the taxing of ammunition.
