3 Benghazi survivors in
diplomatic security, sources
say, as GOP demands access

Fox News, by Catherine Herridge

Original Article

Three diplomatic security agents were among the Americans injured during the terrorist attack last September on the U.S. Consulate in Benghazi, Libya, sources tell Fox News, though it remains unclear how many total were injured in the assault. Four Americans, including the U.S. ambassador, were killed in the attack, and the Obama administration faced intense criticism from Republicans in the aftermath over security problems and apparent inconsistencies in officials explanation of what happens. Lately, however, the focus has turned to

Comments:
Just what does that mean?? The Republicans should never stop putting pressure on this lying regime. They will never give up anything willingly.

This admin rushed to the mic to talk about the death of OBL ruining any chance of gleaming further intel and jeopardizing lives and yet have been absolutely mum on Benghazi.

This "silence" is deafening. Kudos to Catherine for pressing for information. It is the stuff of conspiracy theories raised yet another time by the "transparency of my administration". Have they been brain washed? threatened? given new identities? bribed? Thirty three people got out of Benghazi and not a peep from them since.

I wouldn´t be surprised if obama got some pointers from the clintons on how to keep people from talking. If you ever saw how many people died before talking during clintons years you´d be amazed.

Where´s the left howling in rage? I mean Pres. Bush held FOREIGN people captive on a tropical paradise island because they actually killed our people. Obama keeps U.S. citizens captive who-knows-where for months for being attacked by our enemies (not obama´s enemies, our enemies). Where´s the outrage? From this day forth, every time the left gets it´s panties in a wad, we should all just laugh at them.

´´...the State Department diplomatic security agent who was in the most serious condition suffered a severe head injury during the second wave of the attack at the annex...´´

The second wave that occurred HOURS after the first? THAT second wave?

´´This agent was described as the likely State Department employee visited at Walter Reed Medical Center by Secretary of State John Kerry in January -- a visit first confirmed by Fox News´ James Rosen in a recent interview with Kerry.´´

And we should believe John Eff´n, why? He himself should still be at Fort Leavenworth. He also said, years ago, that American soldiers cut off limbs, cut off genitals, etc. etc. ad nauseum. He also said, not so many years ago, that American soldiers were storming into the homes of ´innocent´ Iraqis, terrifying the women and children.

THAT John Eff´n we´re supposed to give ANY credibility to now?

#2, most, if not all, of our embassies overseas have security officers who are career State Department employees. Not sure if this is who they mean or not. The other security is the Marine Guards. But it´s not clear who was in Benghazi as it was not an embassy or a consulate.

Just watched Jason Chaffetz bloviating on Fox this morning re: Benghazi......he SOUNDS good (and I would tell him this myself but he does not accept comments from anyone who is not in his district re: his web site) but then he sounded good prior to Hillary Clinton´s capitol hill appearance---and then folded like a cheap camera. We need to find out what happened in Benghazi, but I get the feeling Chaffetz is simply out for Chaffetz........can´t Fox find someone ELSE to question? We have enough of the "I" and "myself" with our President and we don´t need this guy taking up air time when he doesn´t carry through.

Pray for Catherine´s safety. Remember any questions about the raid on Osama´s compound that might not fit the narrative were ended when in a total change of policy, the Seal Team 6 was loaded on an old, not nimble helicopter and then shot out of the sky. The Seals had to be aware that something was happening to them since having them all at risk in the same helo is supposedly not protocol. Dead men can´t talk. That is a Clinton policy, an Obama policy and pretty much the thug, dictator modus operandi. Today is the Ides of March. It didn´t turn out too well for Caesar.

If some of these people are still in the hospital, then it should be fairly easy to get their names. And if they (congressional committees) have names, then subpeonas should follow. There has to be a way to get to the bottom of this. Subpeona the likes of Kerry and if he refuses to give them the names, send his rear end to jail for a while.

I despise John McCain. Read an article recently that said the reason the Bush tax cuts weren´t permanent was because John McCain was out for revenge. That and his "you have nothing to fear from a President Obama" ought to be enough for him to be completely shunned and put out to pasture but no...the GOPe still has him out there. Why? It´s got to be corruption - the making of money is more important than the country.

John McCain and other GOPe must know a lot of truths..including Benghazi - and they´re not telling. They sold their souls.

correct, #34.

I believe last night Greta was talking with Chaffetz, who asserted that the Repubs are not letting go of the Benghazi abomination. Greta kept hounding him why they had NOT interviewed the injured, why, why, why?

If i remember correctly, he said something along these lines, "Well, we will. We have been trying to be polite."

I nearly flew off the sofa. If i weren´t recouperating from surgery, i would have! I screamed loudly enough to bring our German Shepherd charging into the room!

There´s the problem. There´s the problem from 2008 and 2012, etc. These Repubs, AND...AND these Conservatives, have got to stop playing by the rules for the genteel and know their (our) enemy: radicals.

Play by those rules, but with the sword of Truth.

They´ve got to stop being "stuck on stupid" --to quote the great Gen. Honore.
This is the only way we will get to all of what happened.

One of the first political issues negotiators must tackle in crafting an immigration reform bill is among the most important: what to name it. The Obama White House is scrambling to blame Friday’s abysmal March jobs numbers on the sequester’s trimming of the rate of growth in federal budgets that have yet to fully commence. Krueger, took to the White House blog to blame the sequester: It is important to bear in mind that the March household and payroll surveys are the first monthly surveys to look

Get ready for the last straw. First, though, I´d like to suggest that anyone reading this column in a local newspaper or news site pat the editor on the back for publishing what in our neo-medieval world of fear amounts to a forbidden column. Yup, I am about to say something about the Great Barack Obama Identity/Eligibility Scandal again. I know that this is one rich and urgent topic that doesn´t see the light of day in certain so-called news outlets -- and I say that from the experience of watching my own syndicated columns

On Friday, Sean Hannity brought Pat Smith, mother of the late Sean Smith, on his radio program. The 34-year-old information management officer was one of four Americans murdered in the Benghazi embassy attack on September 11, 2012. In the chilling interview, a distraught Ms. Smith, in tears, pleaded for answers and spoke of the efforts to silence her. Ms. Smith first relayed how her son, prior to the attack, requested additional security in advance and warned the State Department: He did tell them, ahead of time, he typed it into his little typewriter over there,
