Judd and then-husband Dario Franchitti, a Scotland native, put Rednock, their renovated mansion in central Scotland, up for sale in the summer of 2012, close to six months before announcing their divorce in January 2013. Someone who should know told me the other day that Ashley had already been to see the Kentucky governor. All the "educated" Kentucky dims are apparently behind her. I´ve decided to laugh out loud and say incredulously "Are you kidding?" every time her name is mentioned. Probably won´t help.

In light of Ms. Judd´s public statements, it wouldn´t surprise me a bit to find out that her dogs are speaking to her and advising her on lots of things. Recent research indicates that the number of people who do not consider themselves a part of an organized religion is steadily on the rise. Interestingly enough, though the number of those religiously unaffiliated is increasing, there is little to no trend in the number of those who express atheist or agnostic beliefs. People aren’t saying they don’t believe in God. They’re saying they don’t believe in religion. They are not rejecting Christ. They are rejecting the church.
